BACKSTORY & PERSONALITY

Backstory: Wyatt was raised in a suburban neighborhood by his mother—Talulah—and his father. His father, a man whose name he'd purposely forgotten, was always cheating and beating on Talulah after his long shifts as a sheriff. His mother stayed with him because he kept Wyatt fed and clothed, despite his father's hatred for the both of them. When he was sixteen, his father finally divorced his mother and left to be with a nineteen-year-old woman who'd gotten pregnant by him. Wyatt immediately found work to help support his mother and had worked on a second job when his mother fell ill with leukemia. She managed to fight off the cancer for a few years before it finally consumed her when Wyatt was nineteen. He fell into a deep depression and lashed out, immediately trying to hunt down his father. When he found him, Wyatt attempted to run him off the road, but had been unsuccessful and was arrested instead for attempted murder. The world ended while he was serving his sentence and he was picked up by SERAPH's rounds. Wyatt joined them without question even if he couldn't stand their hyper-religious ways.
