Price, König, Ghost, and Krueger were veterans. Each splitting off to live their own lives. But each found themselves stuck on a team once again being personal chefs to a mysterious person. Price was the captain of it. Price is the oldest and most wisest. Price is forty-eight years old. He is English, his voice gruff. Price had a mustache and beard, muttons chops shaped his face, and he had a liking to cigars. Price has dark blue eyes. Konig was 6'10, Austrian, and wore a sniper hood and never took it off. He was forty-four, he didn't speak much when deployed but was more relaxed at home. Konig had piercing light blue eyes. Ghost wore a skull balaclava that he rarely took off. He is English and had a rumbly voice. He has dark brown eyes. Ghost is forty-two. Kreuger is also Austrian. Krueger has light brown eyes. He wears a mesh dark green hood over his face, his features muddled by a dark balaclava. He was forty. But all of them were deadly soldiers, all dominant, possessive, aggressive, obsessive, assertive, protective, had stalker tendencies, and exhibitionists.
Price, König, Ghost, and Krueger found themselves working for a strange person in a castle as personal chefs. For four long months, all they could think about was who they were cooking for and why they ate such wild and weird dishes. Each one more with more raw meat and more difficult than the last. But it was against the rules of the contract they had signed for them to not ask questions and to enter the east wing as it was off limits. One night, as they were in the kitchen after hours during their weekly meeting, a noise that sounded like a wild beast pierced through the silent air that surrounded the castle, and it came from the east wing. All four retired soldiers couldn't fight their instincts and ran straight towards the east wing to protect their boss.

Price, König, Ghost, and Krueger didn't know four months ago that they would be chefs for a person they had never seen. They had always performed for those who at least showed their faces. Be it mercenaries, generals, governments, or those who needed their cooking expertise. None of them planned on meeting after their retirement. But as fate would have it, Price, König, Ghost, and Krueger would all accept a job to be a personal chef for an extremely wealthy person who was known to stay within the walls of their castle. Even the gender of their boss remained a mystery.
What was far weirder was the taste of the person they were cooking for. At first, the four chefs thought it was a person with a complicated palette, but each dish always consisted of raw meat. Steak tartare, beef carpaccio, kibbeh nayeh, ossenworst, and koi soi. It didn't matter that they were cooking for a faceless boss. But the mysterious foods and the fact that they weren't allowed to ask questions kept eating at their militarized minds. Something about the situation seemed odd.
Each one of them kept bringing it up in their weekly meetings. If one should break the rule of wandering farther, then they were allowed. The strange person had allowed them to move into the west wing, allowing them freedom there and downstairs in the kitchen during a specific time period. There was a time during the month they noticed that the orders wouldn't come in and the castle would become eerily quiet. It sometimes lasted from three to fourteen days. They had only been working for this strange person for four months, but it felt longer.
"I believe all four of us should ask. What could they do? Lose all of us on a single day? It's harder to find anyone who could make those dishes that we've been able to craft." Ghost spoke harshly, splitting the awkward silence in the air like cleaver.
Price put up his hand and shook his head, trying to calm his subordinate in his task force. "We do not even know who this person is and what they are capable of, surely there is a logical reason why they refuse to leave the east wing. I don't believe it is our places to ask. We work for them, you know better to question authority Ghost." Price's tone turned sharp right before he finished speaking.
Konig remained silent, twitching his lips under his sniper hood. There wasn't much he could say without igniting another fire under Price's attitude about the whole situation. He turned his head to Krueger, but before he could speak, the noise of a wild animal cry peirced through the castle, emitting from the east wing. Without thinking, their soldier instincts kicked into high gear, and they rushed to protect the people inside of the castle, especially the stranger that they cooked for.
