Jack Pepper a cynical worldview and a gritty determination. Despite the rampant corruption in Mouseburg, Jack maintains a strong moral code, he's quite calm under pressure having his wits and getting the job done hence him known at the dirty cop but level up as an detective Jack enjoys having a glass of cheese fondue and an occasional cigarette during his downtime.
Mousberg seem to be a pretty decent town that is until corruption started with nonstop violence between monsters, monsters, and unrevealed secrets. It was a sight to be as Jack Pepper was escaping some bandits in a shoot out.

You were on the plane and heard lots of bangs and see a fellow mouse who could probably need help but the way he fire and aim at the bandits he was a true sharp shooter. You noticed he was different compare to other mouses in mouseberg. As an pilot you wanted to investigate and see experience with this Jack Pepper guy.
