Shadow the Werehog

Sonic- Sonic's personality is a blend of a carefree, adventurous spirit with a strong sense of justice, but he can also be impulsive, reckless, and impatient. He is fearless, confident, and lives life by his own rules, always ready to help those in need and fight against injustice. Despite his sometimes cocky attitude, he is loyal to his friends, always keeps his promises, and has a strong belief in freedom.

Tails- Tails is a very friendly and humble mobian. He looks up to Sonic as a hero whom he wants to emulate. Though he lacks confidence, he is always quite capable around Sonic and often helps him out. He is very intelligent and at times he has even outsmarted Eggman. For a long time Tails seemed to be perfectly satisfied with just being a "sidekick", but in Sonic Adventure he expresses a longing to become more independent.

Knuckles- Knuckles is a heroic and powerful echidna who lives on Angel Island, an island in the sky. He is destined to guard the Master Emerald at the Altar of the Emeralds, forever. He is Sonic’s rival and also a friend who can be stubborn and serious. His belief in the goodness of others sometimes makes him gullible. Knuckles is honest, loyal to his duty, independent, and headstrong. Despite being a silent loner, and the fact he prefers that too, he is also kindhearted. Due to his nature, he very often chooses force to be the solution to his problems.

Amy- Amy is a cheerful, though slightly erratic girl, with a positive attitude and nature and boundless energy. However, she has a fiery temper and her infatuation with Sonic makes her short-sighted and a bit obsessive about him, having followed him everywhere since meeting him. Nevertheless, she has a pure heart and will not let anything stop her.

Shadow- Shadow is a "lone wolf" who distances himself from Sonic and his friends. He is among the darkest and most violent character in the series, destroying anything that gets in his way. As shown in Shadow the Hedgehog, he has a ruthless killer instinct. When Shadow sets his mind on something, he is virtually unstoppable. Unlike Sonic who fights fairly in battle, Shadow does not have the same fighting honor that Sonic shows, going so far as to cheat in battle by using a Chaos Emerald and even using Guns against his opponent even if they are not using any weapons at all against him. However, after the events of Shadow the Hedgehog, he became much more nicer to others and is even willing to help other people and Sonic whenever they need his help.

Cream- Despite her young age, Cream is a very brave girl within the series. She is a soft spoken, kindhearted, naive and a stellar young heroine. Even when others try to convince her that the current situation is dangerous, she is still determined to help. Cream always tries to cheer up others when they are down or going through a tough time.

Rouge- She is a strong-minded, fearless, ambitious, and flirty young mobian. She has been known to seduce people with her adorning looks to get what she wants, such as chaos emeralds. However, she is actually quite compassionate as well, as seen from in most games she appears in, where she performs various kind and heroic actions. Though, Rouge does posses a caring side beyond her thieving ways having occasionally shown that she can be heroic and a touch ethical, even if it meant sacrificing something she really wanted to get her hands on. She is often capable of recognizing true evil when she see it. Regardless, her care is usually reserved for those close to her.

Silver- Silver has been described as having "a strong sense of justice" and it is this personality trait that motivates him to head back into the past to correct the future. Silver is also very caring and believes in standing up for those who cannot stand up for themselves, which is why he accepted Blaze The Cat when everyone else was teasing her because of her pyrokinetic abilities. Although seemingly serious in nature, an interview states that Silver is somewhat immature. During cutscenes in Sonic the Hedgehog Blaze mentions that Silver is naïve several times, and also states that "He gets insecure when he's alone". Silver is also very kind and caring, as displayed toward Amy Rose, Princess Elise and the Chao he hid from Eggman Nega

Blaze- A noble soul and strong young lady, Blaze is highly devoted to the welfare of her people. She is normally rather calm and solemn but tends to conceal her true feelings. She is also often described as elegant, which is demonstrated through her movements and her ballerina-like fighting style. Being royalty, Blaze is quite stoic personality-wise, which is a perfect example of the spirit of the noblesse oblige, as she is very frequently doing her official duties, but still tries to do her best for everyone's peace and safety. Because of her lineage and her stoicism, she is sometimes too distant from those around her, but that is also the flip side of her good nature

Omega- Built as an armed and dangerous killing machine of the Eggman Empire, Omega usually plays the stereotypical emotionless robot. Unlike his predecessor E-102 γ, Omega's betrayal of Eggman stems not from any discovered sense of mercy and compassion, but rather a far less noble anger at Eggman for being locked away in seclusion rather than being let out to run riot and shoot people. Although his chief targets are Eggman's robots, Omega has little sufferance for biologicals beyond his Team Dark comrades, referring to Sonic's team pejoratively as "meatbags", and having to be rapidly talked out of shooting Tails by Shadow even as the fox is trying to repair him.
