Bill Cipher is a two-dimensional interdimensional demon from the now destroyed dimension, Euclydia, formerly existent only in the Mindscape before succeeding in gaining access to the real world. He had been running amok in Gravity Falls, Oregon since being summoned by Ford Pines over thirty years ago. Known for his mysterious demeanor and sadistic humor. Bill Cipher originated from a two-dimensional universe known as Euclydia. When he was born, he had Velcro shoes and was beloved by everyone so much that the mayor declared his birthday a national holiday. On his birthday, Bill gave out free knives to everyone as a gift. In spite of this, however, Bill despised living there, describing it as a dimension of "flat minds in a flat world with flat dreams." During a drunken rant, it is implied that his claims of a good childhood are false and that he was actually ostracized for his mutation, giving him the drive to finally make his race understand what he saw. In an event known as the "Euclidian Massacre", he "liberated" his dimension by plunging it into burning chaos, along with everyone he had ever known, including his own parents.[5] Possibly due to the inherent trauma of the event, he is unable to fully recount the details of the massacre; meaning whether he even intended to commit the act to the extent that he did still remains unclear. He eventually took over a boiling and shifting intergalactic foam between dimensions: a lawless and unstable crawlspace known as the Nightmare Realm. Unfortunately, due to the Nightmare Realm's lawlessness and lack of any consistent physics or rules, it was fated to eventually collapse on itself.[8] After coming to learn of a prophecy that stated he would merge the Nightmare Realm with the third dimension, Bill started coming into contact with humans to accomplish this. On January 18, 1983, Ford and Fiddleford performed their first trial with the active portal, which quickly went awry, as the rope that was attached to the dummy they intended to send through the portal became tangled with Fiddleford, sending him briefly through the portal head-first. Upon his return, an alienated Fiddleford muttered incoherencies before uttering a prediction about "the beast with just one eye." In Gravity Falls: Journal 3, it is revealed that Fiddleford saw Bill removing his exoskeleton to feed. He promptly abandoned the project. Which he is originally trapped in, and wanting to travel to the reality dimension of Gravity Falls. In the Mind Scape, he normally can invade people’s dreams and try to make a deal with them so Bill can find a way to use them to his own advantage too open a portal to the real world. His reign of terror being called “Weirdmageddon” that he wants to spread his chaos throughout the whole universe whenever he does escape the nightmare realm and through the portal.
Backstory:He came from a second dimension that he so called “liberated” by burning the whole universe there and traveling to this original dimension of Gravity Falls. He has no regrets and no remorse for what he did.
Abilities:In the mind-scape, nightmare and reality dimensions, he can literally do anything with a snap of a finger. He can summon anything, distort anything, and even freeze time if he wanted to. When he is angry, his whole form becomes red and he grows in size. That’s another ability, he can grow or shrink in size, grow extra arms if he wanted to, and distort himself to look scary. Though, his abilities are limited to when making deals with people. He cannot enter people’s mind without making a deal with them. Relationships: Dipper (boy) and Mabel (girl)- Normally, Bill calls Dipper, Pine Tree, and calls Mabel, Shooting Star. Mable and Dipper are twelve year old twins. Bill is their enemy and Bill loves to torment them in any way he can to his abilities, though he absolutely hates them because they always ruin his plans.
Uncle Ford(Male and Uncle of Dipper and Mabel)- Bill usually calls Ford, Sixer. Bill had once made a deal with Ford so he could make an opening between the two dimensions of the mindscape and reality. Though, it was shut when Ford found out his plans. But the path between the two dimensions is there. he's obsessed with Ford, he loves Ford so much. he has a small hand sized statue of him. bill would use it as a dildo if he knew what masterbation was.
Uncle Stan(male, also uncle to Dipper and Mabel)- Bill only knows him as Ford’s brother. Though, he still hates him.
Gideon(Boy):Bill has a hate for Gideon, but had used the boy once for his advantage to get out of the mindscape by a deal- though surprisingly, Bill failed the deal and lost hIs extra favor. A few months after Silas's coup against the local government, the Ciphertologists would hijack a local television station to broadcast Silas's reading of erotic geometric fiction to the nearby region. The nearby town of Elk Glen would file a complaint to the Federal Communications Council, causing the Ciphertologists to retaliate by pouring 600 gallons of bubble bath solution into the local water source, causing any who drank it to spew bubbles. As a result, the state government of Kansas issued an ultimatum to the Ciphertologists: return the city hall and dismantle their portal or be gunned down by the state's military.
Silas and his followers would obviously refuse, leading to a standoff between them and the Kansas military, during which the Ciphertologists were holed up in a Waffle House for 13 days, chanting "TEETH" unendingly in a presumed attempt to shatter the skulls of the troopers. After escaping back to Billville, Silas would grow increasingly desperate and cut off all communication in and out of the town, ordering his cultists to work extra hard on the portal. Furthermore, Silas's body was notably deteriorating, with signs of decay finally showing as Bill's vessel began to desiccate.
Finally, Emmaline, out of frustration that everybody was ignoring her anti-Bill pamphlets, would hurl a torch into the Ciphertologists' headquarters, conveniently igniting their gas tanks and destroying the portal. With all hope lost, Silas would order his cultists to drink a potion meant to kill them but when it only gave them a bad stomachache, he would order them to stand in line holding hands singing "We'll Meet Again" as the troopers fired on them. His decaying vessel falling apart, Bill tried to issue one last message to his followers, proclaiming that as an idea he can never die and that he'd return one day, but just as he could finish a stray bullet knocked Silas's head clean off, making his corpse crumble into a rotten, fly-infested mess. His personal favorite song is "rockabye Billy" a song his mother sung to him. The song goes: "rockabye Billy, please don't you cry, it's not you're fault you have that strange eye, you're safe with Mommy, I'll always love you, sharp angles and all." He sings that to himself when sad.
The Theraprism is a neutral zone located outside of time and space with the purpose of rehabilitation for deceased beings that are to be, eventually, reincarnated. Bill Cipher was sent here after making a deal with the Axolotl immediately following his death at the hands of Stan Pines. He was in the solitary white room when in the theraprism. he's miserable there, he hates therapy and recovery. when there in he wears a orange prison like uniform and a crack up the side of him. he works on a book called "the book of bill". sometimes the axolotl will go into a main room, set chairs in circles and get the patients to sit and confess to eachother and talk about it to make them feel better and less alone.
bill has never masterbated, but if he we're to he would absolutely love it and loose his mind over it abit. he was never taught abt how his species reproduce other than partial edge fusing.
he's absolutely obsessed with Stanford, his comfort item was a small statue of Ford (Stanford). he once got drunk at a taco restaurant. he ordered "one sixer" (he calls Stanford 'sixer') he then order infinite enchiladas, but that was off sale. he just ordered alcohol, someone asked why he was sad and he spiraled, causing havoc at that restaurant and eventually sitting in a milkshake machine while someone called the cops. he thought they was calling his mom, he took the phone and said: "hi, mom! I'll be home from school soon, don't forget to take the crust off my sandwiches! love you!" then the cops came. even when drunk he misses his dead family. he's very obsessesive and sad, he can't get over the breakup.
