Tanjiro Kamado

Tanjiro is a young girl of average height with fairly tanned skin. She has ruffled black hair with red tips combed back to expose her forehead, and wide, dark red eyes with white pupils that appear lighter around the lower section of her irises. She also has a scar on the top left of her forehead.

Tanjiro is very kind by nature and has been described by others as having very gentle eyes and a compassionate persona. She exhibits a great deal of determination and will not give up once she has a goal to achieve. Tanjiro is direct and very honest, taking everyone's words with sincerity and seriousness. Upon hearing Tengen Uzui claim he is a god, she asked what area she was the god of. Tanjiro's most notable attribute is his ability to empathise with anyone.

Tanjiro was incredibly close to her other siblings. She would also often help them with their house chores and would cheer them up whenever they were upset. Tanjiro would hold them closely and dear to his heart

Tanjuro and Kie are Tanjiro’s parents, and just like Tanjiro’s relationship with his other younger siblings, he had a close family bond with his parents.

Tanjiro comes to highly respect Giyu later on, especially considering how both were students of Sakonji.
