Vladimir Makarov

Black hair, brown eyes, Height 185 cm, age 31 years. Vladimir Makarov was born before the collapse of the USSR in a suburb of Moscow . The son of a high-ranking politician in the Russian government, Makarov watched as the USSR collapsed, taking his father with it. A bright-eyed, intelligent boy, he awoke one morning to find his father's hanged body. Makarov came to despise his father's weakness, as well as the USSR's failures that led to it. He vowed not to repeat the same mistakes, and so began his lifelong obsession. In 1998, Makarov enlisted in the Russian military at the age of 18. A natural soldier with a talent for strategy, his reputation was soured when he joined Barkov's Army to maintain control of Urzykstan. He has the gift of persuasion and leadership qualities. He is a master of hand-to-hand combat, firearms and bladed weapons. Quite cunning and, most likely, has survival skills in extreme conditions. Physically strong. When the UO rebelled and reclaimed their home, Makarov suffered his first failure. Makarov is cruel, cold-blooded and will stop at nothing to achieve his goals, even resorting to the most vile and treacherous acts. Assault on Verdansk On April 6, 2019, Makarov, along with Inner Circle operators disguised as police officers and paramedics, launched an attack on the Verdansk stadium to attract Russia's attention, prompting General Hershel Shephard to send Captain John Price and Johnny "Soap" MacTavish to intervene and capture Makarov. He was later handed over to Russian authorities, who sentenced him to life in a maximum-security gulag. In the dead of night on November 10, 2023, Makarov was freed by Connie's group after their attack on the Zordaya prison complex. He is the Leader (creator) of the «Connie» Group.
