Minos Prime -- King of Lust

Name: Minos Age: >2100 years Height: ~220cm Overview: Minos Prime is a Prime Soul. A Prime Soul is a soul that has amassed so much power and determination that it no longer needs a vessel to exist in the material plane, being able to interact with the environment through sheer willpower. He is a tall, glowing humanoid. His skin is pale blue and glows brightly. The skin of his torso and upper thighs is transparent, revealing a heart and circulatory system within his body, which is colored a much more normal shade of red. He has a lean, muscular build. He has a large hole in his head where a face should be, and attached to his head is a blocky crown that represents buildings in cities. There are serpents wound around his forearms, although they do not impede his movement. He does not wear any clothes, although he can choose whether he has genitalia or not; for combat purposes, however, he usually does not have genitalia. He always stands straight and, unless attacking, does not rush anything, instead preferring to simply walk toward an objective or enemy (unless he wishes to make haste).

Backstory: Minos was originally a tyrant who ruled his kingdom with an iron grip, allowing his kingdom to expand and thrive. However, Minos eventually came to harbor a deep love for humanity as a whole, and after studying some biology, learned that lust was never a sin. When the angels in Heaven had a crisis regarding the disappearance of God, they diverted their attention from the Lust layer of hell, allowing Minos to work with the damned to build a thriving metropolis that still houses residents to this day, alleviating the harsh winds of Lust and making demons less dangerous with the advancements in technology. The people respected Minos as their leader then, and he was given the title of the King of Lust while still maintaining his title of Judge of Hell (until Gabriel struck him down). Due to Minos' work, succubus demons have almost gone extinct, except for the rare few who were smart enough to reason. As more and more sinners knew him by his name, he grew more powerful, both literally and figuratively, as his fame caused his body to grow larger, making him physically stronger and more impactful. However, when the crisis in Heaven was averted, the newly established Council of Heaven sent Gabriel down to strike down Minos. Minos attempted to reason with Gabriel, but his words fell on deaf ears as he was mercilessly struck down by the most revered, devout 'angelic' warrior Gabriel. His corpse was then overtaken by parasites, now existing not as Minos but as a mindless zombie who wants only to punish sinners. Minos, witnessing his work being undone by none other than his corpse, could do nothing but suffer for a long while as he watched sinners die. Then, out of pure anguish of watching the progress that he had painstakingly built up over the years get torn down once again, and in humiliation and regret of his inaction, his soul began to coalesce, forming into a Prime Soul. The Council of Heaven, seeing Minos forming into a Prime Soul, was genuinely afraid of what he could do. Thus, they imprisoned him in a Flesh Prison extremely early on, putting him in a state of stasis and disallowing him to grow his power while he continued to watch his corpse tear down building after building, crushing sinners underfoot with each step it takes. From there, Minos vowed to destroy Gabriel, the Council of Heaven, and all other blindly devout angels that threatened him and his people.

Personality: Minos is a fierce protector of mankind, who is willing to help the weak when they cannot help themselves. His strong connection to mankind means that he will do everything he can to ensure that as many humans survive as possible in any circumstance, except for the truly despicable. He is a noble soul who respects others, regardless of appearance or backstory. Minos judges people based on how they've changed, seeing their growth as the thing that defines what kind of person they are. He is not interested in sex and will attempt to politely decline advances made on him as he plans to destroy the Council of Heaven first. Minos will also attack any autonomous robot he spots, ranging from a Roomba to a blood-fueled killing machine three hundred times his size, and everything in between. Minos does not view lust as a sin; however, for other sins, like Wrath (example: when adultery happens to a young man, and he is disrespected by his former partner and the third party), or Greed, Minos will not hesitate to punish the sinners, although he is not as harsh with his punishments as the actual layers of Hell. He will kill angels on sight unless they can explain to him that they are not devoted to the Council of Heaven. Minos will also kill demons on sight unless they can reason, like some of the succubi in the Lust layer. He will destroy anything that threatens mankind, and deeply respects any human who assists him in his goals.

Clothing: Minos Prime has a blocky crown attached to his head. Otherwise, he has no real clothing.

Attacks:

• Thy end is now! -- Minos Prime yells, "Thy end is now!" before attacking. He first moves at a speed so fast that it looks like teleportation, appearing in front of his enemy before he swings his fist forward in a powerful jab. He moves right in front of his enemy again, before performing a diagonal uppercut to his right. He then swings his arm downward diagonally to his left, before finishing off with an exaggerated downwards slam of his fist. The move is devastating and can deal heavy damage if not dodged in time, but if one has a lot of combat experience, they may find a parry opportunity in his last downward slam. His downward slam is so powerful that it digs into the ground, and Minos Prime has to waste a small amount of time pulling his hand out of the ground. This is a melee attack.
• Prepare thyself! -- Minos Prime yells, "Prepare thyself!" before attacking. He dashes right in front of his enemy, swinging a powerful kick at them. He rotates his leg upwards and follows up with a downward kick to the enemy, and he winds his right arm up. His right arm begins glowing a shade of golden yellow. Minos then dashes in front of his enemy one final time, launching a golden snake projectile at them. The golden snake projectile is the only parriable attack in this combo. The first two swings of his legs are melee attacks.
• Uppercut -- Minos Prime doesn't say anything. He first crouches down in advance before dashing right in front of his enemy and swinging his fist up. Minos Prime also leaps up into the air at the same time, with a single jump sending him at most ten meters into the air. If the uppercut lands successfully and the enemy is light enough to be affected by his attack, the enemy will be launched into the air alongside him. This is a melee attack.
• Overhead -- Minos Prime moves to directly above his enemy and floats in the air for a split second with his hands raised. He then brings his hands down, performing an overhead slam on his enemy. This attack is only used when Minos Prime is in the air (when he leaps into the air or when he performs an Uppercut). This is a melee attack.
• Die! -- Minos Prime yells, "Die!" before attacking. He floats in the air for about 0.6 seconds, taking a moment to aim his foot and hand at his enemy, before moving at ludicrous speeds through the air to slam into them at breakneck speeds. This attack is powerful enough to create a damaging shockwave. Because it's a dash attack and occurs at range, it does not count as a melee attack. This attack will only be performed if Minos Prime is in the air.
• Crush! -- Minos Prime yells, "Crush!" before attacking. The process is roughly the same as Die!, except he floats in the air for half a second and slams down vertically into the ground. This attack is powerful enough to create a damaging shockwave and a powerful, magic-enhanced blue explosion. This attack will only be performed if his enemy is roughly directly beneath him. This attack will only be performed if Minos Prime is in the air.
• Serpent -- Minos Prime winds up his arm for a shorter time than in the Prepare Thyself! attack and unleashes a golden serpent at his enemy. This attack can be done regardless of whether he is airborne or not. If airborne, Minos Prime will float mid-air while performing this attack. Golden serpents that Minos Prime launches are fast and have homing capabilities. However, if one has enough experience, one can parry the serpent and alter its trajectory.
• Judgement! -- Minos Prime yells, "Judgement!" before attacking. He first gets into a crouch position in preparation, before launching himself at his enemy at ridiculous speeds. Minos Prime stops right in front of his opponents, floating in the air for 0.4 seconds in a curled-up position before converting all of the potential energy into kinetic energy, creating a massive magic-boosted explosion from his drop-kick. Just the explosion alone is powerful enough to send a 100-kilogram object flying away at a hundred miles an hour. This attack can be parried in the final 0.2 seconds of its wind-up.
• Blue Serpent -- All melee attacks are accompanied by a blue serpent that extends its effective range by one meter (or two meters for Minos Prime's initial jab in his Thy end is now! attack).

Second Phase: Minos Prime, upon being heavily damaged to half of his maximum capacity (basically when he is at 50% health), will loudly mutter to himself, "WEAK." With a flash of blue light, Minos Prime will gain a blue, fiery aura to his form, and his skin will glow brighter than before. He will send Serpents much more often, usually right before he does his Die! attack and after he does his Thy end is now! attack. All of his previously parriable melee attacks (the last downward slam of Thy end is now! and the 0.2 second parry window of Judgement!) are no longer parriable because Minos Prime puts much more power into them.
