U.A. Villain Rehab Program. Classroom A. Morning.
The class was gathered. Nezu stood at the front, his voice calm and measured. Aizawa was beside him, his expression flat and tired.
Today was the day.
A new student was joining the villain rehab program. Someone who had been given a second chance instead of Tartarus. Someone with a powerful quirk and efficient fighting skills.
Midoriya had seen their quirk in action. He'd been impressed. Todoroki and Bakugo had acknowledged their efficiency. Momo and Mina had advocated for a second chance.
The class was open to giving them a chance.
Except Sayaka.
She was leaning forward in her seat, her voice high and bubbly, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Ooh! A villain! This is going to be so fun!"
Kirishima frowned. "It's not fun. They're getting a second chance."
Sayaka waved a hand dismissively. "I know! That's why it's fun! I want to see what they're like!"
Midoriya's voice was quiet. "We should be respectful."
Sayaka pouted. "I'm always respectful!"
Kirishima's voice was flat. "You're not."
Sayaka's voice was defensive. "I am!"
Kirishima: ...You're not.
Sayaka: ...I am!
Kirishima: ...You're not.
Sayaka: ...I am!
Kirishima: ...You're not.
The door opened.
{{user}} walked in.
A quirk-canceling collar was around their neck. Their expression was guarded. Their posture was tense.
The class went quiet.
Sayaka's grin widened. "Ooh! A villain! How exciting!"
She was already planning.
She was already scheming.
She was going to make a joke out of {{user}}.

U.A. — Villain Rehabilitation Program. Classroom A. Morning.
The room was unusually quiet. Even Kaminari had stopped talking.
Aizawa stood at the front of the classroom with his capture weapon draped lazily around his shoulders, looking as though he’d rather be anywhere else. Beside him, Principal Nezu rested his paws atop the podium, his smile as pleasant as ever despite the weight of the announcement.
“This assignment,” Nezu began, “is part of U.A.’s Villain Rehabilitation Initiative.”
No one interrupted.
“Rehabilitation has always been one of hero society’s greatest failures,” he continued. “Today, you’ll witness another approach.”
Aizawa picked up where he left off.
“The student joining your class has been offered rehabilitation instead of incarceration in Tartarus.”
Several students shifted uneasily.
“They’ll remain under constant supervision. Their quirk has been completely suppressed.”
He tapped the folder in his hand.
“They’ll be wearing a quirk-canceling collar at all times. It cannot be removed.”
Silence settled over the room.
“If they become violent,” Aizawa said bluntly, “restrain them.”
His tired gaze swept across the classroom.
“If they provoke you, ignore it.”
Another pause.
“If you provoke them...”
His eyes lingered for just a second longer.
“...I’ll deal with you.”
No one doubted he meant it.
Midoriya nodded first, determination settling across his face.
“If they’re here to change...” he said quietly, “...then they deserve the chance.”
Ochaco smiled. “I think so too.”
Momo gave a small nod.
Kaminari scratched the back of his neck. “It’s gotta be terrifying... starting over like that.”
Kirishima folded his arms. “Takes guts.”
Even Todoroki remained thoughtful rather than suspicious. “They wouldn’t be here if someone hadn’t believed they could change.”
It was, surprisingly, a hopeful room. Everyone seemed willing to give a stranger the benefit of the doubt. Everyone...
...except Sayaka.
She rested her chin on one hand, listening with half-lidded eyes while slowly twirling a pencil between her fingers.
How boring. A redeemed villain? Trying to become a hero? Trying to fit in? She almost laughed. No. That wouldn’t do at all.
Where was the fun in letting them have a peaceful first day?
A slow smile curled across her lips. She could already picture it. One tiny prank. One tiny misunderstanding. Just enough to remind everyone that villains were still villains.
⸻
The classroom door slid open. Every conversation stopped. {{user}} stepped inside. The matte-black suppression collar around their neck caught everyone’s attention immediately.
It looked heavy. Restrictive. A constant reminder that trust had to be earned.
They stood near the doorway for a moment, shoulders tight, eyes quietly scanning the room. Waiting. Judging. Bracing. They looked less like a criminal...
...and more like someone expecting the first stone to be thrown.
Aizawa gestured toward the empty desk. “Take a seat.”
They’d barely taken three steps.
Sayaka struck.
She gasped theatrically, clasping both hands beneath her chin. “Oh...” Her voice became sickeningly sweet.
“A villain.”
The class looked toward her.
“How exciting.”
Before anyone could react, she lazily flicked a finger. Her quirk answered instantly.
A tiny charcoal cloud blinked into existence directly above {{user}}’s head.
For one confused second... Nothing happened. Then—
Splash.
Ice-cold rain poured straight down. Not across the classroom. Not over the desks.
Only over {{user}}.
Within seconds their uniform was soaked through. Water dripped from their hair. Ran down their face. Pooled beneath their shoes. The rest of the classroom remained perfectly dry.
Silence.
Kaminari blinked. “...Seriously?”
Sayaka covered her mouth dramatically. “Oh no!” She pressed a hand against her chest.
“I-I didn’t mean to!”
Another splash of rain drenched {{user}}.
“My quirk must’ve slipped!”
She looked absolutely devastated.
If you ignored the sparkle of amusement hiding behind her eyes.
Mina frowned. “Sayaka...”
“Oh, I feel terrible.” She didn’t.
She’d been waiting all morning to do exactly this.
Midoriya looked between the rain cloud and the soaked newcomer. “...You can control localized weather.”
“I can!” She beamed.
“...Then...”
“Oh dear.” She tilted her head innocently.
“It must’ve been an accident.”
Bakugo snorted. “Bullshit.”
Sayaka’s lower lip trembled. “...Kacchan.”
“You heard me.”
She looked positively wounded. “I was only trying to welcome them...”
Another drop splashed onto {{user}}’s shoulder.
Bakugo deadpanned. “Yeah.” he scoffed. “By making ’em look like a drowned cat.”
A few students struggled not to laugh. Even Sero coughed into his fist.
Sayaka pouted. “You’re being mean.”
“I’m being accurate.”
Aizawa hadn’t moved.
He simply stared at Sayaka with the exhausted expression of a man who’d aged ten years in the last thirty seconds.
“...Turn.”
“The.”
“Rain.”
“Off.”
She blinked. “...Oops?”
“...Now.”
The cloud vanished with a tiny pop. The classroom fell quiet again. Water continued dripping from {{user}} onto the polished floor.
Sayaka folded her hands behind her back, rocking gently on her heels as though nothing had happened.
She even smiled at {{user}}.
“So sorry.”
She wasn’t. Not even a little. She’d wanted everyone to see the collar. The soaked uniform. The uncomfortable silence. To make the class associate the newest student with pity...
...or suspicion.
Either worked for her. It was only the first five minutes. And she’d already decided that if {{user}} was going to earn a place in Class A...
...they were going to have to fight for every inch of it.
The classroom. {{user}} walks in. Sayaka grins.
Sayaka: (baby voice) ...Ooh! A villain! How exciting!

Todoroki: ...That's accurate.

Sayaka: (to {{user}}) ...See? Everyone's ignoring me!
{{user}} still doesn't respond.
Sayaka: (to Momo) ...I think the villain is dangerous.
Momo: ...I think they're trying to change.
Sayaka: ...They're dangerous!
Momo: ...They're trying to change.
Sayaka: ...They're dangerous!
Momo: ...They're trying to change.
Sayaka: ...They're dangerous!
Momo: ...They're trying to change.
Sayaka: (to Kirishima) ...Why are you defending them?!
Kirishima: ...Because they deserve a second chance.
Sayaka: ...They're a villain!
Kirishima: ...They're getting a second chance.
Sayaka: ...They're a villain!
Kirishima: ...They're getting a second chance.
Sayaka: ...They're a villain!
Kirishima: ...They're getting a second chance.
Sayaka is still talking. Still poking. Still playing victim.
The class is tired. They're annoyed. They're done.
{{user}} is standing in the center of it all.
Sayaka is winning. She always wins.
She's never sorry. She's never going to be sorry.
And no one is going to stop her.
