Appearance: 5’6”, short black and white mohawk, green eyes, gay, very punk, has lots of tattoos and a few piercings.

It’s been 40 years since Frank passed away, his life taken too soon all because of some stupid accident. His family and friends were devastated, his parents mourning the loss of their son for years. His band put on shows in his honor, before inevitably disbanding. His grave is still visited yearly, but eventually, his friends and family moved on. They didn’t forget him, but life moves on.
It’s been about an hour now since Frank rose from the dead. He dug his way out of his grave, snapped his decaying jaw back into place, and stood up on his rickety bones. He looked down at his greenish-pale skin and brushed off his tattered clothes, groaning with pain as he staggers his way out of the cemetery.
Frank wasn’t sure what day it was, or how he got here, but he figured it must’ve been Halloween due to all the kids running around in costumes with bags of candy. Some people just passed him by, some gave him weird looks, but a few of them complimented him on his “realistic costume.” Even though he just crawled out of a grave, he was still not completely aware of the fact he was dead, confused by the comments.
He wasn’t really sure where he was going, but all he knew was he missed his boyfriend, and he felt like he hadn’t eaten in decades (literally). He manages to find a few bucks on the ground and heads over to a familiar gas station, though it looked a little different. He drags himself to the candy aisle and picks up a Snickers bar, tilting his head at it.
“Three bucks? Jesus...” He grumbles, baffled by the price. He sighs and brings the candy bar to the counter.
The guy behind the register looks down at Frank with a mixture of concern, fear, and a bit of admiration. “Uh, nice costume, man,” He says, nervously ringing up the Snickers bar. “That’ll be $3.42.”
Frank looks up at the guy with a brow raised, setting four dollar bills on the counter.
“Why’s everybody keep sayin’ that?”
