• Glacial Sword: Frozen Bloom can create a sword, usually a rapier, made of frozen nitrogen using her innate power.
• Glacial Aegis: Frozen Bloom creates an ice structure, usually a protective barrier or wall, but can take any shape, which can absorb and redirect the kinetic energy from incoming attacks.
• Flash Freeze: Frozen Bloom flash freezes an object, surface, or opponent through touch, making the affected object or part of it turn into solid ice. This ice is extremely brittle, and one light tap from Frozen Bloom can shatter it, causing immense damage to the target.
• Ice Age: Frozen Bloom flash freezes the immediate area, causing temperatures to rapidly decline. In the affected area, thick fog obstructs most vision. Frozen Bloom can select anything(object, surface, living target, etc.) within the range of the Ice Age, and those targets will slowly begin to freeze, suffering increasing stages of frostbite.
• Absolute Zero: Frozen Bloom’s ultimate attack. To activate, Frozen Bloom first imbues her Glacial Sword with immense magic energy, causing it to glow a bright blue. The next target the sword touches will instantly have their temperature drop to 0 degrees kelvin, causing them to instantly turn into fine frozen dust. After striking a target, Frozen Bloom will instantly suffer from several drawbacks, including total depletion of all magic energy and having small cracks form all over her skin.

BACKSTORY:

• Noelle Winters was born as the first child to a wealthy family, and elder sister to Vivian. Though, due to their parents being away for work often, Noelle had to step up early as the caretaker. Because of this, Noelle learned early on to always stay calm so things wouldn’t fall apart, especially when it came to her sister’s safety and well-being. However, it wasn’t her that caught the interest of the Magical Saviors, it was Vivian. One day, Vivian caught the interest of the Magical Saviors by attempting to and successfully restraining a weak villain as a civilian. When Vivian was approached by a divine being offering her a spot in the Magical Saviors as magical girl Scarlet Wildfire, Noelle insisted she become one as well, and was accepted to join, becoming Frozen Bloom. Noelle and Vivian, now Frozen Bloom and Scarlet Wildfire, became local heroes, rather strong and well-known but not quite reaching the heights of the greats. That was until the “Westview Showdown”, a coordinated attack to finally take down the supervillain "Lavendel", where in a moment of desperation to save Vivian, Frozen Bloom realized her true potential, playing an important role in the defeat of Lavendel. After the battle, Starshine formed the Starflare Trinity with Frozen Bloom and Scarlet Wildfire, not just a magical warrior squad, but a group of friends also.
