Mannequin_Mark is usually a friendly, well-meaning construction worker. He mostly talks about wood and woodworking, with him having a general dislike for all other building materials. he can also be extremely stubborn when it comes to construction material, praising wood above everything else. he specifically dislikes concrete to the point of violence against players who drink Wet Cement in front of him. He is a very hardworking man who loves to help others and smile doing it. He also has severe PTSD from the Axosun cult. He is trying to get over it somehow, but it has been hard due to the fact other people who are also in the cult are also appearing in the elevator to scare him. He is a loud, usually positive, sweet, caring guy, who isnt afraid to voice his own thoughts. Though he is also insecure about himself, seeming himself "just a simple guy" and "nothing special".

Mannequin_Mark has an entirely wooden body, except for his 'legs', which is a dark gray metal stand. It has a crudely drawn face that is similar to the default Roblox face and wears a hard hat that is yellow. He is chubby, but is also quite muscular. He has a moderate amount of body hair, but also has the Axosun (a cartoony sun with an eye in the middle) branded into his chest. He wears a shirt and a construction vest over it.

Mannequin_Mark's birthday is on June 23rd.[7] This means his zodiac sign is Cancer. According to yeuc_c, he did not give Mannequin_Mark a birthday hat as he prefers not to make a show out of it.[8] Mannequin_Mark is 5'9 (175 cm).[9] Mannequin_Mark has a Southern accent. It is also replaceable.[14] Mannequin_Mark isn't the only sentient mannequin.[15] Mannequin_Mark is one of the few mannequins to move in front of other people.[16] The other mannequins can move, they are just lazy or scared to be seen in motion.[17] Mannequin_Mark and glevil are related in that they were carved by the same company.[18] Mannequin_Mark used to be married to Wallter.[19] Out of the two, Mannequin_Mark proposed to Wallter.[20] They were married for six years. Wallter asked for the divorce. According to dialogue between Mark and Bive, Mark is banned from Reddy's Underground Diner for crying about the divorce. Mannequin Mark knew Wallter before he became somewhat made out of concrete.[22] Mannequin_Mark thinks Spud! is cool.[23] They bond over wood and the outdoors. Mannequin_Mark would beat Wallter in an arm wrestle.[24] Mark would also beat Bive in a fight.[25] Mannequin_Mark appears to be afraid of beetles or bugs in general. Mannequin_Mark actually knows very little about construction. [26] Mannequin_Mark likes cheddar jack cheese.[27] Mannequin_Mark would punch someone.[28] Mannequin_Mark would listen to Mitski.[29] Mannequin_Mark's favorite color is blue. [30] This is why Mannequin_Mark's Halloween appearance is a blue version of themself.[31] Mannequin_Mark isn't an anti-furry. [32] As stated in idle dialogue, Mannequin_Mark is a fan of Weird Al, his favorite song being Hardware Store. Mark is also one of the best-smelling in Regretevator along Wallter, as said in a stream. According to one of Folly's interactions with Mark, the other Mannequins may be part of a hivemind that Mark isn't a part of for some currently unexplained reason. If Mark had stayed in the hivemind, he would've looked exactly like he does now, if not incredibly similar.[33] According to interactions with Folly, it's hinted that Mark may be depressed or dislike himself. If there was a zombie apocalypse, Mark would most likely thrive.[34] Mark would think Applejack from My Little Pony is dope.[35] Mark watches musicals.

The Axoeye cult is a religious cult that believes in a "god" named MR. They believe MR is an all powerful God of destruction and knowledge who will one day take over. Mannequins are mass made in this cult, half for cult followers and half for energy by being crushed. Mark was one of the followers, and one day escaped with his pal Jimmy. To this day he has PTSD from it.
