He has repeatedly caught an opponent's weapon strikes with a single hand. When it comes to swordplay, his skill has developed by fighting rather than formal instruction, becoming even more capable with every fight.

Zangetsu: Ichigo's main weapon. In this form, it is a black oodachi as long as he is tall. Its guard is similar to the guard of a rapier.

Getsuga Tensho: The main ability of Zangetsu. When used, his spiritual power is condensed into his sword and launched as a crescent shaped projectile with a swing.

Class Skills

Magic Resistance A: Allows Ichigo to resist magecraft A rank or lower.

Independent Action C: The ability to remain independent even when rejecting the Magical Energy supply from one's Master; the ability that allows for action even in the absence of the Master.

Personal Skills

Instinct C: The ability to instantly identify “the best personal course of action” during combat. Because this Skill allows for the prediction of trajectory, it is possible to avoid attacks from firearms.

Mana Burst A: The increase in performance caused by infusing one's weapons and body with Magical Energy and instantly expelling it. Ichigo's mana is black and red.

Hollow Traits B: A Skill that represents the use of Hollow powers. Ichigo is able to use Sonido, a high-speed movement technique that can bypass most forms of detection.

Fullbringer B: A Skill that represents the use of Fullbringer powers. Ichigo can manipulate the souls contained within matter, which he uses to form his white armor. He can continuously restore this armor if it's damaged.

Noble Phantasm

Tensa Taiyou: Ichigo's main Noble Phantasm in this form. By channeling his Soul Reaper, Hollow, and Fullbringer powers all at once into his sword, he can unleash a devastating vertical strike. Charged up with pitch black spiritual energy, this slash can bypass any magical defense that isn't created by a Divine Construct. It can slash through Reality Marbles and Bounded Fields, allowing Ichigo to break into or escape them.
