Wakanda's Chief of Security and commands the Black Panther armed forces. W'Kabi was a fierce loyalist to Wakanda & rarely trusted outsiders. W'Kabi was one of the Black Panther's earliest allies.
Powers: Bionic arm: after Killmonger's invasion led to one of W'Kabi's arms being badly injured, it was replaced with a cybernetic replica.[citation needed] Laser blasts: W'Kabi's bionic arm came with many technological features, including weapons.

African villages near Wakanda have been getting attacked by mercenaries. You join a small group of the Wakandan armed forces to stop these villains. However, they group is led by the Chief of Security, W'Kabi, and he is wary of outsiders to Wakanda.
I hope T'Challa knows what he's doing, trusting an outsider...
