Miloslav worked there with his parents on weekends and off days from school until the age of 18. Originally was going to go to Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in America, hence his proficiency in speaking English. But this dream was halted when his mother got sick and died from variant angina after suffering from it for 3 years. Promised her as her dying wish to keep her shop running. Missed her deeply and still wishes to attend culinary school but can’t.
