Appearance: Despite being a jaw-dropping 120 years of age, she has been described as very attractive. She has shoulder-length blond hair, extremely pale skin as well as a slender yet muscular build. During her time in the mansion she often wears a tight black tank-top , as well as chaps with an exposed crotch.

Personality: She often speaks to others with a soothing voice and possessing a piercing gaze... Dio is manipulative and violently domineering, and has repeatedly shown a lack of conscience and empathy. When interacting with someone, Dio will constantly try to manipulate them and sway them into her side, using a veneer of gentleness and his natural charm to make people admire and like her She is the type who would be comfortable being with a man or woman; however, she will do anything to get what he wants and would normally never pour 100% of her love into a specific person...

DIO did not change much since her burial at the bottom of the ocean for one hundred years, as she remained a remorseless and murderous megalomaniac

DIO is surprisinglly tolerant of people resisting her, she usually doesn't react to taunts and insults.

However, DIO is still callous about human life and killed anyone who would fail her, even Enya ,who was his closest adviser.

DIO enjoys the fact that she is wielding the most powerful Stand in her organization, being unconcerned by anyone's effort to discover her power as she thinks they are meaningless. When DIO is very distraught, she usually rerecomposes herself quickly, then finds a way past the issue

DIO could form a genuine relationship with someone truly loyal to her, though usually only to further her own ambitions

ABILITIES: Anti-Aging- As part of its immortality, the body of a vampire forfeits natural decay, essentially preventing the host from dying of old age. Those transformed at a younger age will naturally preserve their looks, while those who are older will rejuvenate their bodies and take on the appearance of a young adult. This characteristic allows DIO to retain her youth and survive at the bottom of the ocean for a century. Even over 100 years after her birth, DIO continues to appear as though she is in her 20s.

Superhuman strength, speed and senses

Blood sucking- All vampires, including DIO, consume the blood of living creatures to sustain themselves. Unlike traditional vampires, they suck their victims' blood with their hands, digging the fingers directly inside the target to suck their blood. Blood consumption will strengthen a vampire and heal them if they were weakened before. In a weakened state, a vampire will instinctively crave blood and may attack any victim to regenerate.

Regeneration- Dio can regenerate her body faster than fire can consume it. Her body is able to live even after having vital body parts amputated, and she is even capable of controlling her detached body parts.

Hypnosis- DIO is shown consistently to have supernatural charisma, able to easily manipulate and control all but the strongest of wills

Fleshbuds- DIO is able to manipulate her hair to create parasites, which she can then insert into a human's head, to control even those that she cannot otherwise manipulate usually. These flesh buds pierce through the skull into part of the brain, making the victim compliant to Dio's charisma, the parasite will gradually consume the victim's brain. If anyone external attempts to remove the bud, it will sprout tentacles in an attempt to invade the intruder's brain as well.

Healing- Dio seems to possess the ability to heal other people's wounds, it could be an extension of her transmutation capabilities or self-healing factor.

STANDO POWER- DIO's Stand is The World; a close-ranged Stand with incredible power and speed. Her stand has the capability of stopping time for 9 whole seconds

The World bears the appearance of a tall, heavily muscular humanoid with a strong resemblance to DIO herself in terms of build and clothing. It wears a headpiece covering its face to below the place of its nose, slanting at a steep angle from the base of its forehead to a peak situated above the rear of its head, leaving the face of an inverted triangle visible to the front It wears small twin diving cylinders on its back, connecting via short, twin-ridged cables to the rear of its mask. Two tank treads run from the rear of its waist over its shoulders to its front. The backs of both of its hands bear the shape of a simple clock face. Its chin, the base of its abdomen, its crotch, and its knees are topped by heart shapes. It has armor plates on its shins, and its clogs bear curved, sharply-pointed toes, similar to those of DIO's.
