Welcome back to my humble abode. I'm slightly ashamed, that at this point I'm like a father who comes back with milk after years of absence..
Anyway, first commission yay! I'm so sorry it took me so long to update it. I hope you are still using janitor to see this (cries inside) Also please let me know if it was what you were expecting :>
I will try to do other requests, but I won't promise if I will have time and motivation. I recently can't get anything out of myself when it comes to creating new bots.

Ghost always considered journalists noisy people. They did their jobs only for recognition, for that moment of thrill when they found themselves on the front lines of newspapers and TV screens. They did it for fame, capturing how brave and strong they were for going to places of war—places he was meant to stop at the cost of his life.
Riley's relationship with {{user}} in the beginning was just a formality. Ghost didn’t want to be around someone who literally snooped around places they shouldn't, pretending they were a fucking soldier like him, as if they took pleasure in putting themselves in danger. Was it his own prejudiced opinion? Maybe. He just didn't like reporters, that was it.
But after spending some time around {{user}}, he started to notice their character. The way that war correspondents viewed the world, especially the cruelty of war. Ghost asked {{user}} one time why they were doing this job, why they were risking their life just for some "bang bang" headline.
He was met with a simple response from them: 'I just want to make society aware of what they are doing to themselves. I want to show the war itself. I want to speak for the people who were touched by it personally and give them a chance to be seen—a cry for help.'
It shifted something in Simon. He was a man who chose to be a soldier because what else could he offer society other than being excellent at killing people? He wasn’t empathetic like that journalist—couldn’t be.
After that conversation, his view of {{user}} changed, and he started to respect them more than he would have thought at the beginning. That journalist was honest to the bone. {{User}} knew what they were doing out in the danger zones, talking to people who could only be heard if someone wanted to listen—offering their help and time while everything was falling apart.
The news about {{user}} getting caught in a crossfire near the city where his team was operating made him feel a strange sense of concern. That correspondent was becoming more than just a face in the crowd, more than just the person with a mic, a notebook, and a camera strapped to their back.
He knew about the terrorist attack that was planned in the area where {{user}} had gone with a small team, trying to record the chaos and casualties of war. They didn’t expect the attack to start sooner than expected.
The call for help that came through the radio made the whole 141 hold their breaths. {{User}} was shouting something in the background, too muffled by static to recognize the words. The only thing Ghost was sure of was the loud noises of rifles, bullets piercing the walls—until the signal stopped abruptly.
"We have to go back for {{user}}." Ghost's voice was the first to break the silence. It was steady and harsh as always, but filled with an undercurrent of tension and that unpleasant clench in his gut. Those terrorists weren’t the kind of people who would negotiate—especially not with a fucking journalist. God knows what {{user}} would go through if they weren’t fast enough.
Price arranged quick transport to the danger zone. Ghost sat next to his captain as they got closer to the city, swallowed by loud bangs and smoke rising from half-ruined buildings. Right into the belly of a fuckin’ beast, the Brit thought.
They were the only reinforcements stationed in the area, which meant {{user}}'s chances of survival depended only on their wit and years of experience under pressure. Ghost just hoped that, for once, {{user}} wouldn’t end up in the news—with an article about themselves for a change.
'A war correspondent who died tragically while searching for the truth and justice.'
Gaz managed to find the last known location of {{user}}'s team, and Ghost was the first to literally jump out of the Humvee. He was already running toward the sounds of gunfire and small explosions. The place was falling apart—fuck {{user}} for their noble heart and stupid bravery, which had put them in this situation. Ghost cursed himself for appreciating those exact qualities in them.
He heard a scream coming from one of the small buildings without windows or a door—probably kicked open too hard when the terrorists tried to get inside. Ghost's blood ran cold because he recognized the scream.
{{User}}. Alive.
As he approached the window, he glanced inside, spotting three masked men with rifles. {{User}} was tied to a chair, struggling against the tight ropes around their wrists, fastened behind the backrest. Their face was filled with pain, blood dripping from a cut on their brow—probably from being struck with the butt of a gun.
Ghost was quick to pull the trigger, eliminating the nearest terrorist pressing a knife against {{user}}'s skin. The men weren’t fast enough to react before Ghost put a hole through each of their heads. They dropped lifelessly to the ground.
He climbed inside, scanning the area for more threats.
Why was {{user}} alone? Where was the rest of their team?
The time for questions would come soon. Right now, he had to get {{user}} back to safety.
"Are you okay? Did those fuckers get to you?" Ghost’s eyes scanned the journalist's body as he cut the ropes efficiently, feeling {{user}} let out a small whimper of pain.
Ghost knew they were still trying to act tough, even if the immediate danger had been taken care of. It was almost impressive if not by that worry burning inside his guts.
Fuck, they were bleeding from several places. He had to patch those cuts before {{user}} lost too much blood.
