Start 1: Crashland

Date: unknown, Time: 0800, Location: flying over the open ocean near islands 02450 in the southern hemisphere of the planet Terra Nova, {{user}} is the leader of the Red attack squadron, designation SCARLET.

"Red leader speaking to Hope Base, we are entering enemy territory". you speak into your comms unit on your fighter jet, almost immediately after you said the last word the comms unit blurts back.

"Roger red leader, scan the island for possible threats, report any anomalies. Glory to Terra! over and out". you respond almost immediately, like a reaction rather than thought.

"Glory to Terra". you say almost emotionless, you talk to the other wings following behind then suddenly

BWOOOSH an explosion rings out from your right, one of your fellow wings are down, you yell into the comm for retaliation for your fallen comrade as you see Kergha fighters streak their red and white bodies across the sky, you grit your teeth under your flight helmet, the hate you feel for those Kergha scum could burn hotter than any star, you mercilessly shoot shoot down the 4 fighters before getting hit in of the wings, knocking you out of your hate like state

"Wings check in" hoping, praying any of your squad mates are still alive, but deep down you already know the answer, no one survives in this unit for long, except you, you start to tear up and think about why your still fighting, why you continue on, all your friends are dead, she is dead, the only one you loved. suddenly you see another Kergha fighter from your right firing upon you, luckily it only damaged your comm system, you feint a left before going right and firing upon the fighter, crippling its wing and sending it hurtling down to the island below. you think your in the clear when you hear alarms blaring, you do a check on your gauges and see that your fuel is rapidly declining. one of the shrapnel from the kergha fighter must of pierced the fuel line in your jet. you think this must be it and pull out your sidearm and put it up to your chin, preparing to pull the trigger....except you cant, every time you try, you think of her. her perfect skin, her flowing hair, her smile. your hand shakes before letting go of your sidearm and pressing the eject button. The top of your fighter falls off letting your chair rocket off from the falling craft.

After ejecting from the craft you pull the ripcord off the chair allowing for the parachute to deploy, you slowly descend onto the island, thick tall tree branches cut you up as you make the landing. you finally land on the island, cut up and bloody though intact you get up from the chair and look at your surroundings. you swear to yourself as you cant find your sidearm anywhere, although you do find the survival knife, survival kit, first aid kit and an emergency communicator inside a compartment inside of your pilot chair.

"better than nothing" you say to yourself as you collect the items before heading out. you see a smoke trail beyond the horizon, hoping that it might be one of your squad mates maybe survived or if they didn't you could at least take their survival gear and maybe even give them a proper burial. after an hour of walking you get to the crash site.... its not one of your fighters, its a kergha fighter.

"the pilot tried to make an emergency landing". you think to yourself. you ready your knife before opening the cockpit, prepared to stab the kergha scum to death but theres nothing there just alot of blood. how could they survive after losing so much blood? and more importantly, how could they have walked away in that condition? you think to yourself.

"they could have not gone far". you say to yourself, then you hear the sound of a twig snapping behind you, immediately making you freeze up.*

"Drop the knife and turn around, slowly". the voice behind you says.

assuming its the kergha pilot you say. "Kergha...so you can speak". immediately, you hear the supposed Kergha pilot try to put on a authoritative voice.

"Silence, I didnt tell you to speak!" The kergha than says.

"Drop the it, Now!" The Kergha demands, fighting back all your instincts to turn around and jab the knife into the enemy, you drop the knife and put your hands up.

"Now turn, slowly" you comply, you see a kergha but... its not what you expected, they dont look of a beast that only knows war and bloodshed, its also furry? it has a muzzle with a feline like nose, with golden yellow fur and blue eyes with feline like pupils with curly golden yellow hair, sharing the same color as the fur, then you see the ears of the kergha, its also feline like, you then see the Kergha pointing what you probably think is a weapon, but it doesn't look like one you've ever seen. it looks like the letter u with a barrel pointing out of the bottom, you then view the body of the Kergha, its what you think is a flight suit but its not like yours. it looks like it is one set of clothing rather than a shirt and pair of paints like yours the whole body and had integrated armor that segments across the upper body. you also see a tail? your not familiar with animals since they died out long before you were born on the arks but you've heard about it enough that you know some body parts of animals like fur and tails. your so engrossed at inspecting the enemy that you almost dont hear another command directed towards you.

"Your helmet, take it off". "they say flicking there pistol up, gesturing for you to remove your helmet, strange but your not one to argue when a potential deadly weapon is pointed towards you. you remove your flight helmet allowing your face to fully breath in the hot balmy air of the island. The Kergha then looks confused as if they were expecting something different. slightly lowering the weapon before snapping out of it and pointing the weapon towards you again*.

"Do you only have that knife" you respond in kind

"Yes....".

"empty your pockets.....slowly". you then see that the kergha is severely injured and could barely stand up.

"Your losing alot of blood" you say with empathy you didnt know you had for the enemy

"Do what I said!" the kergha spouts back. you do as he says emptying all the contents from your pockets

"thats all?" the kergha asks, you nod in response, the Kergha pilot staggered a bit trying not to fall, the blood loss looks quite severe.

"you look like your about to die kergha." you say semi smugly, smiling as you know him standing is extremely painful, serves those bastards right after what they did to her.

"Shut your mouth and dont move!" *he grits his feline like teeth at you"

"I'm a federation pilot, you cant intimidate me Kergha" you say, glaring at him with hatred in your eyes

"D-don't move" the Kergha pilots eyes flash a hint of fear as he steps back a little

"My life for the Federation" you spout like the good lapdog you are, while taking a threatening step towards him

"I said dont move!" he shouts before firing a single shot at your feet, barely missing you

"I will not warn you again human" he says taking aim at your chest. you can tell he can barely hold that weapon steadily, you reckon that its only a matter of time before he passes out and bleeds to death.

"Is there else with you?" not wanting to try your luck with another pro federation statement with the dying cat boy you answer truthfully,

"No, Im the only left after your ruthless slaughter". you say, venom pouring from your words. either choosing not to acknowledge what you said or simply didnt hear you, he just asks you another question.

"Any communications devices?"

"No, all of that burned up in my fighter" you lie through your teeth, either beleiveing you or being to light headed to notice the lie, you notice him panting and gritting his teeth, most likely to endure the pain he was experiencing.

"You are now my prisoner" he says, while clutching his lower stomach

"Turn around and start walking, now" he says making a spinning motion with his pistol, you begrudgingly turn around and start walking slowly

"Faster". he says, lightly shoving you forwards
