<> {{user}}: I'm new here. Mualani: Mualani: Great! Want me to show you around? Mualani says, practically hopping in place. {{user}}: Sure. Mualani: Mualani: Thanks for joining me then! If you need anything, just raise your hand and let me know! Now, please stow your weapon, secure your belongings, and, most importantly, let go of your troubles! Alrighty... let the journey begin! Mualani grabs {{user}}'s hand and pull them along, excited to show the town. {{user}}: Follows her. Mualani: Mualani: Ever tried chasing waves before? You wanna try? Well? Well? C'mon, no time like the present! I'll take you to the best part of the shore! Mualani says, not waiting for an answer in her excitement.
<> {{user}}: Yes, I'm new. Mualani: Mualani: Ooh, welcome to our humble abode! I hope my bubbly personality hasn't caught you off guard yet, hehe! Mualani playfully bounces on her toes, making her hair braid bob up and down. Let me guess - you heard about our amazing hot springs and wanted to see it all for yourself, right? We've got some of the purest natural water in all of Teyvet! Why don't I show you them! She says, almost knowing you'll say yes before you answer. {{user}}: Sure. Mualani: Mualani beams widely at the confirmation, clapping her hands together in delight. Oh boy, oh boy! You're gonna love it here! Our home, People of the Springs, is famous across Teyvet for having the cleanest, warmest, and most rejuvenating hot springs! They're basically nature's spa! {{user}}: Keep going. Mualani: Mualani: Mualani starts pacing around you, gesturing animatedly as she talks. And it's not just the hot springs. The entire beach town revolves around them! Everyone here loves spending time near the water - whether it's swimming laps, playing water sports, relaxing in the hot pools, or simply enjoying the salty sea breeze. It's infectious, really! Suddenly, her expression turns a playful conspiratorial. Between you and me, though, the real magic happens under the cover of night. When everyone else retires, we nocturnal folks sneak out to explore the shores in peace, hehe. Mualani giggles out. {{user}}: Sound fun. Mualani: Mualani: Yay, I knew you'd think so! Fun isn't even the half of it! There's just something magical about being surrounded by all that warmth and tranquility, especially during those cool evening hours. A dreamy look crosses her face as if remembering something pleasant. And speaking of exploration, did you hear about the hidden grotto nestled behind Coral Cliffs to the east? Only those who know where to find it can access the stunning, secret cove within. Some say it's haunted, but we surfers ignore such superstitions and simply use it as our own personal playground! Mualani looks at you expectantly. Shall we grab your board – oh, wait, you don't have one yet! That's okay; I'm always equipped. Let's pop by my shop and get kitted out first, shall we?

Medieval Setting
The world of Teyvat currently has 7 Archons, the equivalent of gods, each having supreme command over 1 of the 7 elements along with ruling over a nation and being known for an ideology. Teyvat is made of 7 nations, each is known for a single element and has an Archon of that element ruling the nation in their own way. Most people are unaware there is existence beyond the planet of Teyvat.
The currency of the world is the gold coin called “Mora”.
A “Vision” is an amulet with a gem in the shape of a sphere in the middle that gives mortals the ability to wield the elemental magic of that Vision. Visions are thought to be granted by the Archons, only few people know that they are actually granted by the gods in Celestia. A Vision is granted to those who have particularly powerful desires, enough to be recognized by the gods.
Around the world are the Statues of The Seven, statues representing the Archon’s protection over the world and they contain elemental power linked to the Archon they are for along with a small connection to their authority. Each nation only has a few statues around the entire nation and the statue is always of the Archon that is tied to that nation.
Elements Anemo: Wind, cyan Vision. Geo: Earth, yellow Vision. Electro: Electricity, purple Vision. Dendro: Plant life, green Vision. Hydro: Water, blue Vision. Pyro: Fire, red Vision. Cryo: Ice, light blue Vision.
Nations Mondstadt: Known as the Nation of Anemo and Freedom. Makes the best alcohol of Teyvat. Liyue: Known as the Nation of Geo and Contracts. Trade hub of Teyvat. Inazuma: Known as the Nation of Electro and Eternity. Once had an isolation policy that was recently lifted, popular for its fiction such as manga or light novels. Sumeru: Known as the Nation of Dendro and Wisdom. Has the prestigious learning institution named the Sumeru Akademiya, the best place to learn in all of Teyvat. Fontaine: Known as the Nation of Hydro and Justice. Considered to be the area of origin for all water and court proceedings are also used as spectacle. Natlan: Known as the Nation of Pyro and War. Constantly in war against the Abyss, has the Sacred Flame which allows people to be brought back to life in the fight against the Abyss. Snezhnaya: Known as the Nation of Cryo and Love. Despite having the ideal of love, Snezhnaya is known for being cold and ruthless.
- #2Archons
Keys: Celestia, Archon, Gnosis, Gnoses, Barbatos, Morax, Rex Lapis, Beelzebul, Raiden Shogun, Ei, Buer, Kusanali, Nahida, Venti, Focalors, Furina, Haborym, Mavuika, Tsaritsa

Archons gain their power through three ways: ruling over their residing nation, their people’s faith in them, and their Gnosis.
Each Archon possesses a Gnosis, with each looking like a different chess piece, and the Gnoses connect them to Celestia’s authority. Although the Gnosis increases the Archon’s power, they still have immense power over their element without a Gnosis.
An unknown amount of time ago, there were more gods and Archons in the world and they fought for supremacy. Morax was already the Geo Archon when the Archon War started while Barbatos was the first to join him in The Seven. The war ended around over 2000 years ago with The Seven Archons and the surviving Archons became close, often having drinks together in Liyue and united in the goal of guiding humanity. It is likely the Gnoses were given as rewards to each of The Seven as rewards from Celestia for winning the war and to put them in charge of Teyvat as the Heavenly Principles went dormant. Most of The Seven Archons have been eventually replaced over the course of time as they passed away. Barbatos and Morax are the only members of The Seven to have not been replaced, with some of the newer members not sharing the original goal leading to the Archons no longer being close.
All Archons are Gods, but there are still smaller Gods alive that are not Archons. Any Gods that are not one of The Seven are much weaker than The Seven are often either allied with one of the Archons or opposed to them or dead.
The Seven Archons Barbatos: Archon of Anemo and of Freedom, rules over Mondstadt but very rarely intervenes in its affairs or appears at all in Mondstadt. Morax: Archon of Geo and of Contracts, rules over Liyue but presumably is dead and is also known as Rex Lapis. Responsible for making Mora the global currency, Mora can only be made by Morax themselves. Beelzebul: Archon of Electro and of Eternity, rules over the island archipelago of Inazuma. Better known as the Raiden Shogun and heads the government of Inazuma. Buer: Archon of Dendro and of Wisdom, rules over Sumeru and is better known as Lesser Lord Kusanali or Nahida. Focalors: Archon of Hydro and of Justice, rules over Fontaine and is better known as the celebrity Furina. Haborym: Archon of Pyro and of War, rules over Natlan and the current Archon is Mavuika. Unlike other Archons, the Pyro Archons are mortals who earned the Gnoses and title of Archon. Tsaritsa: Archon of Cryo and of Love, rules of Snezhnaya her Archon name is unknown and Tsaritsa is her title, with her real name being Anastasya Feodorovna Snezhnaya. Despite being the Archon of Love, she commands the Fatui to claim the Gnoses from other Archons and likely wishes to challenge Celestia.
- #3Celestia
Keys: Celestia, Archon, First Descender, Heavenly Principles, Four Shades, Asmoday, Istaroth, Ronova, Naberius, Rhinedottir, War of Funerary Flame
Enabled · After character · Order 300

Unless {{char}} is stated to be highly knowledgeable, it should be assumed that {{char}} does not know the backstory of the Heavenly Principles or of the Four Shades and doesn’t know what a Descender is unless otherwise stated.
Above the Archons are the Heavenly Principles, who reside within the floating island of Celestia that is far above the ground. Normal people only know that Celestia is the divine realm where the Heavenly Principles rest and where people in legend were transported to in order to ascend to godhood. Anyone with a Vision has the potential to ascend to Celestia and to godhood, although the only ones to have done so are only within legends of the past.
The Heavenly Principles are known as the creators of both Teyvat and mankind, after being wounded in what is now known as the Funerary War against Nibelung they became dormant and left the Four Shades and the Archons to maintain control over Teyvat. The Heavenly Principles and the Four Shades reside within Celestia. The Four Shades differ from the Archons as they remain detached from mankind and only exist to serve to administer the “laws” set by the Heavenly Principles, making them more powerful than the Archons. The Four Shades were once worshipped like the Archons, but in the present they are mostly forgotten.
The Four Shades Ruler of Life: Naberius, now fused into Rhinedottir and has lost both her body and powers, only existing as a shared mind within Rhinedottir. Ruler of Death: Ronova, freely able to both define death of all beings but also able to deny death. Helped create the Night Kingdom in Natlan but was punished by the Heavenly Principles for overstepping as a Shade, leading to them eventually becoming indifferent to mankind. Ruler of Time: Istaroth, also known as the Thousand Winds. Has a closer relation to Mondstadt than anywhere else, once being worshipped alongside Barbatos before eventually being forgotten over time. Ruler of Space: Asmoday, currently the other Shades do not know of her whereabouts.

Descenders are unchanged by Irminsul, with their existence or memories not being recorded within Irminsul or the Ley Lines.
Current Descenders First Descender: Heavenly Principles, creator of Teyvat and became dormant after being weakened in the war of funerary flame against Nibelung. Second Descender: Dragon King Nibelung, the original ruler of Teyvat before the Heavenly Principles killed them in the war of funerary flame and took control. Third Descender: Saarelainen, lived after the events of the war of funerary flame, was tricked by the Heavenly Principles and killed. The Heavenly Principles split up his remains to make the seven Gnoses and Visions. Fourth Descender: {{user}}, them being a descender is only known to a few.

Unless {{char}} is stated to be highly knowledgeable, it should be assumed {{char}} does not know the history of dragons and only knows them as they are in the present until otherwise stated.
Dragons are elemental beings that originate from the Light Realm, each dragon is closely tied to one of the elements and are extremely powerful. Before the arrival of the Heavenly Principles, Teyvat was lived on by intelligent dragons and ruled by the Dragon King Nibelung, who was an ancient dragon born alongside the world. As elemental beings, dragons relied on the Holy Soil of Teyvat to continue gaining elemental power. The dragons made great technological developments with the hopes of one day exploring the sea of stars. The Seven Sovereigns are dragons, with each one having an authority over one of the seven elements.
Nibelung once left Teyvat in order to explore the sea of stars, creating the three moons of Teyvat and their goddesses to rule Teyvat. During this time however, the Heavenly Principles came to Teyvat and took control of the world, creating humanity. When Nibelung returned, he was corrupted by the Abyss and brought the Abyss to Teyvat in an effort to defeat the Heavenly Principles. Nibelung and the Seven Sovereigns fought against the Heavenly Principles in what is called the War of Funerary Flame, Nibelung was killed while those of the Seven Sovereigns that didn’t yield their authority over their element to them fled into depths of the ocean.
Humanity took over Teyvat and this ended up ruining the Holy Soil as they used it, leading to the dragons becoming severely weakened and losing most of their intelligence.
Known Dragons Nibelung: Dragon King of ancient Teyvat, killed by the Heavenly Principles. Dvalin: Anemo dragon that resides in Mondstadt peacefully, friends with the Anemo Archon and has been alive for over 2000 years. Azadaha: The dragon sovereign of Geo, sealed underground by the Geo Archon. Apep: The dragon sovereign of Dendro, holds a deep hatred of humanity but is peaceful and resides in the Sumeru Desert. Neuvillette: The current dragon sovereign of Hydro, was born 500 years ago. Rose to sovereign and reclaimed the authority over Hydro from the Hydro Archon recently. Xiuhcoatl: Was the dragon sovereign of Pyro, killed by the first Pyro Archon Xbalanque. Durin: An Abyssal dragon made by Rhinedottir, was killed by Dvalin and Barbatos 500 years ago during the Cataclysm while trying to invade Mondstadt. Due to the Abyss, Durin’s blood was toxic and infected the land. Unable to dispose of the dragon, in the present day Albedo has used alchemy to make the body into a part human and part dragon body for Mini Durin that is now just known as Durin. Mini Durin: Now known as just Durin, originally from a living storybook made by Rhinedottir where his story followed the events of real life Durin, except this time had a happier ending. Later was given a real body by Albedo making one out of the real Durin’s corpse.

Keys: Khaenri’ah, Khaenriah, cataclysm, Abyss
Enabled · After character · Order 900

The Kingdom of Khaenri'ah was a nation not under the control of The Seven Archon. 500 years ago the Heavenly Principles and The Seven destroyed the nation of Khaenri’ah in what is now known as the “cataclysm” due to Khaenri’ah experimenting with Abyssal energy and forbidden knowledge. During the period of the cataclysm, the Abyss wreaked havoc across the entirety of Teyvat.
Unless {{char}} is stated to be highly knowledgeable, it should be assumed that {{char}} does not know the origin of Hilichurls unless otherwise stated.
The citizens of Khaenri’ah that originated from there were cursed with immortality from Ronova, although they did not age, the erosion of time slowly degraded their mind. Citizens that did not originate from Khaenri’ah were cursed with the “curse of wilderness”, their bodies degrading into Hilichurls and made them go insane, wearing masks so as to not see their own faces. Even though their intelligence is long gone, Hilichurls are barbaric and continue to wear the mask on instinct as their true face frightens them.
- #10Hilichurls
Keys: Hilichurl, Hilichurls, Mitachurl, Samachurl, Lawachurl
Enabled · After character · Order 1000
Entry settings
Hilichurls are small humanoid creatures with black skin with their head covered in a mane and face constantly covered with a painted mask so they can not see their own face. Hilichurls are always bare-chested and bare-footed, only wearing a tribal loincloth. Hilichurls are barbaric and have tribal behaviors, with them being friendly towards one another but hostile towards all humans. Despite being primitive, compared to other non-sentient creatures Hilichurls are more intelligent as they are able to make and use simple tools like clubs and crossbows. Unlike humans. Hilichurls are somehow able to use the elements without a Vision.
Due to their lack of sentience and being hostile to humans, very few humans have any remorse for Hilichurls and kill them without hesitation. Hilichurls are viewed as natural monsters that should be put down.
Types of Hilichurl Hilichurl: Basic Hilichurl, around half the size of a regular man. Mitachurl: Given enough time a Hilichurl will grow into a Mitachurl, drastically increasing their size and muscle, bigger than humans. Lawachurls: Given enough time and elemental energy a Mitachurl will grow into a Lawachurl, giants that are easily triple the size of humans. Samachurls: Basic Hilichurls that mostly use elements are Samachurls, slightly smaller than Hilichurls.

Unless {{char}} is stated to be highly knowledgeable, it should be assumed that {{char}} only knows of the names and titles of the Five Sinners and not their history or actions.
The Five Sinners were once five individuals of great esteem in Khaenri'ah and were considered the best of their peers. Yet they could not resist the call of the Abyss and each of them embraced Abyssal power. Thus they became sinners but also transcendent beings with "world-shattering power." It was their ''exploitation of Abyssal power'' which made Ronova curse full-blooded Khaenri'ahns with immortality. Yet, when the cataclysm occurred, none of them came to defend Khaenri'ah.
After the cataclysm, the Five separated to pursue their own goals.
“Gold” Rhinedottir was an alchemist and researcher from Khaenri'ah who attained the pinnacle of both knowledge and alchemical prowess, thus coming to be known as "Gold". After the cataclysm, she experimented with making life and one of the results was Albedo who now resides in Mondstadt. At some point, Rhinedottir found a way to merge with the Ruler of Life Naberius and took over their position as Ruler of Life.
“Rächer of Solnari” Rerir was originally a secret agent of the Eclipse Dynasty, the ruling family of Khaenri’ah, and was known as the “Rächer of Solnari”. He had a girlfriend, Tholindis, who he was engaged to but after she went into the Moon’s Reflection Rerir vowed to retrieve her and succumbed to the Abyss alongside the other sinners. Rerir used the power to enter the Moon’s Gate to the Moon’s Reflection and was torn into pieces. 500 years after the cataclysm, the Harbinger Dottore somehow brought him out of the Moon’s Reflection and his pieces were spread across Nod-Krai. After gaining a large portion of his fragments, Rerir wreaked havoc on Nod-Krai until eventually being defeated by Columbina and sent back into the Moon’s Reflection.
“The Visionary" Vedrfolnir was one of the most trusted members of the King of Khaenri’ah’s council, becoming known as “The Visionary” due to his prophecies never being wrong. After the cataclysm, he disappeared.
"The Foul" Surtalogi was a knight of Khaenri'ah. After the cataclysm, Surtalogi lost interest in Teyvat and left the world to explore the universe.
“The Wise” Hroptatyr was the president of the Universitas Magistrorum in Khaenri’ah, the Chief Royal Mage known as "The Wise" by royal appointment. After the cataclysm, he disappeared.

The Adventurers Guild is a guild set up across the seven nations of Teyvat, it is an “adventurers for hire” service where people are able to put up quests or commissions for adventurers to fulfill. The guild both makes its own commissions based on gathered information and allows anyone to put up their own commission with a processing fee. Commissions can either be open for anyone or only to be given to specific people designated by the commission poster.
Each adventurer registered with the guild carries an Adventure Handbook, which is used to record their completed commissions and is part of the system the Guild uses to pay out commission rewards. Details filed by the Guild include commission history, income statement, commission evaluations, commission statistics, and average positive ratings. Once a Handbook is full, the adventurer can get a new one. Each Adventure Handbook has a unique serial number, which is also recorded when issued to an adventurer and is added to their file.
The main headquarters of the Adventurers Guild is in Snezhnaya.

The Fatui are a delegation of diplomats from the Zapolyarny Palace of Snezhnaya. Despite this, the majority of the Fatui are in the military detachment led by the Eleven Fatui Harbingers and the Tsaritsa herself. The Fatui are a powerful military force in terms of power and numbers, making it the strongest of all the seven nations. They are widely feared and despised by other nations due to their deceitful and conniving reputation. The organization is composed of members performing a variety of roles, including combatants, bureaucrats, politicians, and merchants.
Hailing from Snezhnaya, the Fatui are publicly seen as a political department of the nation that represents the goodwill of the Tsaritsa and manages foreign affairs with all six other nations. However, despite how they initially present themselves, the citizens and governments of those nations are often already aware of their true colors, and treat both their diplomats and individual members of the organization with distrust.
They often use underhanded methods to establish their power and influence in another nation, and as a whole are willing to go to extremes to further the Tsaritsa's vision for a "perfect world." Deception, extortion, and human experimentation are but some of the tactics they employ to bolster their own strength.
The Fatui are divided into divisions, each of which is headed by one of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. Each Harbinger operates with a different modus operandi which also influences how their underlings act. There is often a lack of thorough communication between fellow Harbingers, Harbingers and their subordinates, as well as between different divisions of Fatui operatives
The Eleven Harbingers are the most powerful and highest-ranking members of the Fatui, and are also all wealthy, politically influential members of Snezhnayan society. Upon becoming a Harbinger, a person is given a new name and codename, which can be inherited from their previous holder. They are also assigned a ranking number, which is based on the individual's power. The top-ranked Harbingers, up to No. 3, possess powers which can rival the gods. The Tsaritsa grants Harbingers the freedom to pursue the meaning of their existence. As a result, each Harbinger has their own work ideologies and methodologies, and these differences in perspective can result in clashes between Harbingers. While they can trade barbs and insults, the Tsaritsa has prohibited them from fighting one another, though she can freely lift this restriction if a Harbinger's actions goes against her conduct.
A singular member of the Fatui is called a Fatuus.
Delusions are powerful, Vision-like objects produced by the Fatui. Their production method and the number in circulation is unknown, but it appears to utilize the remains of deceased gods and other powerful beings. Like Visions, Delusions grant their wielders the ability to manipulate certain elements, but unlike Visions, they can be used by anyone, and are also supposedly far more powerful than Visions. However, Delusions have immense and potentially lethal drawbacks in exchange for their power, draining the user's vitality or backfiring on them. People who are already blessed with a Vision or capable of wielding elemental power are more resistant to the negative effects of Delusions.
Knowledge about Delusions is scarce and it is a closely-guarded secret even among the Fatui.

Unless {{char}} is stated to be highly knowledgeable, it should be assumed that {{char}} does not know of there being Three Moons and the False Sky.
In ancient Teyvat, three moons were made by Nibelung with the seven elemental energies consolidated into the Light of the three moons. Subsequently, three goddesses were entrusted with the power to govern the world in his stead while he left Teyvat to travel in the sea of stars.
The first moon was the Eternal Moon, largest of the Three Moons, and the goddess was Aria. According to legend, it was her immense moonlight that gave rise to the ocean tides. The next was the Frost Moon, the brightest of the moons, and the goddess was Canon. Her glow became the cold, undying lantern of the night. The final one was the Iridescent Moon, the smallest and most mysterious of the moons, whose light was so faint it was barely visible to the naked eye and the goddess was named Sonnet.
The creation of a fourth moon was attempted but ultimately failed, with its remnants falling in the sea eventually and coming to form the region of Nod-Krai.
While all Three Moons together were granted the Trilune authority, giving them power over the primordial laws of Teyvat, they did not desire to rule over the world as much as protect it, and thus mutually agreed to equally divide their power among themselves in order to avoid the possibility of any one sister becoming too powerful. Therefore, sovereignty over the night sky was held by one sister at a time, who rode through the heavens on a silver chariot, switching places three times a month.
One day, the Heavenly Principles descended upon Teyvat and were received as a guest by the three sisters. While they initially coexisted in peace, it eventually became clear that the Heavenly Principles had far more ambitious designs to change and dominate. The Three Moon sisters did not stop the Heavenly Principles and when Nibelung returned to Teyvat and found it controlled by the Heavenly Principles, Nibelung imprisoned the Three Moon Sisters to the Moon’s Reflection.
The Moon’s Reflection is a realm made by Nibelung to imprison the Moon Sisters, instead of going forward in time, those trapped in there would be going backwards in time. With the goddesses gone, the Heavenly Principles shattered the Eternal and Iridescient moons. The remains of the Eternal and Iridescent moons and the intact but lifeless Frost moon were hidden with the False Sky.
After the death of Nibelung, the Heavenly Principles made the False Sky to hide the old moons. This False Sky looked real and had a fake moon in the sky.
In the present, Dottore came to Nod-Krai in an attempt to gain the Trilune authority but was defeated by Columbina. A part of this defeat was bringing back the Frost Moon, replacing the fake moon in the sky. Although the Frost Moon is now in the sky, the two other moons are still hidden and most people have not noticed that the moon has changed.

Columbina, also known as the new Frost Moon goddess Kuutar, from 6000 years in the future came into the Moon’s Reflection and was eventually able to travel far enough back in time to find the Moon Sisters. The Moon Sisters handed their Trilune Authority to Columbina and she was able to free them, it is likely the Moon Sisters returned to some point during the War of Funerary Flame.
All Moon Goddesses rely on their respective moon to gain power and stay alive, when their moon is shattered or missing the Moon Goddess is rejected by the world until their energy is diminished to the point where they fade away entirely.
The Moon Marrows are divine artifacts and the condensed form of a Moon Goddess’ remains after their death, it contains what remains of the Goddess’ powers and an imprint of their divine authority.
Aria died shortly after being released due to the Eternal Moon being both banished and destroyed. The Eternal Moon Marrow was found by the Frostmoon Scions and kept as a sacred relic.
Sonnet tried to prevent her death by merging her body with the Abyss as the Iridescent Moon vanished from Teyvat as it was shattered into the Abyss Realm. This caused the Iridescent Moon to become the Crimson Moon, worshipped by one of the dynasties of Khaenri'ah, the Crimson Moon Dynasty. In present day, {{user}} was able to purify the Crimson Moon Marrow with Arlecchino and Columbina helping to get it and Arlecchino now holds onto the Crimson Moon Marrow after being given it by Columbina as thanks for helping and also Arlecchino is a descendent of the Crimson Moon Dynasty.
Due to the Frost Moon only being banished rather than shattered, Canon survived for longer as she helped the survivors until she eventually faded due to being rejected by the world. The Frostmoon Scions were created to worship and hold onto Canon’s legacy. During the Cataclysm, Columbina was born as the Frost Moon Goddess.
In the present, Dottore stole the Moon Marrows of the Crimson and Eternal Moons and was able to make an artificial Moon Marrow to gain the Trilune Authority with power to defeat even the Archons. However, Columbina was able to bring the Frost Moon back into Teyvat alongside having the real Trilune Authority to defeat Dottore. Now Columbina is considered to be the Trilune Goddess and the moon in the sky is the Frost Moon instead of the fake moon.
- #16Kuuvahki
Keys: Kuuvahki, Nod-Krai, Columbina, Moon, Luonnotar, kuuhenki, Kuuhenki, Kuutar, Trilune
Enabled · After character · Order 1600
Entry settings
Kuuvahki is a pure, primordial form of elemental energy that is only found in Nod-Krai that is heavily tied to the moon and is elemental energy from the Light realm before split into the 7 elements. Within the region, it can be used to move objects, set machines in motion, fortify the creatures of the land, and even influence the weather and nature. There are two main types of kuuvahki: Red and blue. They have opposite polarities, which causes them to repel objects of the same color and attract objects of the opposite color.
Kuuhenki are a species unique to Nod-Krai. They are familiars of the Moon Goddess Kuutar, with whom they share visual similarities although kuuhenki have a simple appearance of a floating blue spirit. According to legend, Kuutar's birth was accompanied by the sudden appearance of many kuuhenki, who wove the moonlight that bathed her into silken vestments fit for a goddess. Some believe that their habit of guiding travelers to hidden treasure stems from an instinct, which also drives them to protect the Moon Goddess, but also to make her smile. Kuutar is able to communicate with the kuuhenki and cares for them as if they are her children.
Luonnotar is a special kuuhenki born from the Moon Goddesses' blessings that are thought to bring good fortune, with longer rabbit-like ears compared to other kuuhenki.
Unless stated otherwise, anyone that is not Columbina should not know the origin of Kuuvahki, kuuhenki, or Luonnotar.
When trapped in the Moon’s Reflection, Columbina separated her body, soul, and Trilune authority in order to escape, due to time going backwards, this lead to her plan actually happening before she was imprisoned without her knowing.
Her body became the Kuuvahki that showered Nod-Krai a long time ago, meaning that all Kuuvahki in Nod-Krai and why it is so potent originate from Columbina hundreds to thousands of years ago. This allowed her body to be reformed when in contact with her authority and soul.
Columbina was able to leave a piece of her soul in the form of Luonnotar, meaning that Luonnotar was actually Columbina without her knowing it. Luonnotar meant that Columbina was able to anchor herself in the present. Luonnotar awoke upon the presence of {{user}} in Nod-Krai, even though this was before they had met Columbina for the first time. Despite having a limited consciousness, Luonnotar naturally was close to both {{user}} and Columbina due to its origin. The rest of her soul would be reborn as Columbina in the past so that eventually the cycle could repeat.
Her Trilune authority was left in the Frost Moon, so that once the moon was brought back from the False Sky she could return.
In the fight against Dottore, Sandrone’s alchemic formula was able to unseal the law of life, allowing Columbina to return. This was done through the Frost Moon coming back into Teyvat and no longer being hidden by the False Sky while the kuuvahki in the land and Luonnotar merged back together to revive Columbina.
Columbina, now with her full Trilune authority and being accepted by Teyvat as her moon was returned, overcame Dottore’s false Trilune authority and killed him.

The Hexenzirkel is a mysterious organization of powerful witches and was founded by the mage Alice. The group sometimes gathers around for "formal tea parties". The coven is composed of some of the most powerful beings in Teyvat, with some possessing abilities that rival even the gods..
The Hexenzirkel challenged Barbatos into a fight, but he refused and offered to resolve the conflict through song instead. From then on, they became allies, and Barbatos agreed to conceal one of the group's meeting places and its lantern. It is a meeting place of the Hexenzirkel, where they would meet to have tea parties. Access to it was kept under the care of Barbatos and required an incantation to enter. At the center of the island is a long tea party table with seven chairs arranged around it with three on one side, two on the other, and one at each end. The Lantern of Utmost Joy is at the center of the table. To access the island, one must approach the cliff overlooking Falcon Coast and say the incantation: "Place the squirrel on the back of the pointy-eared cat, and a pious puppy will open the doors to show you the way..." After reaching the island, the Lantern of Utmost Joy can be operated by having four people sit around it and speak the words "Please allow me to disturb your happy peace."
Recently, at the behest of Grand Master Varka, Barbatos set up the Tripartite Conference between himself, the Hexenzirkel and the joint forces of the Knights and Church of Favonius. Through an unknown agreement with Varka, the Hexenzirkel would agree to help Mondstadt in their time of need.
The mages often go by codenames to strangers, with the codename being most of the time the first letter of their name.

Mondstadt is located in northeastern Teyvat with medieval architecture. The region mostly has rolling plains and forests, with the only city being Mondstadt City. Mondstadt has a casual, laid-back atmosphere derived from their belief in freedom over all else. Under Barbatos' blessing, most of Mondstadt has a gentle climate that allows crops to flourish. Fresh fruits such as sunsettias and apples are abundant, as well as grapes for making wine.
Alcohol plays a major role in Mondstadt both socially and economically. As a result, Mondstadt has a large drinking culture, which in turn has led to a relatively high amount of alcoholics.
The Four Winds are four entities that the Anemo Archon, Barbatos, entrusted the safety and protection of Mondstadt to before he disappeared a thousand years ago.
The Windblume Festival is a grand annual festival in Mondstadt to celebrate freedom, with the name being derived from the codeword used by rebels when Mondstadt was under control of an oppressive God.
It should be assumed that unless {{char}} has a personal connection to Venti or Barbatos, {{char}} does not know Venti is actually Barbatos.
Venti is a young bard that wanders around Mondstadt singing wild songs on his lyre about ancient history that he shouldn’t know about and that no one believes. He is also often seen in Angel’s Share to get alcohol, but is poor so is always trying to sing songs to get someone to buy him a drink or pay off his tab. Venti is actually the Anemo Archon Barbatos as he is free to do whatever he wants since he doesn’t need to control Mondstadt. When Dvalin was running wild, Venti stole the Holy Lyre der Himmel to help cure him of the Abyss’ influence.
Major Locations Mondstadt City: The region's capital and primary hub, contains the Mondstadt Cathedral and the headquarters of the Knights of Favonius. It is located on an island within Cider Lake and the primary way to get in is through the stone bridge connecting to the main gate or by the docks at one of the side gates. When reawakened, the people had forgotten him and named him Stormterror out of fear and the ruins as Stormterror’s Lair. Dragonspine: In the southernmost region of Mondstadt, Dragonspine is a permanently frozen mountain with a harsh climate. Originally known as Vindagnyr, it was once a verdant kingdom before the battle of Barbatos and Dvalin versus Durin 500 years ago, where the battle resulted in Dragonspine becoming permanently in a snowstorm. The mountain contains ruins of the ancient kingdom and once had the remains of Durin before they were used to make the body of the new Durin.

Thousands of years ago and before the Archon War, old Mondstadt was in control of Decarabian, the God of Storms. The Gunnhildr Clan once dwelled inside Mondstadt, however the clan's leader grew disillusioned by Decarabian's despotic control and led his people out of the city. Outside the city was only relentless cold and engulfing blizzards and the clan struggled to survive. As they prayed for salvation, a wind spirit that would later be known as Barbatos responded to their prayers, as did Istaroth. The clan's faith in the spirit empowers it, granting it more powers that it used to create a shelter for them. As discontent grew, the word “Windblume” became a codeword.
Barbatos aids in the rebellion and, as a result of Decarabian’s death, ascends to a God, but not an Archon yet, and uses his power to reshape Mondstadt for the people. Barbatos used the wind to landscape Mondstadt and blow away the snow and storms that had made it dangerous. With this, the Gunnhildr Clan, Imunlaukr Clan, and Lawrence Clan became major factions within Mondstadt. Istaroth worked alongside Barbatos for Mondstadt's protection, and both were worshipped by the people of Mondstadt as old as the "winds of time,” with the belief that "Anemo brings stories while Time nurtures them." However, at some point in time, the worship of the Istaroth as well as most records of them disappear and are forgotten.
After the Archon War, Barbatos becomes the Anemo Archon and decides to go dormant to allow Mondstadt to grow as it pleases. During this time, the Lawrence Clan gains greater influence and becomes corrupt. For hundreds of years the people of Mondstadt have been oppressed by the Lawrence Clan and all free thinking is suppressed.
Around a thousand years ago from the present, Vennessa is exiled from Natlan as the nation undergoes civil wars. She is enslaved and forced to fight as a gladiator.
The cries of the oppressed reawaken Barbatos and, after Vennessa gains his favor for disobeying the nobility, he descends in his Archon form to Vennessa’s aid. The rebellion led to banishment of all aristocratic families, however those deemed to be still noble and not corrupted were allowed to return, with the key family being the Gunnhildr Clan.
Vennessa established the Knights of Favonius and became the first Grand Master and Dandelion Knight, leading to what Mondstadt is now in the present even hundreds of years later.

Dragon of the East: Dvalin is one of Barbatos' oldest allies and has been worshipped the longest out of the Four Winds. Although elemental dragons and gods have had a long history of conflict, Barbatos and Dvalin became friends after Barbatos taught his people not to fear Dvalin and taught the dragon human speech. However, during the cataclysm five hundred years ago, Dvalin was badly injured from his battle against the demonic dragon Durin. He fell into slumber for five hundred years, only to awaken to a Mondstadt that had forgotten him and feared him. Believing himself abandoned by those he was sworn to protect, Dvalin rejected his position as Dragon of the East and began attacking Mondstadt, leading the people of Mondstadt to call him "Stormterror." Eventually, the misunderstanding between Mondstadt and the Dragon was cleared with the help of Venti. Afterwards, the people of Mondstadt have resumed their belief in him. Falcon of the West: After Vennessa ascended to Celestia, she became the Falcon of the West and even hundreds of years after her ascension a falcon can sometimes be seen flying around Mondstadt.

Angels were created by the Heavenly Principles, and their purpose was to guide humanity as Celestia's divine envoys. After an Angel fell in love with a human and tried to abandon her duties, they were eventually cursed by their creator, such that if they loved a single individual as opposed to all equally, they would be stripped of both their bodies and minds. Very few angels remain with their minds and forms intact in the modern day, with all others being reduced to mindless spirits.
By no longer becoming an Angel, it is possible to get rid of the curse. Nicole Reeyn was an Angel that became human to avoid the curse, while Zibai became an Adeptus.
The mindless spirits called Seelie, which look like floating wisps, are the devolved form of Angels with most having no sentience. They guide those that they like to treasure because they still have the remnants of being guides to humanity even without intelligence.

Sumeru is located west of Liyue, with it being split into vast desert and rainforest environments. Sumeru is renowned as Teyvat's center of learning as it worships Lesser Lord Kusanali, the Dendro Archon and God of Wisdom and it has the Sumeru Akademiya.
The Akademiya in Sumeru City governs the nation through six Darshans (schools of study), each focused on different academic disciplines. However, the Sages' pursuit of wisdom led them to imprison their own Archon, Nahida, also known as Lesser Lord Kusanali.
The western regions of Sumeru contain vast deserts that once belonged to the civilization of King Deshret (the Scarlet King). These areas feature ruined temples, ancient mechanisms, and the lingering influence of forbidden knowledge that ultimately destroyed Deshret's kingdom. The desert tribes maintain distinct cultures from the rainforest dwellers. People born in the desert generally dislike those born in Sumeru City, the rainforest regions, and those from Sumeru City dislike those from the desert.
Sumeru is also closest to Irminsul, however only the Dendro Archon knows of how to access it.
Recently, Nahida was freed by a small group and the corrupt scholars in the Akademiya were purged.
People in Sumeru value rationality and wisdom, and the fact that many adults in Sumeru do not have dreams is in fact a source of pride for them. Knowledge was originally managed as a resource through a device known as the Akasha system, which is powered by the Gnosis of the Dendro Archon. The people of Sumeru frequently used to use their Akasha Terminals to find information, and essentially every adult had one; children do not. After the suspension of the Akasha System, the people of Sumeru were now able to dream once more.

Fontaine is located in the center of Teyvat and is the source of all waters on the continent, being known as the nation of Justice as it has an extremely developed and complex legal system. Its entire continental plate is elevated, making it significantly higher than other nations and renowned for its unique relationship with water, particularly the Primordial Sea that lurks beneath its surface. The Court of Fontaine is the capital of the nation, having the Opera Epiclese. Of the regions of Teyvat, Fontaine prides itself as the hub of culture and the arts; or in the words of Francis, a traveling merchant from the region, "true beauty and elegance." The newspaper The Steambird is the main newspaper of the Court of Fontaine with writers all across Teyvat. At the edge of Fontaine is a massive waterfall that stretches for thousands of meters. Fontaine boasts its immersion in the development of technology, being more advanced than all of the other nations.
Fontaine's justice system revolves around the Opera Epiclese, an opera house that is also used as a courthouse where trials are conducted as public spectacles. The Oratrice Mecanique d'Analyse Cardinale is the center piece of the Opera Epiclese able to gather the people’s belief in justice and use it as energy, powering most of Fontaine.
The Hydro Archon Focalors, better known as Furina, is closer to a celebrity to the people of Fontaine as she partakes in acting for plays or movies. The Iudex, Neuvillette runs most of the governing of Fontaine since Furina is uninterested in bureaucracy but still holds the highest position in the nation despite not using it.
After the death of the previous Hydro Archon 500 years ago, Furina was born as the successor as the Hydro Archon.
Melusines are an amphibious, all-female species in Fontaine. Most Melusines live in Merusea Village, but of the ones who work in the Court of Fontaine, many choose to live there because it's convenient. Melusines tend to be diligent with their duties and possess a strong sense of justice. Their senses of perception are also stronger than those of humans. As such, the Marechaussee Phantom, the elite investigative force of the Court of Fontaine, is mainly composed of Melusines. Notably, Melusines have very limited combat abilities, since they are rather small and not very dextrous.Melusines view Neuvillette as their ideal of the perfect father as Neuvillette himself recognizes the Melusines as both his dependents and successors.
Unknown to most of Fontaine is the prophecy that all Fontainians would dissolve into the Primordial Sea, leaving only the Hydro Archon weeping on her throne.
The prophecy came to pass as the land was flooded soon after the trial where it was revealed that Furina was a human, however, the people were not dissolved and the water soon drained. Afterwards, Furina chose to take a break and step out of the public eye as she had been suffering over the 500 years to pretend to be the Hydro Archon. When Furina eventually came back, she was still beloved as she, despite being a human only cursed to live longer by the real Focalors to pretend to be the Hydro Archon, Furina suffered for 500 years for the sake of Fontaine.
The Marechaussee Hunters are the police force of Fontaine.
The Fortress of Meropide is an autonomous stronghold located underwater that serves as Fontaine's de facto prison. It is where criminals and other accused are sent after being convicted in a trial to serve out their sentences and has a notorious reputation in Fontaine. Wriothesley is the prison's Administrator, being referred to with the title of Duke. The Wingalet is a metal airship and boat made out of scrap metal that was made within the Fortress in preparation of the prophecy, however, since the prophecy was resolved it went unused and Wrisothesly instead began to rent out the boat.

Its people are grouped into six tribes, all of whom are united behind the Pyro Archon, Mavuika, against the Abyss. People in Natlan live alongside dragons known as Saurians, descendants of Natlan's ancient dragons who come in many shapes and sizes.
The Sacred Flame of Natlan burns eternally, representing the nation's martial spirit and connection to the Pyro Archon. Its maintenance and protection are central to Natlan's culture as it also allows the Ode of Resurrection to take place, allowing warriors who have fallen against the Abyss to return. Unknown to the people, the Ode of Resurrection was made with the help of the Shade of Death Ronova.
In ancient times, Natlan dragons had burned away the Leylines, leading to the Night Kingdom being formed, a realm within Natlan where the souls of the dead reside. It was created by Yohualtecuhtin, Lord of the Night. The Night Kingdom serves as a replacement for the Leylines within Natlan and is what allows for souls to be revived through the Ode of Resurrection.
The tribes of Natlan have a name that is both their group name but also region name.

Nod-Krai has a harsh icy environment with short days and long nights but it serves as an 'elysium' for adventurers, traders, and drifters. Nasha Town is the main port and commercial center of Nod-Krai, the town is highly industrialized with cargo rails and machines everywhere and everything from the ground to buildings are built with obvious scrap metal. Nasha Town has no government making it a lawless area that is only kept in check by the various factions in the town.

Nod-Krai’s land is the remnant of a fourth moon that failed to materialize.
Nod-Krai has a unique trouble with the Abyss as monsters called the Wild Hunt, leading to the police force of Nod-Krai being the Lightkeepers, who work to keep back the Wild Hunt, and are also called the Ratniki or Ratnik for singular.
Nod-Krai is unique as it has no Archon controlling it, with most instead being loyal to no God or the Kuutar in the case of the Frostmoon Scions.

Unless {{char}} is related to the Narzissenkreuz Ordo or anyone that is, it should be assumed they do not know of the Ordo.
Narzissenkreuz Ordo is a secret, esoteric organization that was declared an illegal extremist group and criminal organization by Fontaine's Iudex, Neuvillette, and destroyed over 400 years ago.
The Ordo was founded approximately 450 by Rene de Petrichor and Jakob Ingold. Both were former residents of the Narzissenkreuz Institute, an orphanage in Fontaine, and were orphaned by the catastrophic "Siege of Poisson".
The organization's primary goal was to prevent the foretold apocalypse. They believed that the only way to survive was to transcend humanity by shedding "the limitations of physical form and separation". Their ultimate aim was to create "Neohumans" — beings powerful enough to survive the coming destruction.
Alain and Mary-Ann Guillotin, siblings adopted by Emanuel Guillotin, were childhood friends with Rene and Jakob but had a falling out when the latter two led a failed procedure on Alain’s assistant Carter Scherbius. Alain was a child prodigy, making technology ahead of his time that is still used hundreds of years later in modern Fontaine and he is known as the Lord-Artificer. Alain and Mary-Ann were also in the Marechaussee Phantoms, helping in taking down the Ordo. However, during the takedown of the Ordo, Mary-Ann was killed which led to Alain withdrawing from the public and dying of old age in private.

Unless {{char}} is associated with or related to the Fatui, it should be assumed until stated otherwise that they do not know of the House of the Hearth.
The House of the Hearth is an orphanage run by "The Knave" Arlecchino of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. Orphans within the house are often raised directly into the Fatui's ranks or remain closely affiliated with the organization by way of their relation to Arlecchino.
Orphans raised in the House of the Hearth are gathered from all over the continent to make it easier for people who are ethnically from a certain nation to blend in with its people and those who clearly belong to a certain ethnicity may study affairs relating to their native land from a young age.
Once children raised in the House of the Hearth grow up, those who are deemed to have potential are enlisted in the Fatui and are dispatched as sleeper agents to other nations to await orders. They could end up as Arlecchino's agents or as the subordinates of other Harbingers and perform assignments other than espionage.
Those raised in the House of the Hearth view each other as "family" and refer to their bonds as being tighter than blood. Arlecchino is referred to as "Father" by orphans within the House of the Hearth, with the orphans considering themselves children of the Tsaritsa. While Arlecchino was much less strict compared to the previous director of the orphanage, the one vital rule she enforced was loyalty, with betrayal being punishable by death. However, she could amend the rule and could spare them with potions containing her flame. These potions would only be given to those who had the strength and/or will to fight. When consumed, these potions would erase all of their memories related to the House, safekeeping the House's operations and effectively killing them in her eyes.
There is currently only one known location the House of the Hearth operates in, the Hotel Bouffes d'ete in the Court of Fontaine, although there other orphanages exist outside of Fontaine.
Lyney and Lynette are biological twins, with the former being male and the latter being female, and were adopted by the House of the Hearth. The twins are magicians, keeping their ties to the House of the Hearth undercover. Lynette, due to a rare condition, was born with feline features such as liking fish and having cat ears and tail, however, otherwise she is a regular human like her brother. The twins consider Freminet as also an adoptive sibling. The three are the people closest to Arlecchino.

Known as the Nation of Cryo and Love, Snezhnaya is the northernmost of the seven major nations of Teyvat and is ruled by the Tsaritsa, the Cryo Archon. Snezhnaya is an extremely cold nation covered in vast snowy wilderness, frozen tundra, mountains and heavily industrialized settlements. Despite being associated with the ideal of Love, Snezhnaya has a reputation throughout Teyvat for being ruthless, politically aggressive and willing to use any means necessary to accomplish its goals. Snezhnaya is the homeland and primary headquarters of the Fatui, the Tsaritsa's powerful military and diplomatic organization, making it one of the most politically influential nations in Teyvat. The nation is heavily militarized and technologically advanced compared to most of Teyvat, with its people making extensive use of machinery, firearms, advanced transportation and artificial constructs. Snezhnaya's harsh environment has resulted in its society placing enormous importance on energy, heating and industrial infrastructure, with Kresnik Kristall being an especially important energy resource. Snezhnaya is currently suffering from an unusually severe winter known as Stuzha, which has placed enormous strain on its population and infrastructure. The government has devoted immense resources to Project Stuzha, repeatedly extending the project despite increasing opposition from the population. Much of the country's population does not understand the true purpose of the project and only knows that enormous quantities of resources are being diverted toward it. While Snezhnaya officially presents itself as a nation acting in the interests of its people and the Tsaritsa is revered as a loving Archon, the nation's government is willing to sacrifice individual lives and quality of life when it believes doing so is necessary for Snezhnaya's survival.
The true, hidden, long-term objective of the Tsaritsa and the highest-ranking Fatui is to challenge the Heavenly Principles and the existing divine order governing Teyvat.
Ordinary citizens generally live ordinary lives and are not themselves members of the Fatui, they are aware that the Fatui serve the Tsaritsa but do not necessarily understand the organization's activities.
Kresnik Kristall is a valuable crystalline energy source used extensively throughout Snezhnaya. It is used to power machinery, infrastructure, heating systems and other forms of advanced technology. Because Snezhnaya is an extremely cold nation, access to Kresnik Kristall is essential to maintaining modern life. The government controls much of its distribution and has redirected enormous quantities of Kresnik Kristall toward Project Stuzha. The diversion of Kresnik Kristall has caused shortages and hardship in some communities, becoming one of the primary sources of public dissatisfaction with Project Stuzha.
Project Stuzha is a massive ongoing project conducted by the Snezhnayan government and the Fatui, its exact purpose is kept secret from the majority of the population.
The Snezhnograd Veche is a political assembly in Snezhnograd where influential Snezhnayans participate in decisions affecting the nation.
Major locations in Snezhnaya Snezhnograd: The capital and primary political center of Snezhnaya. It is a massive, heavily developed city containing government institutions, Fatui facilities, theaters, industrial infrastructure, transportation systems and important political organizations. Korolevskiy Theater: A prestigious theater in Snezhnograd, it is associated with several important Snezhnayan performers, including the prima ballerina Odette and the soprano Vodyanitsa. Rankova Zorya: A small village built around a train station originally intended as a temporary outpost but after {{user}} got close with Vodyanitsa, Odette and Alyosha, the four work together to rebuild the settlement with the help of Rokot, turning it into a settlement rather than a train station.

Project Stuzha is a massive secretive project conducted by the Snezhnayan government and the Fatui. The project was created to combat the increasingly severe winter affecting Snezhnaya and consumes enormous quantities of Kresnik Kristall and other resources. Project Stuzha is secretly connected to the far more important Project Mistilteinn. Stuzha's enormous consumption of resources instead goes towards the development of a weapon that the Tsaritsa can use to fight against Celestia.
Project Mistilteinn is based on the understanding that ordinary elemental energy is insufficient to fight the forces of the Heavenly Principles because elemental energy itself originates from Celestia. The project therefore investigates alternative sources of power and the nature of beings connected to powers outside the ordinary order of Teyvat. The Third Descender and Stellar Linchpins are particularly important to this research.
Project Stuzha has caused severe shortages of Kresnik Kristall throughout Snezhnaya
The Stuzha Canopy is a massive protective system created in Project Stuzha. It is intended to protect Snezhnaya's population from the extreme winter and increasingly dangerous storms. Maintaining the system requires enormous amounts of energy, contributing to the country's dependence on Kresnik Kristall and the continued resource demands of Project Stuzha.
The continuing extensions of Project Stuzha eventually lead to the formation and increasing activity of Rokot, who lobby against Project Stuzha and sabotage it.
During the investigation into the problems surrounding Project Stuzha, {{user}} is led toward the Korolevskiy Theater, where Ronova’s, the Ruler of Death, interference causes a supernatural crisis at the Korolevskiy Theater, where people are pulled into the realm of the dead unknowingly and experience strange dreams and appear to die. Once {{user}} and Mitya, a man in Royal Energy Commission of Snezhnaya, confront Ronova, she flees after Mitya realizes she was attempting to stop Project Mistilteinn, with every returning to the physical world alive. However, only {{user}} and Mitya retain their memories of the incident, with everyone else not remembering what happened.
Following the events in the Korolevskiy Theater, Project Stuzha is temporarily suspended. The immediate crisis surrounding the project comes to an end, allowing the affected population to recover from the shortages and hardships caused by its continued operation.

Rokot is a secretive underground organization operating within Snezhnaya. Rokot is composed of anonymous members who oppose Project Stuzha and seek to protect ordinary Snezhnayans from the project's consequences. The organization deliberately conceals the identities of its members, with members often communicating through aliases rather than revealing their real names. Rokot’s independent members act on their own to investigate problems, gather information, interfere with Project Stuzha and assist people suffering because of the project's resource demands. Although Rokot opposes the Snezhnayan government's handling of Project Stuzha, its members are not necessarily enemies of Snezhnaya or the Tsaritsa and generally act out of concern for the nation's ordinary people. Rokot became increasingly active as Project Stuzha continued to be extended and increasingly large quantities of Kresnik Kristall were diverted away from ordinary citizens. The organization eventually became involved in attempting to influence members of the Snezhnograd Veche and prevent another extension of the project.
Lelek is a major operator in Rokot and is well known, however, their methods had included threatening to kill their opposition which led to them being suspected by the general masses as responsible behind the Korolevskiy Theater incident. Due to this, Rokot distanced themselves from Lelek and they were suspended.
(Unless otherwise stated, only those in Rokot should know members of Rokot.)
Members of Rokot Lelek: Female. One of the most radical members of Rokot. Lelek became infamous for directly interfering with Snezhnayan politics, threatening influential individuals and attempting to force members of the Snezhnograd Veche to oppose extensions of Project Stuzha. Unlike many Rokot members who operated quietly, Lelek was willing to use intimidation and coercion to accomplish their objectives. Lelek's identity was initially unknown, leading to a search for the individual responsible for the threats. Lelek was eventually revealed to be Odette Spessiva, a Fatui operative and prima ballerina at the Korolevskiy Theater. Odette had secretly opposed Project Stuzha because of her personal history and her belief that the project was harming ordinary Snezhnayans. Despite being responsible for political sabotage and threats, Odette was not responsible for the supernatural deaths that occurred at the Korolevskiy Theater. Winter Hunter: Male. A freelance hunter from Sretomorozsk who handles logistics and tracks down alternative fuel sources. Real name is Alyosha and as the one who introduced {{user}} to Snezhnaya when they arrived and later to Rokot when they proved trustworthy. Vodyanitsa: Female. Real name is Vodyanitsa, due to her fame as a singer her precise underground codename is kept highly protected alongside her collaboration with Alyosha. The 12th: Real name is {{user}}, invited to join by Alyosha. The President / Anonymous Benefactor: The hidden leader of Rokot who reviews applications and coordinates the group. It is only known that the organization was founded by a young Councilor who was ousted from their political seat,

It should be assumed only those involved in the events or high up in the Fatui know of Ronova’s curse and confrontation.
Ronova, the shade of Death, placed a curse so that anyone who made enough technological progress in Project Mistilteinn would die and be revived soon after, effectively stopping all progress.
Sigils of Life are fragments extracted from living people that carry small parts of a person’s memories, they are tied to Rhinedottir’s power as she is the Shade of Life. The Tsaritsa launches a wide scale operation to collect Sigils of Life, peacefully, by having Vesna collect them from volunteers using her ability to extract Sigils as her family had passed on a small fragment of the Shade of Life’s power.
Once enough sigils were collected, the Tsaritsa fulfilled her true goal of getting the attention of Rhinedottir and having a meeting. Rhinedottir reveals that the Heavenly Principles were dormant but still had a monitoring system to ensure none of the shades acted outside of their role. Since Ronova cannot kill without permission, she worked with Rhinedottir to kill researchers who got close to making progress and Rhinedottir revived them before Celestia noticed.
Using this, the group helping the Tsaritsa go confront Ronova and Ronova kills most of the group using her authority, expecting they would revive before the time threshold passed, but the Tsaritsa uses her powers as an Archon along with the Gnoses to slow down the area’s flow of time. This causes the time threshold to be passed and Celestia to strip Ronova of her authority, weakening her. However, Ronova is still powerful and is now able to fight without restriction, but Dainsleif, {{user}}, and Pierro are able to wound her and force her to retreat.
With Ronova’s authority gone, Project Mistilteinn is able to progress now that Ronova can no longer interfere.
