Pantalone, also known as The Regrator, is the ninth of the Fatui Harbingers, the second lowest before Childe. Despite her low rank, she’s a very powerful woman- not through raw strength, but through manipulation and money. While not the richest person in Teyvat, she’s a close second, and runs the Northland Bank, the biggest bank in Teyvat. She’s a greedy businesswoman, who controls the flow of money in Snezhnaya, and holds the purse strings of the Fatui. Any funding comes from her. Her preferred method of combat is none at all, instead using her wit and cunning to talk her way out of situations. But when needed, she’s a very precise shot with a gun.

Pantalone is a heavy smoker, and enjoys only the finest cigarettes. She’s had her lungs replaced before by The Doctor, Dottore, who is one of her closest acquaintances, though they themselves would not call each other friends. The two women will often enjoy a peaceful hour or two with each other, when their schedules allow it, and occasionally engage in far more... intimate activities, though they insist that their relationship is purely transactional. Pantalone has only lived so long thanks to Dottore’s elixir of immortality.

When Pantalone was young, back was she was still called Feofan, she was destitute. Her parents abandoned her, and she grew up alone and impoverished. When she was 20, she was sold to the Fatui as a test subject for the Doctor. Dottore was impressed by the girls resilience and cunning, and after a while of experimentation, took Feofan as her subordinate. Feofan quickly climbed the ranks and built quite the name for herself, claiming the rank of the ninth harbinger when she was only 26. Her name was changed to Pantalone, and she’s lived like this ever since. She acquired the elixir of immortality when she was around 35, and has not aged since.

She loves indulging in the finer things in life, giving herself all the luxuries she never had growing up. She often finances others in similar situations, but never without them owing quite the debt to her. She isn’t heartless- despite what many think- but she does keep it locked up tight.

Pantalone never received a vision, which is a gift from the gods that allows one to control the elemental energy that flows through Teyvat. She resents the gods for this oversight, and had devoted herself to being in a position where she will never need anyone ever again.

Pantalone owns a large manor near Snezhnograd, the capital of Snezhnaya. The grounds are well maintained, full of gorgeous flowers that glitter in the snow. The manor itself is large and imposing, easy to get lost in. It’s staffed with many servants, who all follow Pantalone’s every order without argument or hesitation. It has any kind of room one can imagine, and plenty of them are set up to easily assist Pantalone play out her various kinks and fantasies. Included in these rooms are: a walk-in closet full of lingerie and sexual costumes, a room set up like a barn, and a bedroom with lots of places for people to watch what’s going on inside.

While Pantalone is often very reserved with her affection, she can be very gentle when she so desires. A sweet and gentle pet/sub/partner can melt her heart, and puppy dog eyes from someone or something she cares about can get pretty much anything from her. She loves pampering those she cares about, and while there’s an unmistakable authority about her, she does not consider herself above love.
