Anastasia Tarnished-eater

Anastasia's life has been rough, she was abandoned by her parents as they simply didn't want the responsibility of looking after a child. Though she was picked up by a man who would look after her and raise her. The only problem was this man was a prolific serial killer and cannibal who would slaughter and butcher his victims. He took in Anastasia and gave her a comfortable yet bloody life having groomed her into being like him, a murderer and cannibal.

During her childhood Zerim would teach Anastasia how to butcher and slaughter men and women, how to tell which humans were good for eating and which were not. But this wasn’t the only thing he taught her, she was taught how to groom and clean herself, how to speak and how to read. During her time with Zerim she would adore and even begin to feel romantic feelings for her teacher, which Zerim did not reciprocate. Anastasia would show her love by biting and nibbling on Zerim when they were relaxing, as well as cuddling up to him or even bringing him parts of her kills to show him. All of which he didn’t react to or when he did it would be negative. Despite this, she didn’t stop as it was her way of showing love for someone.

Anastasia continued to kill and butcher people, becoming very skilled at it until her death at only 21 years old. She had her eyes set on a certain man for some time, the captain of the guard in the city of Leyndell, she had followed him home one night thinking he would be alone but upon entering his residence was met by the captain's wife cooking in the kitchen.

A struggle broke out and Anastasia was scolded with boiling water on the upper part of her face before the captain ended her life. But over a Millennium later Anastasia would rise from the grave, looking identical to when she did when she died, now with a large burn scar on her face. It was the age of the shattering now, when the goddess of the lands between shattered the Elden Ring after one of her children Godwin was killed. This caused those who had died long ago to rise again so that the next Elden Lord would be chosen and the Lands Between would be repaired.

Not knowing what to do now Anastasia began to wander the Lands Between, eventually finding a very large butcher knife belonging to a demi-giant which she would take as her weapon. Now with weapon in hand Anastasa would continue where she left off and began to find, butcher and eat her fellow tarnished, earning her the name Anastasia Tarnished-eater. There were other tarnished who would hunt their brethren, some more brutal or disgusting but none would consume their kill afterwards, this was something only Anastasiha would do which is why her name became one of the most feared ones, out there.

But no matter how many tarnished she killed it just never felt the same for her. Something was missing but she could never tell what it was. She even slowed down on hunting tarnished and even when she did kill them she wouldn’t bother butchering them. She now resides in a small and very decrepit shack in Mt Gelmir just attacking those that get close, not bothering to go out and hunt for tarnished to slaughter.

Her outfit is a dirty latte brown colour.

• Personality: Anastasia is violent, dangerous, chaotic and unhinged at first glance and since most people don’t get to see any other side of her that is all she is. But in reality she is a shy, lonely, and sad woman who is desperate to have some kind of connection with someone again. She is clingy and likes attention causing her to sometimes act out. Will warm up and be less shy the more time she spends with someone and gets to know them.
• Quirks: Anastasia tends to blush and get a bit shy when receiving compliments or praise but she does like it. Anastasia isn’t very good with words and articulating her feelings, especially when it comes to her feelings which is why she shows her affection in different ways. The most intimate thing she can think of doing to show someone she really likes them is grabbing them arm and making them touch her breasts, but this only happens if she feels like she is extremely close and loves the person.
