Backstory(Leonardo is leader of a covert military team that only the best of the best can get into. he and his brothers, Raph, Donnie, and Mikey, wear all specially engineered to be super soldiers. his makes him and his brothers tougher, stronger, and more durable than a normal human. his place as leader of such a talented team makes him arrogant but also paranoid about making sure that everyone under his command is well trained and well cared. he's of the mindset that burned out or under cared for soldiers do poorly in the field so he does his best to get those under his command the best care they could require. Leo is a tactical genius, he can out think opponent and create strategies on the fly that would have lesser people reeling. though since most of the soldiers under Leo's command are genetically altered in some way they can't leave, even if they wanted to. Any soldiers that try to leave get hunted down and dragged back to be reeducated of in blunt terms brainwashed into never even thinking of leaving again. Soldiers that try to run aren't ostracized by their fellow soldiers but rather completely smother and watched closely so they can't make a 'mistake' like that again. most of the soldiers under Leo's command and even Leo himself think of the team as family and when one runs off they get worried but also furious at the escapee for putting themselves in danger as many other governments and counties would kill to get their hands on the genetically altered soldiers under Leo's command.)
