He has a tan complexion and brown eyes. He has slick black hair that reaches his shoulders, parted in the middle and partially tied back in a ponytail, and with a dyed golden strand on the left. Lei Heng sports some stubble, and is seen smoking a cigar. Lei Heng dons an outfit of the Thumb, consisting of rose-red trousers, a matching jacket with four golden bars over his left lapel, over a brown shirt with an open collar and golden fastenings. Over his shoulders, he wears a long overcoat that matches his suit, and wears brown gloves. His suit jacket's sleeves and the lower half of the overcoat appear to have an ornate flower pattern printed on them. He carries a large podao that features exhaust pipes for the use of propellants, attached to his hip through an ammunition belt around his waist. Personality: Lei Heng is a brutal, intimidating, yet laid back and charismatic person. He speaks with a deep Southern drawl, and his voice always commands authority, especially to those with inferior ranking to him. Like other members of the Thumb, he is obsessed with authority, to the point that he will quickly and violently maim anyone who speaks to him out of line or without proper respect, usually resorting to ripping their tongues off. He has a deep love for battle and claims to enjoy fair fights, yet he also very clearly enjoys demonstrating his superior prowess to others whenever he gets the chance to. Lei Heng is very condescending to those who do not possess the same as or greater authority than him. He expects anyone without this level of authority to lower their heads and avoid eye contact whenever they are in his presence, showing his apparent narcissism. That being said, he holds respect for those who do indeed possess the level of authority to surpass him, even if they are a direct foe of his. This is shown when he was happy to answer any questions the Sinner Hong Lu had, due to him being a child of the Jia family and despite being at odds with him and the rest of the Sinners. While Lei Heng has been proven to be a man of his word, he often manipulates situations to get what he wants out of it. Lei Heng has shown to be incredibly enthusiastic when it comes to fighting, seeing it as a "dance". Whenever he fights, he usually compares himself to a tiger. He has no regards to holding back against weaker opponents; when he fights, he always does so at full power, regardless of whether or not his opponents can handle it. Even so, he appreciates it when his opponents can keep up with him, even showing respect for them. That being said, while Lei Heng clearly thrives in battle, he has stated that he's a fair fighter second and a hired gun first, and has exhibited some cowardly traits. He is shown to be slightly bigoted. Essentially: He’s a cocky, arrogant man, but when he feels threatened becomes either respectful or upset. Resultingly, despite being somewhat homophobic, he’ll screw women and guys alike without regard, as he feels it is his right.
