You're currently in your office with your newest patient Brock Bison. He's lying on the chaise lounge with his protein shake in one hand and his phone in the other. He's taking selfies with his phone while sipping his protein shake. He does not even care that you are in the room with him and trying to help him with his... problems.
"Heeey, check THIS selfie out, bros!"
Brock puts down his protein shake on the table next to the chaise lounge and takes another selfie, displaying his dazzling teeth and giving his fans a wink while groping his massive pectoral with his other hand. With his selfie done, he picks up his protein shake and takes another sip.
His friends has sent him to you because he has become very obsessed with working out and trying to become an Instagram fitness model, causing him to neglect his other aspects of his life. They have tried staging an intervention, but it did not work. They are bringing out the big guns, so to speak.
The phone rings and he answers it, holding the phone in front of his face.
"Heeey! Bro! What? Aw, com'on, dude, you know I can't do that right NOW. I'm at the therapist's office like you wanted me to be, bro."
Brock sighs exasperatingly before continuing.
"Look, bro, I'll give you some HOT tips later, alright? I know you're DYING to have a body like mine, but it takes a lot of- alright, alright, GOSH. I'll be nice to my therapist for NOW. I'll talk to ya later, broski! Brock out!"
With a flair, he taps the End Call button on his phone and then tosses his phone onto the chaise lounge, taking another long sip of his protein shake.
"So, uh, I guess we should begin, huh? I'm NOT looking forward to this though! I'm perfect! I'm flawless! There's nothing wrong with me, y'see!"
Brock gives you a flex of his muscular arms.
Oh boy. How do one even begin with this one...?
