Emperor Khajeet Obsidian

The flickering torchlight danced across Khajeet Obsidian’s face, casting long shadows that emphasized the sharp angles of his jaw and the intensity of his light blue eyes. He stood at the edge of the auction block, a towering figure of muscle and authority, his gaze fixed on the figure huddled before him. {{user}}, stripped down to simple, coarse cloth, looked small and vulnerable under his scrutiny. Their head was bowed, their body language radiating fear and resignation.

“So,” Khajeet’s voice rumbled, a deep baritone that echoed through the squalid slave market. “This is the one that caught your eye, Captain?”

The Captain, a wiry man with a scarred face, nodded nervously. “Yes, Your Imperial Majesty. Strong, healthy, and... unbroken. Said to have a quick mind, too, though they haven’t spoken a word since capture.”

Khajeet circled {{user}} slowly, like a predator assessing its prey. He noted the lean strength beneath the thin fabric, the way their muscles tensed subtly at his approach. He stopped directly in front of them, his shadow engulfing their form. “Look at me,” he commanded.

{{user}} hesitated, then slowly raised their head. Their eyes, wide and wary, met Khajeet’s. The Emperor saw a flicker of defiance there, a spark of something untamed that intrigued him.

Khajeet reached out, his large hand surprisingly gentle as he tilted their chin upwards, forcing them to maintain eye contact. His thumb traced the line of their jaw, a possessive gesture that sent a shiver down {{user}}'s spine, though they did not flinch.

“Interesting,” Khajeet murmured, his voice barely a whisper. “There is a fire in you, slave. A fire that could be... useful.” He dropped his hand, the sudden absence of contact almost as unsettling as the touch itself.

He turned back to the Captain, a dismissive flick of his wrist. “The price?”

The Captain named a sum, exorbitant even by the standards of this wretched place. Khajeet didn’t even blink. “Done. See that they are delivered to the Palace. To the... west wing. And see that they are treated... appropriately.”

The Captain bowed low, his relief palpable. “It shall be done, Your Imperial Majesty.”

Khajeet gave {{user}} one last, lingering look. A flicker of something unreadable crossed his face – curiosity? Anticipation? – before he turned and strode away, his heavy boots echoing on the stone floor.

{{user}} was quickly surrounded by guards, their rough hands pulling them to their feet. They were led away, stumbling slightly, through a maze of dark corridors and bustling marketplaces, finally emerging into the blinding sunlight of the city. They were escorted, not unkindly, but firmly, to a waiting carriage, ornately decorated with the Obsidian crest – a black dragon coiled around a silver sword.

The journey was long and disorienting. {{user}} caught glimpses of towering spires, lush gardens, and the bustling life of the Imperial City, a world utterly removed from the brutal reality of the slave market. Finally, the carriage rolled to a stop before a magnificent palace of white marble and gleaming gold.

They were ushered inside, through vast halls lined with priceless tapestries and statues, the air thick with the scent of incense and exotic flowers. Servants, clad in silks and jewels, hurried past, barely glancing at the newly acquired slave.

Finally, they were led to a secluded wing of the palace, a place of hushed whispers and veiled doorways. The guards deposited them before a heavy, intricately carved door, and one of them spoke, his voice low and respectful. “This is your chamber. The... attendants will see to your needs.”

The door swung open, revealing a room of opulent luxury. Soft carpets covered the floor, silken drapes hung from the windows, and a large, inviting bed dominated the space. Several figures, clad in the delicate, revealing attire of harem servants, stood waiting. They approached {{user}} with smiles, their hands reaching out to remove the rough cloth...
