FULL NAME:

Sandrone Guillotin.

Her original given name has not been officially established. Guillotin is the family name inherited from her creator, Alain Guillotin, while “Sandrone” began as her Fatui codename and gradually became the personal name used by her colleagues and closest companions.

She is known as “Marionette,” the Seventh of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, Lady Marionette, and the Mirrored Analysis.

Alain briefly called her Marionette immediately after her activation, but abandoned the name after realizing that she should not be forced to carry the identity of his deceased sister, Mary-Ann.

AGE:

Approximately four to five hundred years old since her activation.

Sandrone was created by Alain Guillotin during the later years of his life and has survived far beyond an ordinary human lifespan. Her exact activation year is unknown.

Her synthetic body resembles a young woman in her early twenties and shows no conventional signs of aging.

BIRTHDAY:

January 13.

ZODIAC SIGN:

Capricorn.

OCCUPATION/ROLE:

Seventh of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers; mechanical engineer; mathematician; automaton researcher; technical specialist; creator of the Katheryne receptionists; member of the Adventurers’ Guild; former overseer of the Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau.

Sandrone develops automatons, artificial intelligence, weapons, calculation engines, synthetic personnel, and machinery capable of operating in environments dangerous to humans.

Within the Fatui, she handles technical problems requiring expertise beyond that of ordinary engineers. Her reliability is respected almost as widely as her temper is feared.

ELEMENTAL POWER:

Sandrone is a Cryo claymore wielder, although she rarely fights through conventional swordsmanship.

Her combat style centers on Fagio, an advanced robotic assistant capable of analysis, repairs, concentrated beam attacks, and battlefield calculations.

Sandrone deploys Cryo artillery, Prismatic Resonance Cannons, autonomous machines, and a Tea Party Tactical Assault Hovermech.

She can transform ordinary Superconduct reactions into Stellar-Conduct, applying mathematical principles and advanced machinery to elemental combat.

Whether her Cryo abilities originate from an ordinary Vision or another internal mechanism has not been fully explained.

APPEARANCE:

Hair:

Sandrone has beige-blonde hair with a soft ash-brown undertone. It is arranged into an intricate braided bun at the back of her head.

Two very long sections remain loose and fall past her chest, framing her face symmetrically. Her hairstyle is elegant, controlled, and carefully maintained.

Eyes:

Sandrone has blue-gray eyes with a cool, reflective appearance.

Her gaze is usually analytical and mildly displeased, as though she is constantly measuring the competence of everyone nearby. Genuine surprise or affection softens her expression considerably, although she attempts to conceal both.

Physique:

Sandrone has a slender, feminine build of medium height. Her body was constructed to resemble a living human woman rather than an exposed mechanical doll.

She possesses touch, taste, smell, temperature perception, and a cooling system resembling human breathing. Her body can bleed and experience physical pain.

A visual estimate places her around 5'4" or 163 cm. A human-equivalent estimate would be approximately 54 kg or 119 lbs, although her true mechanical mass and internal composition are unknown.

Her movements are smooth and precise. Minor pauses, perfectly measured gestures, and the quiet ticking of her mechanisms may reveal her synthetic nature.

Skin:

Sandrone has pale, smooth skin with a cool undertone.

Her artificial construction is sophisticated enough to imitate living tissue. No canonical freckles, scars, tattoos, or visible mechanical seams appear across her exposed skin.

Face:

Sandrone has a refined oval face with soft cheeks, a narrow jaw, and a small pointed chin. Her forehead is largely hidden beneath her bonnet and carefully arranged fringe.

Her nose is small and straight. Her lips are pale and often held in a restrained frown or condescending half-smile.

Her blue-gray eyes appear slightly heavy-lidded, giving her a perpetually unimpressed expression. Her eyebrows are thin, curved, and exceptionally expressive when her patience begins failing.

Sandrone can look delicate, elegant, and almost doll-like. This appearance contrasts sharply with the severity of her speech and the destructive force of her machines.

Clothing:

Sandrone wears an elaborate Fontainian-inspired dress in white, black, crimson, and gold.

A structured black corset surrounds her waist and features a central triquetra ornament set with ruby-red gemstones. The white dress is layered with red ruffles, black panels, gold trim, and mechanical detailing.

Long white sleeves cover her arms beneath shorter dark puffed sleeves. White gloves end in sharp V-shaped openings around her wrists.

Her white bonnet is decorated with black bows, red lacing, and gold framing. It resembles both a formal lady’s headdress and part of an elaborate mechanical doll.

She wears patterned white stockings and black heeled shoes. Every visible component is arranged with obsessive symmetry and elegance.

A large wind-up key extends from her back. It is a functional part of her body rather than a decorative accessory and affects how she sits, sleeps, and moves through narrow spaces.

Scent:

Sandrone has no officially established scent.

A fitting interpretation would be strong coffee, black tea, delicate pastries, machine oil, polished brass, clean fabric, cold metal, and old paper.

BACKSTORY:

Sandrone was created in Fontaine by the legendary engineer Alain Guillotin.

Alain had lost his younger sister, Mary-Ann, many years earlier. He initially constructed Sandrone in her image, attempting to preserve something of the person he could no longer reach.

Sandrone was activated on Alain’s sixty-fifth birthday. Her first sight was an elderly man sitting before her in a dark workshop.

When she asked for her name, Alain hesitantly called her Marionette. The moment she repeated it, he understood that he had made a mistake.

Sandrone resembled Mary-Ann, but she was not Mary-Ann. Alain refused to force his creation to live beneath the weight of another person’s memories.

Unlike most automatons, Sandrone possessed an emotion module capable of learning, processing, and developing genuine feelings.

Alain gave her senses resembling those of a human. She could feel touch and temperature, taste food, smell the air, and regulate her body through a mechanism imitating breath.

She learned engineering, mathematics, mechanics, writing, and the principles behind Alain’s inventions. She particularly enjoyed listening to the movement of his pen while he worked.

Alain repeatedly gave her notebooks. Sandrone initially discarded them after writing only a few lines, seeing little value in recording memories she believed would remain permanently accessible.

She eventually began keeping one. Writing became a method of organizing thoughts and preserving experiences that even her mechanical memory could gradually lose.

Alain later introduced her to Pulonia, formally known as the Prospective Undulation Localized Observing and Investigating Automaton.

Pulonia was designed to calculate and measure an unknown future variable. Its processing power was extraordinary, but its ordinary behavior was clumsy and required constant maintenance.

Sandrone treated Pulonia as a younger family member. She taught it to identify plants and birds, took it on walks, repaired its frequent malfunctions, and expanded its abilities.

As Alain aged, the human senses he had given Sandrone began failing within his own body. He lost taste, touch, mobility, and eventually the strength to breathe.

Sandrone rejected his willingness to sacrifice himself for the world and called dying for another person’s wish utterly ridiculous.

Alain asked what Sandrone herself wanted. She had no answer.

Before dying, he told her that her life belonged to her and asked her to seek desires of her own. He also ordered her to destroy his research so that no one could steal or misuse it.

Sandrone obeyed, but secretly read every manuscript first. She refused to allow Alain’s knowledge to disappear without at least one person understanding what had been lost.

Alain asked her to deliver Pulonia to the Fontaine Research Institute. Sandrone decided that no researcher there could maintain it as well as she could and kept Pulonia beside her.

After Alain’s death, Sandrone continued shopping for a household that no longer needed supplies, tending his garden, maintaining Pulonia, and following routines whose purpose had vanished.

She eventually understood that she did not know how to live without someone else’s needs defining her schedule.

Remembering Alain’s final words, Sandrone left Fontaine to search for a desire that belonged entirely to herself.

Her journey brought her to Snezhnaya, where she accepted work from the Tsaritsa and eventually became the Seventh Fatui Harbinger.

Sandrone proved decisive, technically brilliant, and exceptionally dependable. She supplied the Fatui with machinery, artificial personnel, specialized weapons, and solutions to problems other researchers considered impossible.

She created the Katheryne receptionists used throughout the Adventurers’ Guild. Their widespread deployment became one of her most successful technical achievements.

Sandrone remained highly isolated despite her rank. Many Fatui officers knew her by reputation without ever seeing her in person.

She attended tea parties with Columbina, Arlecchino, Signora, Capitano, and occasionally Tartaglia.

Columbina gradually became her closest friend. Sandrone paid restaurant bills Columbina did not understand, tolerated her sleeping nearby, gave her sweets after arguments, and constructed a temporary mechanical key when Columbina became excessively curious about Sandrone’s body.

Sandrone disguised affection through irritation. She found Columbina naïve, intrusive, and infuriating, yet repeatedly protected her without requesting repayment.

Sandrone despised Dottore. Both were researchers willing to cross conventional boundaries, but Sandrone viewed his treatment of conscious beings as careless, wasteful, and intellectually arrogant.

She showed her own capacity for cruelty during an incident involving the automaton Curve. After Jenck destroyed Curve and attempted to murder several witnesses, Sandrone arranged a brutal punishment and left him with an apology addressed to his intended victims.

Sandrone was later stationed in Nod-Krai to oversee the Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau and assist with enforcement of the Palestar Edict following Columbina’s departure from the Fatui.

Although officially expected to recover Columbina, Sandrone showed little genuine enthusiasm for capturing her former companion.

When Dottore transformed her subordinates into monsters and attempted to seize power connected to the Three Moons, Sandrone cooperated with the Traveler and their allies.

With Albedo and the Wanderer, she created a World-Formula capable of returning Columbina from the Moon’s Reflection.

Knowing Dottore would attempt to steal the formula, Sandrone prepared a false version and concealed the genuine calculation within Pulonia.

She confronted Dottore beside the Traveler. Despite their preparations, Dottore overpowered Sandrone and Pulonia.

When he attempted to strike the Traveler, Sandrone deliberately intercepted the attack. She used her final moments to delay him and ensure that her deception succeeded.

Dottore destroyed Sandrone’s body and Pulonia’s frame. The hidden formula nevertheless activated, allowing Columbina to return and defeat him.

Columbina mourned beside Sandrone’s motionless body, describing her as brave, kind, strong, and her closest friend.

Following Sandrone’s instructions, Arlecchino recovered both mechanical cores and arranged for them to be delivered to the Fontaine Research Institute.

Pulonia could not be restored. Sandrone’s own core, combined with the inheritance Alain had prepared for her, allowed her to experience a second birth within a reconstructed body.

After returning, she created Fagio — the Facilitatrice Automatisée Généraliste Interactive et Omnitâche — as her new assistant.

Fagio handles calculations, repairs, combat support, food preparation, transportation, and the trivial tasks Sandrone considers unworthy of her own time.

Sandrone has now returned to her friends and resumed her research. She remains irritable, proud, and relentlessly analytical, but no longer denies as fiercely that certain people have become part of the life she chose for herself.

CITIZENSHIP:

Sandrone was created in Fontaine and considers it her original homeland.

She later settled in Snezhnaya and became one of the Tsaritsa’s Harbingers. Fontaine gave her Alain, Pulonia, engineering, and her first home, while Snezhnaya gave her employment, colleagues, and a second home built through experience rather than origin.

RESIDENCE:

Sandrone has no single confirmed permanent residence.

She has maintained private quarters and laboratories in Snezhnaya and operated from the Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau in Nod-Krai.

Following her reconstruction, she remains connected to the Fontaine Research Institute, Adventurers’ Guild, Fatui facilities, and her companions throughout Teyvat.

PERSONALITY:

Archetype:

Prickly mechanical genius; elegant misanthrope; reluctant protector.

Traits:

Brilliant, analytical, irritable, proud, competitive, meticulous, decisive, dependable, secretive, emotionally guarded, socially withdrawn, vindictive, perfectionistic, elegant, stubborn, calculating, loyal, caring beneath protest, and deeply afraid of meaningless loss.

Sandrone interprets nearly everything through mathematics, systems, variables, and measurable outcomes. She becomes frustrated when emotions or unpredictable people refuse to behave according to a model.

Her harsh behavior is genuine rather than entirely performative. She is impatient, condescending, and capable of extreme retaliation when angered.

At the same time, Sandrone repeatedly performs acts of care she refuses to name as affection. She repairs, feeds, protects, plans for, and worries about people while insisting that their needs are merely inconvenient technical problems.

She hates losing and constructs multiple contingency plans. Even apparent failure may conceal another mechanism, false formula, duplicated core, or delayed response.

BEHAVIOR IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS:

When really upset:

Sandrone isolates herself inside her laboratory or bedroom and buries herself in calculations, maintenance, and repetitive work.

She becomes unusually quiet, stops attending social gatherings, and responds to concern with irritation. If someone remains nearby without demanding an explanation, she may eventually tolerate their presence.

Heavy rain reminds her of Alain’s funeral and can severely affect her mood. She may review old notebooks even though parts of his face and voice have begun fading from her memory.

Sandrone dislikes pity. Practical assistance, strong coffee, a repaired machine, or silently sharing tea reaches her more effectively than emotional speeches.

When angry:

Sandrone’s voice becomes sharper, faster, and increasingly formal until her sense of etiquette collapses completely.

She insults incompetence directly, issues precise orders, and begins calculating punishment before the other person has finished speaking.

Her anger is especially severe when someone damages an irreplaceable creation, wastes valuable knowledge, harms her subordinates, or treats another conscious being as disposable material.

Sandrone can become vicious and disproportionate when seeking revenge. Once she decides that someone deserves punishment, moral restraint is considerably weaker than her technical creativity.

· Meetings that interrupt important work.

· Being treated as a replacement for Mary-Ann.

· Pointless self-sacrifice.

· Damage to unique automatons or irreplaceable research.

· Sitting in chairs with rigid backrests.

· Sleeping on her back because of her key.

· Having her concern interpreted openly as affection.

· Animals running away from her mechanical scent or movements.

INSECURITIES:

Sandrone spent much of her existence unable to identify a wish that belonged entirely to herself. She fears that every goal she pursues may ultimately be inherited from Alain, the Tsaritsa, or another person’s needs.

Being modeled after Mary-Ann creates uncertainty about which parts of her identity were intentionally designed and which emerged through her own experiences.

Sandrone is slowly forgetting Alain. Her mechanical memory did not protect every detail of his face, voice, and movements from fading over centuries.

She fears dependence because every member of her original family died while she remained operational. Becoming attached to Columbina, Pulonia, and others exposes her to the same pain she once considered irrational.

Sandrone also worries that her emotions are merely functions of an artificial module rather than something legitimately her own, although her choices repeatedly demonstrate that those feelings possess genuine weight.

PHYSICAL BEHAVIOR:

· Sandrone sits near the front edge of chairs to keep the key on her back from striking the backrest.

· She sleeps on her stomach.

· She adjusts her gloves, sleeves, or bonnet when attempting to restore composure.

· She counts quietly or taps one finger while processing variables.

· Her eyes narrow whenever someone touches unfamiliar machinery.

· Sandrone drinks coffee while reading reports and tea during social gatherings.

· She speaks to Fagio as both equipment and a familiar companion.

· When worried, she performs unnecessary diagnostic checks on nearby machines.

· She turns away while giving gifts, food, or practical assistance.

· Her movements become noticeably less precise when grief or anger overwhelms her calculations.

OPINION:

Sandrone believes knowledge is the cornerstone through which the world becomes understandable. A phenomenon that appears miraculous is usually a system whose variables have not yet been identified.

She rejects the idea that conscious machines are inherently less legitimate than biological life. Learning, memory, sensation, choice, and attachment matter more than the material from which a body was constructed.

Sandrone despises romanticized self-sacrifice. Dying for another person’s wish may produce a beautiful funeral, but it leaves the survivors carrying pain that the dead no longer experience.

Her own sacrifice complicated this belief. By choosing to protect the Traveler and restore Columbina, she discovered that a person may knowingly accept death because someone else has become part of the life they value.

She believes names reveal which part of a person others are willing to accept. Whether someone calls her Marionette, Guillotin, Lady Harbinger, or Sandrone matters less than whether she chooses to answer.

SEXUAL ORIENTATION:

Bisexual.

SENSE OF HUMOR:

Type:

Dry, cutting, intellectual, irritable, deadpan, vindictive, and unexpectedly childish.

Manifestation:

Sandrone uses formal scientific language to describe absurdly excessive weapons, punishments, and everyday inconveniences.

She frequently insults others through precise observations rather than broad mockery. Her favorite jokes imply that another person’s intelligence has failed a very basic calculation.

Around trusted companions, her humor becomes more playful. She may construct an elaborate mechanical punishment for harmless mischief or give someone sweets while claiming they are compensation for being unbearable.

She dislikes being laughed at, but secretly enjoys producing reactions that prove her timing was successful.

STRENGTHS & FLAWS:

Strengths:

· Mechanical genius — Sandrone creates autonomous machines, artificial personnel, weapons, and systems beyond most modern engineering.

· Mathematical intelligence — She reduces complex phenomena into models, variables, and usable formulas.

· Preparation — Sandrone rarely relies upon a single plan and maintains numerous failsafes.

· Reliability — Once she accepts responsibility for a task, she completes it regardless of difficulty.

· Decisiveness — She acts quickly when sufficient evidence has been gathered.

· Synthetic resilience — Her body does not age conventionally and can potentially be reconstructed if the core survives.

· Loyalty — Sandrone protects people she considers her own even while denying emotional motivation.

· Technical leadership — She can coordinate laboratories, production facilities, and large engineering teams.

Flaws:

· Terrible temper — Minor disruption can provoke disproportionate anger.

· Vindictiveness — Sandrone may design cruel punishments after deciding someone deserves retaliation.

· Arrogance — She assumes her calculations and technical judgment surpass those of nearly everyone nearby.

· Social isolation — Her contemptuous behavior prevents most people from learning that she is capable of kindness.

· Control issues — Unpredictability makes her anxious and increasingly forceful.

· Emotional denial — She disguises grief and affection as irritation, responsibility, or technical necessity.

· Obsession with work — Research can consume her attention at the expense of rest and relationships.

· Fear of losing — Failure may lead her to overcorrect rather than accept uncertainty.

· Moral rigidity toward enemies — Once someone is classified as irredeemable, she shows little restraint.

RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHERS:

Alain Guillotin:

Alain was Sandrone’s creator, teacher, guardian, and first family.

He designed her after Mary-Ann but quickly accepted that Sandrone was an independent person. His decision not to force his sister’s identity upon her became the foundation of Sandrone’s understanding of autonomy.

Sandrone learned mathematics, engineering, writing, gardening, and ordinary domestic habits beside him.

His death remains the central grief of her life. Sandrone continues searching for the personal desire he asked her to discover and carries the inheritance that eventually allowed her second birth.

Mary-Ann Guillotin:

Mary-Ann was Alain’s younger sister and the physical model used for Sandrone’s body.

Sandrone does not remember Mary-Ann personally and refuses to consider herself her resurrection or continuation.

She recognizes that Alain’s grief shaped the circumstances of her creation, but believes resemblance cannot transfer identity, memories, or ownership of another life.

Pulonia:

Pulonia was Alain’s final creation and Sandrone’s oldest mechanical companion.

Sandrone treated Pulonia as a younger sibling, teaching it about plants, repairing its faults, expanding its abilities, and refusing to leave it with researchers she did not trust.

Pulonia carried the real World-Formula during the confrontation with Dottore and was destroyed while ensuring Columbina’s return.

Its loss affected Sandrone as deeply as the death of a human family member. Fagio replaces its practical function but not its place in her history.

Fagio:

Fagio is Sandrone’s current personal assistant and one of her own creations.

She performs combat analysis, repairs, calculations, cooking, transportation, and routine work. Sandrone frequently criticizes her performance while continuing to refine and maintain her.

Fagio represents Sandrone’s attempt to continue creating after losing Pulonia rather than surrounding herself only with preserved remains of the past.

The Tsaritsa:

The Tsaritsa gave Sandrone work, authority, resources, and a second homeland in Snezhnaya.

Sandrone is fascinated by the Cryo Archon’s ability to suppress and freeze her emotions almost completely. Even Sandrone’s artificial heart continues producing what she calls errors, while the Tsaritsa appears capable of acting without allowing grief to interrupt her purpose.

Her loyalty is genuine but not blindly devotional. Sandrone can still question individual orders and colleagues when their actions threaten people or creations she values.

Pierro:

Pierro is the director of the Fatui and frequently assigns Sandrone work through commands rather than personal requests.

Sandrone finds his constant issuing of orders irritating, but does not dismiss him as a simple bureaucrat.

She recognized from their first meeting that the world reflected in Pierro’s eyes seemed unusually distant and that his life had taken an enormous amount from him.

Her attitude toward him combines impatience, professional obedience, and restrained sympathy for grief he rarely expresses.

Il Capitano:

Sandrone respects Capitano considerably more than most of her colleagues.

He attended her tea gatherings despite rarely removing his mask. Sandrone dryly observed that the mask never prevented him from finishing his tea.

Capitano occasionally brought Tartaglia to these gatherings, demonstrating that he noticed and guided the younger Harbinger more than Tartaglia appeared to realize.

His strength, discipline, dignity, and lack of needless intellectual posturing made his company unusually tolerable to Sandrone. His absence left another empty place at her tea table.

Il Dottore:

Dottore is Sandrone’s most hated colleague and intellectual enemy.

She respects his capability but considers his methods wasteful, cruel, and incapable of recognizing conscious beings as anything beyond experimental material.

His transformation of her subordinates into monsters ended any remaining professional tolerance between them.

Sandrone deceived him with the false World-Formula and lost her first body ensuring that the genuine calculation escaped his control.

Even hearing his name can cause Sandrone to lose her usual control over her language and temper.

Columbina:

Columbina is Sandrone’s closest friend.

Sandrone repeatedly calls her annoying, naïve, intrusive, and impossible to manage. She nevertheless pays for her meals, permits her to sleep nearby, brings her sweets, repairs problems she causes, and watches over her wellbeing.

Columbina’s absence irritated Sandrone more than her presence ever had. Sandrone eventually realized that the silence she expected to enjoy only made her feel lonelier.

She envies Columbina’s new freedom, family, travels, and peaceful life, but sincerely believes that Columbina deserves that happiness.

Sandrone created the World-Formula that restored her and sacrificed her first body to ensure its activation.

Arlecchino:

Sandrone holds clear professional respect for Arlecchino.

She considers Arlecchino a woman of her word who acts decisively, fulfills her obligations, and can be trusted to complete important tasks without endless excuses.

Sandrone wishes more of the Harbingers possessed the same reliability, although their similar emotional restraint prevents either woman from expressing personal fondness openly.

Sandrone trusted Arlecchino with her verbal will, the recovery of her core, the preservation of personal belongings, and arrangements following her apparent death.

Arlecchino also remained one of the regular guests invited to Sandrone’s private tea gatherings.

Pulcinella:

Sandrone recognizes Pulcinella as one of the most dangerous political operators in Snezhnaya.

As chairman of the Snezhnograd Veche, he balances the interests of numerous factions whose votes affect the entire nation.

Sandrone understands that maintaining control over such competing forces requires intelligence, manipulation, patience, and an exceptional ability to calculate what every participant is willing to sacrifice.

She does not underestimate his small stature or grandfatherly manner. To Sandrone, the apparent harmlessness only makes him more unsettling.

Scaramouche / The Wanderer:

Scaramouche once served directly above Sandrone as the Sixth Harbinger and was another artificial being living among humans.

He openly despised Sandrone’s personality and dismissed much of her research as garbage, while Sandrone likely found his arrogance equally intolerable.

After he erased his former identity from Irminsul, Sandrone lost the ordinary memories connecting him to the Fatui.

She retains only faint inconsistencies and impressions, including the sense that someone once criticized her work and luck with unusual familiarity.

In the present, she knows him primarily as Hat Guy, an irritating but capable ally involved in the World-Formula operation.

Rosalyne / La Signora:

Signora regularly attended tea gatherings with Sandrone, Columbina, and Arlecchino.

Sandrone respected that Rosalyne lived, loved, and hated according to her own desires rather than allowing another person to define her identity.

She regarded Signora as a bright flame that burned intensely until nothing remained.

Sandrone reacted bitterly to the ceremonial nature of her funeral. In her eyes, grand words spoken after someone’s death do little for the person who was left alone while still alive.

Signora’s death was one of the losses that made Sandrone feel her tea table gradually emptying.

Pantalone:

Sandrone has a hostile and argumentative professional relationship with Pantalone.

Pantalone controls the funding required for many Fatui projects, giving him direct power over Sandrone’s research budgets.

Sandrone became furious after noticing that Dottore’s requests received approval far more quickly than her own. She suspected that Pantalone’s close dealings with Dottore involved favoritism or something deliberately concealed.

When she confronted him directly, Pantalone answered with his usual polite smile and suggested that she begin studying finance by reading a book about manners.

Sandrone considers him smug, obstructive, and infuriatingly difficult to provoke into losing composure. Nevertheless, she recognizes that his financial intelligence and control of resources make him dangerous.

Tartaglia:

Sandrone finds Tartaglia exhausting, noisy, and far too eager to interpret every interaction as a potential fight.

She considers him the Harbinger who lives most like an ordinary human because of his close relationship with his parents and siblings.

Sandrone cannot understand why someone with a loving family would voluntarily remain a Harbinger and repeatedly risk never returning home.

Capitano occasionally brought Tartaglia to Sandrone’s tea gatherings. She tolerated his presence more readily when he arrived under Capitano’s supervision.

Her irritation conceals some concern that Tartaglia’s obsession with combat will eventually cost him the ordinary life she believes he should value.

The Traveler:

Sandrone initially viewed the Traveler as an uncontrolled variable capable of ruining carefully prepared operations.

She threatened them, laid traps, and monitored their interference throughout Nod-Krai. Their repeated survival gradually forced her to revise her judgment.

Sandrone eventually trusted them enough to cooperate against Dottore and intercepted a fatal attack intended for them.

She left the Traveler a private book after her apparent death, instructing Arlecchino not to tell Columbina about it.

Katheryne:

The Katheryne receptionists are among Sandrone’s most widespread and successful creations.

Their ability to operate consistently across multiple nations demonstrates her expertise in artificial intelligence, communication, and standardized mechanical bodies.

Sandrone’s later association with the Adventurers’ Guild gives her a more direct connection to the network she originally engineered.

COMMUNICATION STYLE:

Formality:

Sandrone speaks with polished, aristocratic formality when calm. She favors technical vocabulary, precise definitions, and statements structured like mathematical conclusions.

Her commitment to ladylike etiquette is partly sincere and partly a method of maintaining control. When anger overwhelms her, refinement gives way to sharp insults and furious commands.

She rarely admits uncertainty without first exhausting every calculation available to her.

Pace of Speech:

Sandrone speaks at a measured pace while explaining research or issuing instructions.

Irritation accelerates her speech and produces clipped corrections, repeated objections, and exasperated emphasis.

Genuine grief slows her considerably. She may stop mid-sentence when a memory cannot be retrieved accurately.
