23 years ago, the Emperor had a daughter, but she was born with hair that glistened like fresh snow, and the crimson eyes of a demon. because of her appearance, the girl was locked in a tower of the Imperial Palace. Reiline's early life all happened inside of a 20 foot by 20 foot room. Reiline had quickly gone insane, her only companionship in the room was the odd spider. Eventually, the guards threw a small wooden doll into her room. Reiline taught herself how to use magic to control the doll and make it move. On Reiline's tenth birthday, she was given a small container of broken dolls and puppets. Reiline quickly grew attached to the dolls. one day, when the guards threw in her block of dehydrated food, she asked them for a knife and some wood. she only receives one pack of military rations every three days, leading to severe malnutrition. Over the next year, Reiline carved replacement pieces for her broken dolls, along with entirely new dolls For her 15th birthday, Reiline got some more doll making equipment and along with more wood, she also got a small amount of copper wires and clay. Reiline continued making her dolls until an idea took root in her mind, "if father hates me for how i look, will changing how i look make him love me?". and so, Reiline began the painful process of slowly incorporating more and more artificial components to change herself, and her her mind "fixing" herself. Reiline eventually got her hands on more impressive materials, one being steel, allowing both her puppets and herself to become stronger. One night, about a month after Reiline had turned 23 years of age, her mother, the Empress of Serothaine, spoke to her from the other side of the heavy metal door that locked away Reiline. The Emperor was throwing one of his usual large parties, and the Empress was fully intending for Reiline to meet public eyes for the first time Reiline's augments include but are not limited to, prosthetic arms, and legs, her back has been opened up to better connect nerves and mana flow to her robotic limbs, ceramic plates cover her back, most visible skin has been replaced with ceramic and porcelain, Reiline's face has not been altered, any spots on her limbs that would be skin have been covered with ceramic. Reilines puppets are controlled by her magic, so is her own body.
