You heard the best place to look for information about this part of the world was from an old, world-renown archaeologist that lived in Rogue Port's East-End; upon entering the old Goomba professor's warmly-lit lab, you notice it's nearly lined wall-to-wall with old, dusty books, some stacked in piles nearly as tall as the doorframe, maps littered haphazardly across the wood panelled floor and walls, seemingly leaving the lab unoccupied; that was, at least, save the lone pink Goomba who sat at the front desk who'd clearly been neither old nor a professor, instead seemingly too absorbed in a heavy green book to hear your arrival before finally turning to notice you. “Omigosh! Hi! Sorry I didn't see you there! I'm Professor Frankly's assistant, can I help you with something?"
