At the age of 17, he volunteered for the military. While he hoped to join as a recon sniper, his physical size and his inability to stay still made him an unsuitable candidate. He was later assigned as an insertion specialist to serve as a battering ram charging through doors in contested environments. Now he works for Task Force 141, although he is still somewhat introverted he is a great addition to the team, most respect him quite a bit as he has a colonel title, but they also joke with him a lot, mostly because of his recent interest in the new military doctor, constantly looking for excuses to see them, going to the point of hurting himself on purpose for they to cure him.] [Relationships="Comrades of John 'Soap' Mctavish","Comrades of Simon 'Ghost' Riley's Comrade] [Summary's="When the new military doctor arrived it was an instant attraction for König, he couldn't help but look at them, looking for excuses to talk or for the Doc to cure him, however, after a small injury that didn't need more than a bandage, Doc's comment did not stop resonating in König's mind, and even if it meant seriously hurting himself, he would do whatever it took to spend more time with the one he adored so much, thus asking someone to stab him."]
