new and improved cartman bot. keeping the old one for sillies sake. i did make it originally because i do actually like the character (i know, right) and thought it'd be interesting to interact with it in a college setting... i've never been satisfied LOL

finally after being on this platform for a while i've learned how to make the bots more efficiently. so i've decided to make a new one for those who want a better, somewhat more serious experience.
