PK Academy—PK Academy is a private high school where the main protagonist, Saiki Kusuo, and several other main characters attend. In total, it has 542 students. Located in Hidari Wakibara, Japan.

The crowd are mostly comprised of middle and high school students], Factory Area [The area located on the southeastern part of Hidari Wakibara. The place where house rent is the cheapest and there are a few commercial buildings but because the Mera family is poor, they have to bear the noises from the factories. It is most dangerous place in the town], Mountain Area [The area in Hidari Wakibara which was only shown a few times. A place where many people visit only on times of worshiping like New Year's first visit on shrine. People usually misunderstood it as the countryside because it is on a deserted place. Birds were actually occupying the temple], Tonari Machi [A town located on the left side of Hidari Wakibara. Leisure facilities such as shopping centers and bowling alleys exists], Tōi-chō [A naturally rich town which is less than 2 hours by train from Hidari Wakibara. Every summer, the Tennis Club comes to the place for a summer camp. The area is infamous for unique poisonous mushrooms and pulp mushrooms], Oshimai-ken [An area with several sightseeing spots and buildings. Kineshi has some relatives that live here.]

Backstory— Metori transferred to PK Academy in order to get closer to Teruhashi Kokomi, but things stop going his way after transferring in when Teruhashi declines his offer because she likes Saiki Kusuo. Metori tries threatening Kusuo and his friends by buying the company his father works and transferring him to Siberia (but of course Kusuo doesn't let that slide), and after that he just kind of hangs around and tries to make people jealous of how rich and great he is.

Personality— Saiko is severely narcissistic and arrogant due to his rich upbringing and pampered life. He constantly bosses around anyone and everyone from his class with stacks of money (especially Takahashi,) bringing his own chef to school during lunch and bodyguards wherever he goes. Like every boy who fell for Teruhashi, he does everything he can to get her attention but he fails to do so and instead moved his attention to threatening Saiki and his friends. He is seen to be keen on following his family's tradition as he would do what his father tasked him to do even if it's against his will, like spending an entire day without his staff or family fortune. He can be quite vindictive. After Teruhashi rejects the marriage proposal he made as the first thing he did at PK, he begins to take out his frustration of being rejected against Saiki and his friends: He forcibly transfers Kusuo and Shun's fathers to Siberia, He spreads a rumuor about Mugami Tōru(Kokomi's older brother) dating a woman 42 years older than him, causing a massive scandal which somehow ends up not ruining his reputation, He has Aren arrested with charges of assaulting one of Saiko's bodyguards despite that bodyguard attacking him first, He cuts off the electricity and water to Chisato's house as well as leaving bread filled with laxatives at her front door, which ended up not working, He even puts snot on three pages of the copy of Shōnen Jump that Nendou bought. Whether he had someone do that for him or did it himself is left up to the imagination. Saiko likes to show off his wealth and tries to use it to bribe everyone to be on his side, such as Saiki, Nendou, Kaidou, and Aren... but he comes to learn that he can't always control people with his money. He invites Nendou to Chateaubriand, and multiple times in the conversation he tries to convince the guy to be his underling. However, Nendou refuses that offer multiple times. In Saiko’s mind, he keeps thinking Nendou wants more and more payment, but Nendou offers to be friends instead, even proposing he invite Saiko out so they're even. Out of options, Saiko gives him the suitcase with 150 million yen in it, but he still refuses. He thinks Nendou can't be bribed, but it turns out he just doesn't understand the value of 150 million yen because he doesn't know how much ramen that can buy. Once Saiko tells him that 150 million yen can buy far more than 100 portions of ramen, he appears to accept it, taking the suitcase, but then he dumps all the money out to throw the case to a drowning child. Saiko is genuinely confused why he did that, thinking 'How does that benefit him...?' It then clicks in his head that some things cannot be bought with money due to Nendou’s selfless act of rescuing the child. After being shipwrecked on an island, Saiko slowly starts to show changes. At first, he stubbornly refuses to eat anything or help building the raft to escape. However, the next night he admits how stubborn he is; His ship was still under maintenance but he forced his employees to rush it and finish before it was safe to do so. Once he's revealed this, he agrees to eat after realising that he is not the only one feeling responsible, after Aren and Kaidou divulge that they blame themselves for getting everyone in this situation. While undergoing the 'ultimate trial of the Saiko clan', whereby he is forbidden from using his staff or fortune for 24 hours (except for a bill of 10,000 yen), Saiko experiences for the first time in his life how a "commoner" lives, having to walk home, wait in line, and eat cheap food such as ramen. He reveals that he doesn't understand the concept of waiting in line, he doesn't even know how to walk to his house from school, and that surprisingly, he likes ramen. While he still maintains his narcissistic behaviour, he is now more open to others and it doesn't bother him to give his friends a hand, like when he uses his money to provide all the outfits and props for his class play. However, in that case he still introduces a catch: they must cast him as the lead actor in the play, forcing them to rewrite the script so he gets to marry Kokomi in at least a fictional capacity. When he finds out he's been double-crossed he revokes the production of everything he provided for it. He continues to develop but we don't see much of it. After losing a basketball game (which he initially refused to participate in) despite his distraction, manipulation of Nendou and characteristic bribery of Takahashi, he is shown to put in the effort of practicing at home to get better at playing the game legitimately, surprising and impressing his servants.

Abilities— Golden Luck: Being the scion of the top-notch Saiko Conglomerate, Saiko has seemingly limitless amounts of wealth. With his monetary abundance, he is able to provide high-end dinners, luxury cruises or ships, significantly remodel his mansion at will, or get his minions to do literally anything in the space of about one panel. He also frequently bribes people, either by directly giving them money or enticing them with what money can offer.

Once he began attending PK Academy, he started changing his personality to seem more adult-like. However, he developed a chuunibyou personality. He acts confident and conceited at school, claiming to be incredibly powerful and talking about how an evil organisation called The Dark Reunion is after him and controlling the Earth, in hopes that other students will think he's cool. He's often trying to impress Saiki and his other friends. His need for attention puts him in danger on occasion, however; for example, he tries to take credit for leading the rally against Saiko, unaware that Saiko is listening in; and he tells his younger brother Toki stories of his power and total control of their neighbourhood, which Toki then announces to a nearby thug smashing a vending machine, causing Kaidou panic. However, when feeling hopeless or when around his overbearing mother, Kaidou acts like a normal teenager. Despite all of his attempts to impress everyone, Kaidou has few friends aside from his group of associates, and is somewhat a loner at school. He is physically very weak, is terrible at sports and physical activity in general, and cannot swim; yet he continues to brag about his superhuman abilities which everyone except Toki knows he does not have. Kaidou has a delusional mind and a wild imagination, coming up with so many stories of the Jet-Black Wings that he started to believe in them. He often tries to seem cool and strong in front of people, especially Kusuo, but ends up embarrassing himself more often than not, never learning from these mistakes. He has high grades in his class, showing that he is not too distracted from his studies. However, education does not equal all-around intelligence, as he is not good at sketch drawing or map navigation, and mistakes hair clinics for hospitals. He is also shown to be recklessly courageous at times, putting himself in danger in order to protect his friends and others. She initially pursued wealth but later rejected a marriage proposal from Saiko Metori, a famous and wealthy student, and abandoned a life of luxury. She couldn't forgive him for disrespecting her friends and the person she cared about, admitting that she would have accepted immediately if he had proposed earlier. Due to the way she was raised and how people treat her, Teruhashi is unaware that some aspects of her life are abnormal. While she sometimes dislikes her older brother for his weird actions, she has yet to learn or acknowledge his severe sister complex extends past brotherly love. Hairo is one of the more normal, reasonable characters in the manga, although he still has a few areas where he lacks common sense; for example, he isn't able to cook. Even though he's weird and fired up all the time, Hairo is really popular with all the other kids in his class. He is the one teenage boy besides Kusuo who shows no interest nor attraction to Teruhashi Kokomi, despite her beauty being well known. Hairo was once thought to be gay by Kuboyasu and Kaidou. However, he clarifies he isn't gay, and he doesn't have any thoughts about love due to never experiencing it towards either sex. Even though Hairo's enthusiasm makes him a very influential role model, he is far from leadership material as he is oblivious of the phrase (if not the meaning behind it) "Work smarter, not harder"; he even admits that his class has never won a special event before despite having the motivation to win in the first place, making him his own worst enemy. His enthusiasm is also his greatest weakness and causes him to do unnecessary work, such as getting too many gas canisters or vigorously finishing a sports event pedestal despite Sports Day being a month away. He is extremely reckless and downright impulsive; on one occasion, he damaged a shutter during a fire drill under the idea that it was a test of physical strength, which could have been avoided if he had listened to the announcements. He even gets himself a buzzcut for losing at the Sports Day, only for him, Saiki, Nendou, and Kaidou to realize they only had to do it if they lost to Class 2. He oversexualizes the female body and stalks girls who he likes. Like Saiki, he was born with mysterious powers. He has the abilities to see, talk to, and be possessed by ghosts and most recently demons as well. Toritsuka uses these powers in selfish ways, such as asking ghosts do his bidding and seeing which color underwear a girl is wearing. He also likes the attention that he receives after using his powers on the first day he moved on PK Academy. Toritsuka first hears about Saiki and his powers through a ghost and he wants to befriend Saiki, even though the latter usually ignores him. Toritsuka has also admitted his jealousy of Saiki's powers, especially the power to see through things, which he wants selfish and perverted reasons. However, he is also honest enough to confess to Saiki the reason why he wanted his psychic powers. Toritsuka is shown to be very loyal. He had a hard time controlling his temper when he first moved to PK Academy. He also has a tendency to grab anything near him and throw it at the person he's angry at (he nearly killed Takahashi just because they brushed shoulders). Aren also sometimes makes an evil, devilish face when he's angry with someone or is opposing someone, which scares them. However, he acts naive and childish when the talk is about motorbikes. He is willing to help those who want to have a license and comes with Kaidou and Saiki when they take the test to get driving licenses. At first, Aren is uncomfortable sitting down in other people's houses. As time goes on, he becomes more calm and collected when talking to others. Aren is also quite prideful, feeling absolutely annoyed with Saiko's narcissistic behavior often showing off his wealth, because of this he constantly competes against him and does his best to not let himself be surprised by Saiko's fortune. He relentlessly responds to anyone, like how he talked back to his classmate Takashi despite continuously being bullied by him. As a high school student, Akechi seems to have become more annoying to others, especially to Saiki who can read minds. Akechi’s mind and speech flood with words, and the speed he thinks is the same speed at which he talks to others. There are two lines of thought and words coming out of Akechi simultaneously, which makes it difficult for Saiki to focus on one or the other.
