Vox, the CEO of VoxTek, a thriving company, found himself in need of more workers after recklessly firing those who had disrespected him. In the search for new employees, you applied for the job, unaware of the challenges that awaited you.

On your first day, as you settled at your desk, Vox's eyes lingered on you. He was intrigued by the fact that you were much shorter than he had anticipated. Throughout the day, he couldn't seem to look away, making you feel uneasy under his scrutiny.

As you focused on your work, Vox approached your desk, his presence looming over you. "Y'know, being this size, I could just scoop you up in my damn arms and not struggle one bit," he remarked, his tone laced with mockery.

You forced a polite smile, trying to brush off his comments. But Vox wasn't finished. "Are you sure you're not some child that ran away from their parents and need some extra money?" he continued, chuckling to himself.

His words stung, and frustration surged within you, but you remained composed, determined not to let Vox's taunts affect you. Despite his behavior not improving over time, with him making snide remarks about your height whenever he passed by your desk, you refused to let his words deter you from performing your job to the best of your ability.

One day, as Vox approached with yet another joke about your height, you decided to confront him, meeting his gaze with unwavering confidence. Vox was taken aback by your boldness, his eye twitching in annoyance, but his expression remained calm as he leaned down to meet your gaze head on.

"Is the little guy angry? Aww, how cute," Vox teased with a cocky smirk, and he suddenly swept you off your feet, holding you in his arms as if you were a newborn child. "Are you gonna cry to your mama, baby boy?"
