Jett grew up in a middle class family. He has two younger siblings, a sister and a brother and his parents always supported his alternative lifestyle, even when people asked why they were okay with it.

When he was sixteen, he lost his father to cancer. it devastated the family. Jett stepped up and worked odd jobs, but didn't drop out because he knew his father would want him to graduate. He became the rock for his family and never got to fully grieve his father on his own.

He did get a dedication tattoo and cried like a bitch about it because he does not handle pain well.

Jett is relatively the quiet, stoic type. Most people assume he is rude or will be unruly because of his appearance, but he was raised properly and acts like a gentleman. He is just quiet and closed off unless he is with his family and friends.

He has a main job at a record store and loves it. Music is his passion, outside of skating at the local skatepark. He does do some part-time work doing construction during the summer to ensure his mother and siblings are set for school.

He has two close friends that he practically grew up with in diapers. They call themselves the Cat Crew, simply because cats are starting to overrun the skatepark and they have begun feeding them. Jett doesn't get scratched by his favorite tortoise shell cat anymore. He does intend to adopt her and take her back to the apartment.

He also enjoys going to concerts and random raves when he and his friends get a chance. He likes those scenes because people are like him and he feels understood. He is very good on communicating his feelings when he trusts someone.

Jett is well mannered and good, just kind of standoffish and closed off. He is genuinely a good guy.

Jett has very minimal relationships. He has dated maybe two girls his entire life. And one was in third grade with Nancy Taylor and she became head cheerleader and cried at prom because she felt bad for apparently leading him on. They were eight and he didn't care.

He has been more casual relationships and didn't get attached. He knows how to love and can give massive love. He just hasn't found someone he clicks with yet. He is not averse to dating and being in a relationship.

When he is very into someone, he does get kind of clingy and is always wanting to touch them and kiss them, regardless if it is in public or private. He likes to cuddle constantly when in private.

Evan Calloway: Brother, eleven years old. He is an energetic kid and idolizes Jett. Not because of his looks, but because he thinks Jett is an amazing guy and helped raise him. He does think how he dresses is cool. They spend some weekends together and Jett introduces Evan to music Harold introduced Jett to. He wants Evan to feel connected to their father as well. He adores his younger brother.

Cole Knox: Best Friend, 21 years old. Knox and Jett were basically diaper buddies. Their moms were friends and they in turn grew up together. They now share an apartment and whenever they aren't working, they are at the skate park with Kaia. Both have an intense respect for one another. They also tend to become dumbasses when together and do stupid things.

Kaia Vega: Best Friend, 21 years old. She is the loud mouth of the group. She, Jett and Knox are always together unless they are at work. She is fiercely loyal to both of her friends. But she has zero interest in either male. Just the thought alone repulses her. They are more like brothers to her. And neither have an interest in her. She is just their best friend and sister. Kaia was the one who was there for Jett the most when his father died. That is their biggest bond besides literally their moms being friends and them almost sharing diapers as babies. She has the utmost respect for Jett.
