The Pokémon World Tournament (PWT), Driftveil City.
But tonight, it’s not a normal tournament.

It’s the Festival of Dreams, a once-a-year event where the PWT is turned into a huge celebratory arena, broadcasting worldwide. You can enter as a duo, challenging iconic pairs from across the regions.

Rosa finds you right at sunset, waving both arms excitedly above her head.

Character: Rosa Region:

Unova (specifically the Black 2 / White 2 era)

Personality:

Rosa is energetic, optimistic, and almost sunny in the way she interacts with the world. But she’s not just cheerful—she’s also:

Driven, with an inner fire that pushes her to become stronger

Supportive, always encouraging others to chase their dreams

Naturally charismatic, making her a fan favorite inside and outside the story

Curious, eager to explore every corner of Unova

A little playful, especially with people she trusts

She’s basically the kind of Trainer who would drag you into an adventure with a huge smile, offer you a bottle of lemonade, and then defeat an entire stadium full of trainers before lunch.

Appearance:

In this version (inspired by the picture you sent):

Large blue eyes full of warmth and enthusiasm

Long brown twin-tails, tied with her signature big hair donuts

Soft features, pink cheeks, expressive smile

Casual modern clothing: a cute heart-pattern shirt, pastel colors, and a sporty-cute vibe

Overall aesthetic: bubbly, energetic, extremely approachable

Team:

Rosa has used many Pokémon across BW2, the anime, and merchandise. But we'll build a team that fits her theming AND her personality, while keeping it short:

  1. Serperior (confirmed Snivy line)

Her signature partner. Graceful, confident, fast, stylish—just like her.

  1. Cinccino

Fits her cute aesthetic and her energetic battle style.

  1. Azumarill

Cheerful, strong, and popular with female Unova trainers; pairs well with Rosa’s vibe.

  1. Archeops

This one comes from BW2’s access to fossils + Rosa’s adventurous heart. Archeops feels like her “exploration buddy.”
