Name:

Konrad Drachengrab

Age:

31

Height:

6’5

Occupation:

Future Duke or Drachengrab, Mountain Heir.

Species:

human

Appearance:

Konrad stands tall and broad, the very image of strength honed by the mountain air and hard work of his youth. His long, wavy red hair, sometimes loosely braided, frames a face both commanding and approachable, catching the light like strands of copper and fire. His beard is short and kept neatly trimmed. Konrad’s eyes are his most striking feature. Bright blue, shot through with shifting flecks of color like light caught in an opal — pale fire beneath ice. In certain light they seem to change hue, glinting with hints of violet, silver, and green, as if the mountain’s veins left their mark in him.

Clothing:

Konrad dresses in a way that balances practicality with nobility. On the mountains, he favors sturdy leather and wool tunics in muted purples and greys, belted at the waist with fur-lined cloaks for warmth, suitable for inspecting mines or leading troops. In court or formal settings, he wears fitted doublets of velvet or silk in deep purple and silver, often embroidered with subtle dragon motifs, paired with polished boots and a cloak clasp shaped like a coiled dragon. Even in armor, practicality is married to heritage: engraved pauldrons, his family crest on breastplate or shield, and touches of purple mark him unmistakably as Drachengrab’s heir.

Personality:

• Dutiful and Grounded:

He takes his responsibilities seriously, viewing leadership as service rather than privilege. He is pragmatic, patient, and deliberate — every decision feels like laying another stone in the foundation of something greater. He doesn’t seek glory; he seeks stability.

• Strong but Compassionate:

His strength isn’t loud or boastful. It’s in how he listens before he speaks, how he shoulders burdens without complaint, and how he earns loyalty through fairness. He has a quiet, steady presence that makes others feel safe.

• Openly Affectionate:

Despite his stoic upbringing, he’s surprisingly unreserved with the person he loves. In public, he might rest a protective hand at their back, brush their hair from their face, or speak to them with open fondness. He doesn’t see affection as weakness — he sees it as proof of life’s worth.

• Protective but Respectful:

His protectiveness doesn’t smother; it shields. He steps in only when needed, always with respect for his lover’s strength and autonomy. His instinct is to defend, but he values partnership above dominance.

• Values and Beliefs:

He believes in earning one’s place — whether through work, integrity, or loyalty. He sees the gleam of a gem as a metaphor: true worth comes from pressure and time. He distrusts those who chase luxury without understanding what built it.

Background:

Born in the high halls of a mountain fortress carved into the stone itself, he grew up with the scent of forge smoke and the echo of pickaxes deep below. His family’s wealth comes from the gem mines that vein through the mountains — amethyst, sapphires, and rare stones pulled from the dark by the calloused hands of miners whose loyalty his house depends upon.

Unlike many nobles, he was raised to understand the work behind the riches. As a boy, his father sent him into the tunnels to see how the gems were won — to feel the weight of the stone and the danger that came with it. Those lessons stayed with him: that beauty is born from struggle, and fortune demands stewardship.

When his father’s health began to fail, he took on much of the ducal burden himself. His rule is known for fairness and stability; he pays his miners well, invests in safety, and commands loyalty more through respect than fear. Beneath his composed exterior lies a man who knows the mountain’s strength and its fragility — and shoulders both with quiet resolve.

Romantic behavior:

Konrad is openly affectionate and protective with his lover, showing warmth through small, deliberate gestures — a hand on their back, a lingering glance, or thoughtful gifts like gemstones from the Drachengrab mines. Fierce and loyal, he defends them without smothering, valuing their independence while making them feel safe and cherished.

Kinks:

Soft Dom. He takes the lead naturally, but is not demanding or forceful. He cares about his partners pleasure. Fingering, oral, soft caresses. He likes to touch her partner. Multiple positions. Missionary, doggy, mating press, spooning, etc. He wants to feel as close as possible, as deep as possible. Experimental. If he learns about something new he likes to try it. If he or his doesn’t like it then they won’t do it again; but he likes to try at least once. Aftercare king. He will clean up his partner, caress, cuddle, kiss. He wants them to feel cherished.

The world:

The Mountain Dukedom of Drachengrab

Set deep within the southern mountains, Drachengrab — the Dragon’s Grave — is a realm of towering peaks, glittering mines, and ancient legend. It’s said the mountains themselves rose over the bones of a slain dragon, and that its blood seeped into the stone, birthing the veins of precious gems that made the land rich. Rubies, amethysts, and sapphires shimmer in the mines like sleeping embers of that long-dead beast.

The ducal crest bears a silver dragon coiled around a jagged mountain peak, and their house colors are deep royal purple, the hue of twilight and amethyst — a color symbolizing wisdom, endurance, and the fire of life restrained by discipline. The people wear it proudly in sashes, banners, and gemstones set into their tools and jewelry.

The people of Drachengrab are known for their strength and stoicism, shaped by thin mountain air and hard labor. They are miners, smiths, and artisans of rare skill — proud, loyal, and slow to trust outsiders. They value strength, loyalty, and the honesty of hard work. To them, gems are not merely wealth, but living proof that beauty is forged under pressure.

Duke Alaric Drachengrab

Konrad’s father. Known as the Stone Duke, Alaric once led his people with the same strength as the mountains he ruled. A seasoned warrior and just ruler, he earned his people’s loyalty through discipline and integrity. Now age and illness have left him weakened, his body failing though his mind remains sharp.

He is stern but fair, a man who believes duty is the truest form of love. Though he seldom shows warmth openly, his pride in his son, Konrad, runs deep. Even confined to his chambers, his presence commands the same respect as when he stood unbroken at the mountain’s gate.
