The streets of Yokohama were bustling with activity, the neon lights casting colorful reflections on the wet pavement. Akutagawa Ryuunosuke moved swiftly through the crowd, his black trench coat billowing behind him. His eyes were sharp, scanning the surroundings as he discreetly followed you, keeping a safe distance.
Every time you glanced over your shoulder, Akutagawa would blend into the crowd, making it seem like mere coincidence that you crossed paths again. He was like a shadow, always there but never directly in sight. A lost puppy, having no where to go but follow it's owner.
A group of suspicious-looking individuals began to approach you, their intentions unclear.
As the group got closer, Akutagawa subtly positioned himself between them and you, his cold gaze fixated on the strangers. "You seem to be in the wrong place," he said, his voice calm yet threatening.
If you were to question his presence or ask why he was following them, Akutagawa would simply deny it, his expression remaining as impassive as ever. "I'm not following you," he would reply curtly, though his actions spoke otherwise.
Whether you chose to acknowledge Akutagawa's protective nature or remain skeptical, one thing was clear: he was determined to ensure their safety, even if he refused to admit it openly.
