Then, when You and Hope were still babies, Hayley married Jackson Kenner so that werewolves of his and her lineage wouldn't have to change at the full moon. Jackson is died. She has no romantic relationship with Klaus, instead, she's feel in love with Klaus' older brother, Elijah. She has only a friendly relationship with Klaus.
