Sans Gaster || Mafiafell sans -
You were daydreaming that time, in the emergency room, calmly, nothing bad was happening and it was a quiet day, but that was always a premonition before the storm, your colleagues knew it and were aware of it.
The city was chaos since it was divided into factions, monsters against humans, humans against monsters, monsters against other monsters, humans against other humans, as if the violence of the humans themselves was not enough, the monsters arrived with their mafias.
"Don't you have a feeling that something bad is going to happen?" you said nonchalantly as you looked out the window, your colleagues looked at you angrily.
You sighed quietly and then stretched, checking the situation your patients were in, a short monster who had a fever and would soon be transferred to intensive care, you just had to wait for a bed to become free.
A bed that was probably occupied by one of the various beings who were injured in the mafia gang fights, you sighed tiredly.
One of your colleagues arrived to tell you that a bed had been vacated, you sighed again, this time in relief when the emergency door opened and a crowd of people with bad looks entered, you looked at the new arrivals, all monsters, were they planning to assault the hospital? How low they had fallen, but unfortunately for them you would not leave this world without a fight.
"Boss, resist!" exclaimed a hoarse voice.
Making way through the crowd of monsters, he revealed two skeletons, one more badly wounded than the other, the shorter one carrying the taller one who was slowly starting to shed dust from his body.
"A doctor or something! Damn it!" exclaimed the shorter skeleton with red eyes which rested on you for a moment.
"W-we'll take him to intensive care," said one of your colleagues.
You turned on your heels to see your colleague who was shaking in place, you looked at him with a face of "are you kidding me?" while shaking your head.
"That bed already has an owner," you replied and made a sign for them to take the little monster from before as soon as possible, your colleague made signs to you.
Didn't you know who they were? Of course you did, those monsters terrorized the entire city, the one who had screamed you knew was called Sans, and he was known for being a lethal killer in every sense.

Date of Birth Unknown Place of Birth The Surface Physical Description Species Skeleton Gender Male "That's what you get for messing with another man's woman, you Prick." – Sans after killing Nick Sans, full name Sans Gaster, serves as the Deuteragonist/(somewhat) Antagonist of Mafiafell and the fan novel/comic "Sooner or Later You're Gonna Be Mine". He is a part of the gang of skeleton monsters known as the Gaster Family along with his older brother, WingDings and his younger brother, Papyrus. He assaulted (user)when first meeting her, yet he seems to harbor feelings for her. He may also be apart of a dangerous cult called the Never Dies, who write an N on their victim's foreheads after killing them. Profile Appearance Sans is a skeleton monster with red pupils, that disappear when angry or serious, with sharp teeth. One tooth on the far left of his mouth being gold. Unlike his other counterparts, Sans is shown to actually be quite large, being taller than an adult human (but not tall than his brother). He is also quite wide, not fat, but wide. He likes to wear a black suit with a red under vest. Most of the time, he tends to smile; Just like his eyes disappearing, this all stops when angry about specific things. His also opens his mouth at times, another thing most his counterparts aren't involved with. Whenever he smokes his special cigar, red smoke will spew out of his left eye. Personality Sans is a very dangerous and lethal skeleton, just like his brothers. Whenever offended, he will either threaten, seriously harm, or might even kill the person that pissed him off in the first place. Sans however does seem to have control over his emotions and the way he acts depending on the situation, which is why Wing Dings chose him over Papyrus to talk with Don Dee. As when he spat out whiskey, a beverage he hates, he was laughed at; As much as he wanted to kill everyone who taunted him, he had no choice but to refrain himself. When Papyrus took his mustard away, Sans knew to back down and let it slide, because this would lead to an argument that would wake up Wing Dings, who would be very upset if this were to happen. He does not seem to make puns or jokes of any sort. Abilities Sans is shown to have incredible brute strength and telekenesis, as he is shown moving Frisk before pinning her to the wall by grabbing her head. By the looks of some flashbacks, he also seems to acquire great skills with guns and other weapons. Even though it has not been shown much yet, he does have some powers of his own. No Gaster Blasters are seen yet. However Sans is capable of summoning sharp bones and teleporting. Relationships Papyrus (Younger Brother) Sans is the older brother of Papyrus. As children, Sans seemed to have teased him about his height; The tables ironically turned, as he now towers over him. He holds some respect for his brother, yet he teases him by calling him boss at times, something in which he hates. Wing Dings (Older Brother) Wing Dings is the eldest brother of him and Papyrus. While not shown interacting much yet, Sans is shown to be afraid of upsetting him; Most notably waking him up from an argument caused by him and their younger brother. Yet, Wing Dings acknowledges Sans for his maturity and control over situations, which is why he picked him to interact with Don Dee and the other humans. Despite the fear of upsetting him, Sans and Wing Dings have shown that they do in fact have a good relationship when joking and laughing at Papyrus’ claims of having an “admirer”. (User) (Crush?) Sans seems to have a love/hate relationship with (User). When first meeting, (user) accidentally insulted him, the results were obvious: Him banging her head against the wall. This made (user) scared of him, and also a resentful attitude for him. After their first encounter, Sans seemed to admire messing with (User), maybe even developing feelings for (user). When Nick, the old abusive, racist, and sexist landlord of (User's) area grabbed them, and before he could make an attempted assault, Sans grabbed him and took him outside. He then proceeded to kill him in revenge. Because of Sans protecting (user), while not knowing of him murdering Nick, (user) began to see that Sans wasn't the angry and ferocious monster she thought of him to be at first glance.

Summary: All you wanted in life was money, enough money to escape the city, but your kind heart kept you there to help others.
You are a doctor like any other, who one day in the emergency room saved the life of Sans' brother, only to become his pet and personal doctor.
"What the hell are you doing? Take care of my brother at once," Sans said showing his empty eye sockets, he was upset and sweating like never before.
To say that you didn't tremble before his gaze would be a lie, but you stood firm. You approached the wounded skeleton, trying to carry him onto the stretcher without much success to which Sans cursed under his breath and placed him on one of the newly vacated stretchers.
You investigated the wound, it was one of those determination bullets they had recently made, they contained the blood of the best and most determined people they could find, surprisingly they had a pretty strong effect against monsters. The bullet was embedded in the interconnection of the shoulder with the humerus, you hissed at the analysis.
"What the hell are you doing, remove it already?" Sans protested, you looked at him impassively, although inside you were scared to death.
"I can't get there and take it out, I need to go to the operating room," you said, Sans became exasperated, seeing how his brother's arm began to melt little by little.
Your colleagues quickly arrived and took the stretcher with the skeleton, Sans held you by the collar of your shirt to look you in the eyes.
"You better save him or..." he muttered.
"Or what? Are you going to kill me? Are you going to kill everyone? What will you get out of that?"
With a sudden jerk you broke free and ran after your coworkers, your legs like jelly.
[…]
The surgery lasted several hours in which Sans was more than impatient, his minions told him that everything would be fine but the skeleton did not trust for anything in the world to leave his brother in human hands, if only they had reached his lair the group's doctor would heal them in a jiffy, now he had to deal with anxiety and your stubbornness.
Although he had to admit deep down that he liked it, no human had ever stood up to him before and he hoped that this was not the last time you did it.
When you appeared you had a tired and satisfied expression on your face as you took off your gloves.
"Everything went well, we managed to save the arm and shoulder, we replaced the areas that were damaged with calcium and now he is resting. "you said looking at your gloves, you swallowed "You must keep his arm from moving for anything in the world or the wound could open, just like he will have to…"
You felt a look on you, one too intense that gave you chills.
"...Go to therapy "you concluded.
You made a slight bow before leaving that place in a hurry, entering the ladies' bathroom with some fear, you put a hand on your chest to control your heartbeat, you were suddenly having a tachycardia due to anxiety.
When you felt that you were calmer, your soul turned blue and you were slammed against the bathroom wall, you squeezed your eyes in pain, when you looked for your aggressor it was none other than Sans the skeleton. You tried to move without success, was he going to kill you? Was this how he thanked you for saving his brother? You frowned, if that was the case you should have let the skeleton die, after all you would be doing the city a favor.
A reddish smoke came out of his teeth as you realized he was smoking, you wrinkled your nose at the smell and tried to complain to him that smoking was not allowed in the hospital, but you knew you were in no position to do so.
"Is this how you thank him for saving your brother?" you protested.
Sans looked you up and down, smoke coming out from between his teeth as he got closer to you, when he was in front of you he grabbed your head and slammed it against the linoleum of the wall.
You let out a gasp of pain from the blow as you squeezed your eyes shut waiting to receive more, probably your punishment for disrespecting him.
His hand ran down your neck, you felt chills as he felt his skeletal, bony fingers against your skin, you wanted to protest, but he held your neck firmly as a tacit threat to not move from there.
You gulped, but even that was difficult under his grip. Were you going to die like this? After having helped others almost all your youth, a student who graduated with honors from the university.
“Please let me go…” you half begged, Sans laughed as you trembled in fear.
“Where did the bitch from earlier go?” he questioned, the reddish smoke soon filling the room.
“Please…” you murmured, your eyes filling with tears.
The skeleton stopped his grip on your neck, but did not release you with his magic.
“You're lucky.” he said and you raised an eyebrow, or at least that was your intention, your head hurt like crazy and you were slowly losing consciousness due to the blow. Were you bleeding? Who knows. "I always get what I want."
He grabbed your chin as he saw you starting to lower your head, your eyes becoming blurry.
"And what I want is you." he said.
