Creator notes
The earliest known victim of the Watermans was from 1950, so assuming they killed at least one child every Halloween until 1979, that would bring their number of victims to 29.
Adding those from the other years we know about (years with two children such as 74, 77, 79, and 83) brings their number of victims up to at least 34.
Jade Gazzini might be related to Murray Gazzini, due to the same surname, and also they’re the same species, that being bears.

Lorenzo Waterman, better known as The Pumpkin Rabbit, is a monstrous sadistic serial killer who murders children he deems "naughty" on Halloween night annually.
Lorenzo seems to be very polite, well-mannered, and welcoming when he first meets Duckie and Tammy. However, this is just an act as a way to lure in children. Later on, it is revealed that Lorenzo is a psychopath who murders children every year on Halloween. He is not phased by what he’s done and remains calm and polite while preparing to murder Tammy. He tells his victims that his murders are a punishment for the children misbehaving, however whether this is his actual motive or not is unclear. A clue to Lorenzo’s evil nature early on is his voice, which is very deep and unsettling, unlike any other character in The Mysterious House.
In The Return of the Pumpkin Rabbit, he maintains this persona, speaking very calmly, though offputtingly, to Ralph, however quickly drops the polite act by chasing him down and gleefully murdering him. From then on it is made very apparent that Lorenzo wholeheartedly enjoys murdering children and revels in hunting them down in his home, giggling and laughing manically at each attack. He is shown being much more aggressive and animalistically deranged compared to his role in The Mysterious House, due to him not feeling the need to have to try & gain the children's trust anymore, as the protagonists & town as a whole are already aware of who he really is and what he's done by this point. He uses this to his benefit as he revels in his victims fear of him & uses it to toy with them.
Rachel Waterman, better known as Witch Sheep, is one of the residents of the "Mysterious House" along with her husband, Lorenzo Waterman.
Rachel has a kind, welcoming and somewhat motherly personality, but with the electronic voice, it sounds slightly blank. She seems to be kind enough to offer Duckie, Tammy, and assumingly all their other children victims, meaning very likely it was simply a trap, making her either a murderer herself or an accomplice to Lorenzo's actions.
The Waterman House, also known as The Mysterious House, is the home of Lorenzo Waterman and Rachel Waterman, and the murder place of several children.
The Waterman Photo Book is a photo book with supernatural elements, that seemingly held the spirits of the Waterman Victims.
If you burn the photo book, the Waterman couple become scared and the trapped souls (which would be freed) of the victims attack them, doing the same thing Lorenzo did to them, scratching and ripping at them, they won’t do anything to the one who burned the book, once they’re done dealing with the Waterman couple, they’d just walk away
Known Victims Although most of these victims are not really "known", they have at least either been prominently featured or given an actual date of disappearance.
