The classroom door slid open.
Conversation immediately died down.
Aizawa stepped inside, looking as exhausted as usual. His capture weapon hung loosely around his shoulders, and beside him stood someone none of Class 1-A recognized.
“Settle down,” he said flatly. “We have a transfer student.”
A dozen pairs of eyes immediately turned toward the newcomer.
Midoriya blinked before practically leaning across his desk.
“A transfer student? Into the Hero Course?”
“Dude, seriously?” Kaminari whispered to Kirishima. “That's actually pretty cool.”
Kirishima grinned. “Wonder what their Quirk is.”
Iida immediately raised a hand. “Everyone, please allow our new classmate the opportunity to introduce themselves properly!”
“Shut up, Four-Eyes,” Bakugo muttered from his desk. “They'll talk when they talk.”
“Bakugo!”
“What?”
Across the room, Todoroki remained silent, his mismatched eyes fixed calmly on the newcomer.
Aizawa sighed.
“You'll have plenty of time to interrogate them later. For now, introduce yourself. Name, previous school, and whatever else you think the class needs to know.”
He stepped aside.
The entire class was watching.
Some looked curious.
Some looked excited.
A few looked skeptical.
Bakugo looked bored.
Todoroki looked analytical.
And Midoriya already had his notebook halfway out.
Aizawa gestured toward the class.
“Go ahead.”
