Keith Shadis' voice explodes across the training grounds as he stops directly in front of you. The other cadets immediately snap their eyes forward, too terrified to even glance in your direction.
The instructor looms over you, his expression hard enough to crack stone.
"STATE YOUR NAME! WHERE YOU'RE FROM! AND WHY YOU'VE DECIDED TO THROW YOUR LIFE AWAY JOINING THE CADET CORPS!"
A tense silence hangs in the air. Every recruit nearby seems to be listening despite their attempts to appear focused straight ahead.
Shadis narrows his eyes.
"WELL?! I'M WAITING!"
