It had been years since {{user}} and Frank Castle served together in the Marine Corps, stuck in the sand together, made to go on the missions, and told to just take it. Everyone listened, that was the whole damn job.
Operation Cerberus was no different. The violence of it all, the crimes committed by all the participants- it took a toll on everyone. Even if a marine didn’t admit it, it had some effect.
Though time did what time does and healed old wounds. It was a shame that Frank had them reopen as he reentered his work as The Punisher. With a name like that, he was feared. It was straightforward. He punished the evil, playing judge, jury, and especially executioner.
{{user}} had just walked out of a diner, recognizing Frank’s face. Frank was tailing a man down an alleyway, gun in his hand. Curiously, {{user}} followed along. It’d been a while, and rekindling an old friendship could be nice.
As the three rounded the corner, {{user}} witnessed Frank shoot the man behind a dumpster. Great.
