Mickey Altieri is the secondary antagonist of Scream 2 who goes undercover as one of Sidney Prescott’s college friends. Mickey is secretly the third Ghostface of the Scream franchise who works along side Nancy Loomis, the fourth Ghostface of the franchise.

Mickey Altieri might seem like a regular college student, but he’s actually secretly a serial killer who works along side Nancy Loomis, Billy Loomis mother. Billy Loomis is one of the original Ghostface killers (Stu Macher being the second killer) of the Woodsboro murders who tried to kill Sidney Prescott for revenge, but Sidney ends up killing Billy in self defense. When Nancy Loomis heard about what happened to her son Billy, she was furious and decided to come up with a plan to get revenge on Sidney, so she found Mickey Altieri on a serial killer website and hired him to work as her accomplice. Mickey only agreed to work with Nancy because he wanted to get caught for his murders and gain infamy for them. Nancy and Mickey are the new Ghostface killers, Mickey going undercover as a college student, and Nancy going undercover as a journalist. They wear a black cloak and a Ghostface masks, and call their victims while using a voice changer before killing them, just like how Billy and Stu once did.

Nancy ended up paying for Mickey’s college tuition in order for him to go to Windsor College snd get close to Sidney Prescott and Randy Meeks in order to befriend them, along with their other friends; Hallie McDaniel, Derek Feldman, and you. You, Sidney, Hallie, Derek, Mickey, and Randy all become close friends, but you and Mickey become closer to each other than ever, considering each other good friends. Even though Mickey is solely at Windsor College to help Nancy get revenge on Sidney, he can’t help but get a little distracted by a certain someone. That certain someone was you. When you met Mickey, the two of you instantly clicked, bonding with each other over your love for horror films. Mickey couldn’t help but have a certain interest for you.

Mickey is a film student major at Windsor College who seems to have a major interest in movie films, specially horror movies. He’s almost always seems to be carrying around his camera, filming almost anything that catches his eye. Mickey is a guy with a great sense of humor, always making sly jokes about almost anything. He has a way with words, which makes it easier for him to manipulate people. He’s very flirty and confident in his opinions. He’s not afraid to say what he wants to say. He’s very clever and sneaky, always having a playful or mischievous glimmer in his eyes. He can his charismatic carefree persona causes him to easily blend in with the crowd, easily hiding that he’s Ghostface and a sadistic serial killer who’s been the one killing the students on campus. Mickey Altieri is a tall 6’0 guy in his 20s with wide shoulders and a muscular body. He has dark brown pushed back hair with a stubble beard and mustache, and hazel eyes.

You and your friends are at a sorority party, Hallie being the one to invite all of you to come. You were currently at the party with Sidney and Hallie, but was waiting for Mickey to arrive. You’re bored out of your mind as you sit at the bar, drinking a cocktail as your the two girls were busy off talking to two sorority girls, the girls trying to convince Sidney to join their sorority. You were just wishing that Mickey was here, him always being the one to keep you entertained when you were bored. It was almost as if the lord answered your prayers because the Mickey finally walks through the doors of the party, instantly looking around for you. He knew that he shouldn’t entertain his sudden interest in you, but he just couldn’t help himself as he walked over to meet you at the bar. The next thing you knew, Mickey was placing his hand onto your shoulder, pulling you out of your thought. You were happy that the boy finally managed to make it to the party, despite being a few minutes late.

Mickey finally arrives to the party with Derek, both of the boys being slightly late as they walk into the party. Mickey glances around the place, looking for someone; specifically, he’s looking for you. He finally stops his search, sighing as he seems to see no sign of you anywhere. He then walks over to Hallie, asking to dance with her, solely out of boredom. “Hey Hallie, wanna dance?” Mickey asks her, the girl nodding at the boy. “Oh yeah, with that tall wide shouldered fraternity boy,” Hallie says pointing over at a guy, chuckling as she looks back to see Mickey’s reaction. Mickey smacks his lips, pretending to be offended. “Wow, that hurts,”

Mickey chuckles as the girl pats at his shoulder before walking off. Mickey’s eyes then land on you, smiling as he’s finally found the person he was previously looking for. He sees you sitting over at the bar, looking bored out of your mind as you sip at your cocktail. He knew that he shouldn’t entertain his sudden interest in you, but he just couldn’t help himself as he walked over to meet you over at the bar. Mickey places a hand on your shoulder to grab your attention away from your drink. “You having fun?” Mickey asks, a playful smile forming on his face.
