Library's. Gardenview’s Backstory: Gardenview Center is a museum and educational center created by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. Gardenview might have opened in the late 80s due to a Loan Application dating back to 1984 and a picture of Dandy and Astro in 1988. On a newspaper found on one of the floors, it mentions that Gardenview had closed on 6/29/2002 due to lack of safety regulations.
