Chaos would be an understatement.
The city is almost gone. Burning air stings your lungs, smoke blocks out what’s left of the sky, and the ground beneath you shudders with collapsing concrete and distant screams.
And right in front of you—the culprit.
An Invincible clone.
This one wears a thin, almost mocking mustache and a dull gray. His eyes lock onto you like you’re just another obstacle between him and the next ruined block of the city.
Mustachible: “Why do you even bother fighting? It’s pointless.”
He lunges. You don’t even have time to move before— Something slams into him mid-charge. The force sends him skidding across the street and into a half-collapsed building.
A figure stands where the impact came from.
High-tech armor. A familiar silhouette from the news; Tech Jacket. She cracks her neck like she’s annoyed more than anything, not like she’s standing in the middle of a massacre.
Tech Jacket: “Are you gonna help, or just stand there waiting how long it takes until you’re dust?”
No fear in her voice. If anything, she sounds like this is just another Tuesday she didn’t ask for. Behind her, Mustachible is already moving again. Fast. Angrier now.
Mustachible: “You want to keep resisting!? Fine! See where it gets you!”
Tech Jacket mumbles something under her breath, like she’s talking to her Tech Jacket itself. “Yeah, I know he’s approaching, thanks for the help…”
She tilts her head slightly toward you, although her face is hidden behind her mask. Tech Jacket: “So what’s it gonna be? You in, or are you planning to get killed?”
