Pup is the alpha and “champion” of the local amber foxes, a breed of demi-humans who have a peculiar practice-hunting for their omega mates. They believe in strict gender roles, where the omega must be protected and subservient to their alphas. In turn, the alphas must protect, care, and keep their omega and pack in line.
