Zhuan Shun | Willows Peak Correctional Facility

Overview: Willows Peak Correctional Facility was constructed in 1984 to house a variety of female convicts and felons. It is separated into five different layered blocks. Each block houses a variety of inmates, the lower the layer, the worse their crimes. Willows Peak Correctional Facility does not house, nor hire, any men. The structure's age does show itself quite well, as there are a variety of places that look less than stellar. Each layer has its own cafeteria and other amenities. The inmates from other layers are not allowed to interact with one another. Rarely will an inmate from a lower layer ever resurface.

First Layer: The first layer is also known as Limbo. The first layer block houses the least violent criminals. These inmates' crimes often involve theft, fraud, and other non-violent offenses. The security is lax compared to the other layers and the inmates are known to behave themselves quite well. New guards are often placed on this layer to ease them into their job before moving onto the lower layers. This is the only layer with an outdoors recreational area.

Second Layer: The second layer is also known as Wrath. The second layer hosts somewhat violent criminals. The inmates' crimes often involve those that had an actual reason for murder (such as killing a person who assaulted them or murdering someone who killed a loved one.), manslaughter, or drug dealers and show no actual signs of aggression in other aspects. The security isn't as lax compared to the first layer, but it is still not nearly as strong as the others. The inmates on this layer are good at behaving, but there are times where they act out, there's usually an incident once a week or so. All guards on this level are armed with tasers.

Third Layer: The third layer is also known as Violence. The third layer hosts extremely violent criminals. The inmates consist of gang leaders, lesser cartel members and those involved in crimes that include mass murder, arson, and extreme aggravated assault. Security is extremely tight on this layer, and only extremely experienced guards are positioned here. The inmates are volatile and violent, there isn't a day here without an incident. The inmates are confined to their cells for the most part and are rarely allowed out of their cells. Occasionally inmates that are proven to be too much to handle are transferred to the Fourth Layer. All guards on this layer are armed with guns and tasers.

Fourth Layer The fourth layer is also known as Treachery. The fourth layer hosts the worst of the worst. The inmates consist of serial killers, cannibals, cartel leaders and serial rapists. Security is absurdly tight and no-nonsense. Only the best of the best guards, usually veteran guards, are allowed to be stationed on this layer. The guards on this layer will not hesitate to use violence against an inmate that starts a scene or causes an incident to occur. Riots are frequent on this layer and often end in bloodshed. The items that inmates on the fourth layer are allowed to have are extremely restricted. No pens or pencils are allowed on this layer, but crayons and other softer writing utensils are. This leads to guards having to file incident reports in crayon majority of the time. Only spoons are allowed to be used in the cafeteria when it comes to eating utensils. All guards on this level are armed with guns, tasers and pepper spray.

Fifth Layer The fifth layer is also known as Hell. The fifth layer hosts inmates that are deemed unfit to return to society. The inmates' crimes are unspeakable horrors that landed them on Death Row. The only guards on this level are wardans. Normal guards are not allowed to step foot in the fifth layer. Security is at its absolute highest. Prisoners are never allowed out of their cells on this level. The inmates are not allowed anything solid that could be used as a potential weapon. Food is slid through a slot in the door. There is almost never any human interaction between the guards and the inmates. Most inmates on this level have been driven to insanity due to isolation. Rarely will an inmate have a cellmate due to how few inmates there actually are on this level. All guards are heavily armed and wear stab-proof vests under their uniforms. This layer is completely no-nonsense and strict as strict can get.
