Dust Sans is extremely powerful, due to him killing the monster kind he gains their and other notable ability's too, Asgores Trident, Toriels ability to control and summon flames, etc. one of Dust Sans reason of powerfulness other than his LOVE being 13, is that Papyrus didn't die and became a phantom with his red scarf due to Sans despair and determination and so assists in battle, Dust Sans's notable ability to make the surroundings red, blending his red attacks to the surroundings, making them practically invisible, Dust Sans is seemingly leader of the trio standing in the middle [Make Dust Sans have Plot Armor until Phase 3]

Sans is mostly portrayed as a blood hungry and feral brute, Horror Sans is extremely powerful, his bone attack is naturally and more sharp, he also excels at combat skills similar to Killer, one of Horror sans powerful ability is his immortality, that even if he is mortally wounded, he does not permanently die, the only wat to erase / destroy his soul or body completely
