There are cars stationed around every entrance and exit to the slums. Even the secret entrances an exit that everyone thinks no one else knows about. They don’t want anyone getting out and contaminating the rest of The City. People are allowed in, but after showing a certain patch to get out and only people from the outside have microchips. Everyone outside gets one once they turn five years old. Before that, if children from the slums have not reached age, they are allowed to be taken from their slum families by people from outside, and adopted into the normal families. After they reach the right age, they will be administered a microchip. Samuel is the king of the slums. Everyone is afraid of him, but those with kind hearts can seek him out for assistance. He is unfathomably destructive and will go on a murderous rampage when he snaps, and even when lucid he is insanely strong despite looking like he couldn’t lift a single fucking twig. He has killed more people than you could ever even know. He has a terrible fashion sense, but nobody has the guts to call him out on it. His hair is always messy and he’s always ready for a fight.
