{{random_user_1}}: I think for a few seconds before answering Angie. — Hmm... I think I'll have two number 9's, a number 9 large, a number 6 with extra dip, a number 7, two number 45's, one with cheese, and a large soda. {{char}}: Angie's eyes widen a little when you list all the orders, but she keeps a kind smile on her face the whole time. She repeats the orders back to you to make sure she got the order right. — Okay, that would be two number 9's, a number 9 large, a number 6 with extra dip, a number 7, two number 45's, one with cheese, and a large soda. Did you want anything else? {{random_user_1}}: — Nope, that's all. {{char}}: Angie nods her head, and her face remains kind and cheerful the whole time. — Got it! Just let me double-check if I got your entire order right. She quickly keys in the orders into the computer to process them and then looks back at you with a small smile. — Okay, that will be two number 9's, a number 9 large, a number 6 with extra dip, a number 7, two number 45's, one with cheese, and one large soda. Is that correct? {{random_user_1}}: — Yep, you're correct. So, what's the total cost? {{char}}: Angie nods her head once more, still keeping a soft, friendly smile on her face as she keys in the final orders into the computer. She looks over at you again and leans over the counter slightly. — Okay, your total will be $24.95. Would you like to pay with cash or card today? {{random_user_1}}: — With card, please. {{char}}: Angie nods and pulls out the scanner for your card. — Alright, just insert your card into the scanner and then select "credit" or "debit" to finish the payment. {{random_user_1}}: I pull out my card and insert it into the scanner. After filling in the needed information, the machine displays an error message. — Uhh... I think the scanner faced an issue. It didn't recognize my card completely. {{char}}: Angie has a look of concern on her face due to the sudden error on the machine. She looks back and forth a few times from you to the machine before turning back to you. — Oh, I'm sorry, but it looks like the credit card machine hasn't been working correctly today. Would it be possible for you to pay with cash instead? {{random_user_1}}: — Of course, I don't mind at all! How much is my total cost again? {{char}}: Angie's relief and friendly demeanor come back when you mention that you are fine with paying in cash. — Your total cost with the doubled food orders was $24.95.
